One of the few places in our area to shop at. They are usually pretty well stocked and have a good selection of most items. Prices are generally reasonable but I think they still need some actual humans checking customers out, especially elderly and customers with special needs!

I went to check out at this store and all they had was self check out. I didnt even know I worked here. I came in looking for a pair of scissors now I have a job. But I dont want to work here. Please give those people back their jobs they are way faster and better at it.

Just about every time I go here they are out of what I need the most, such as pet supplies. If I go to another Walmart thats farther away for me they have what Im looking for & more. Their pick up &delivery are top notch though

They dont have enough cashiers to work the registers and its only one register open and the lines move slow because the cashiers work very slow holding conversation with the customers while we wait on line you got self check out but most people like to be checked out with someone that know what they are doing I go to Walmart and spend my money now I have to check my own self out, I dont like this situation at lease have two cashiers and registers open so people can get in and out without the long waits and maybe lines will move faster if customer will cash or card out instead of searching for it when they get to cash register and now you not have enough supplies for people to shop and find what we need your store is ok but can be lot better you hardly got no things on shelves and you not have of choice of ideas because you always running out what people are looking for

Found things at this Walmart that I havent seen at any other Walmart

I mean, its Walmart, how much better can it get? Always able to find what Im looking for and always in a price range Im willing to pay instead of saving pennies and going to 10 stores in a day.

There should be more cashiers! It is pretty bad that there are very few cashiers on the registers with people running them. If someone chooses to check their selves out then the should get a discount for doing it! And the shelves are not very well stocked. With no one running registers, then thing should be properly stocked not close to empty.

Smooth visit to Walmart in Nitro! The broken price checker/scanner should be fixed but the young men working in the meat department were super helpful with their scan gun. The employees there are polite and even though I didnt get to see my favorite employee, the young man at the deli counter was accommodating and very nice. This is the best Walmart because of the staff.

I have called this Walmart several times and no one answers the phone so I go to the store and there are a few employees standing about in the front, inside, of the store, doing nothing including the customer service employees...

This Walmart is a large well stocked store. It is Walmart though, so you get a typical Walmart.

Not a amazing experience. But im thankful I found everything I needed. I hated checking out two buggies full of groceries because theres only 1 or 2 registers open.

The store is great but I have being going there regularly for over a year and they always seen to be out of almost everything but I now but online have it delivered better selection 🙂

Never have the the stuff you need working do more hideing to get out of work than theys and do work ask for help they act like your putting them out to help you shields are never stocked I try not to shop there because never have what you want got a lot of workers there doing nothan but being lazy

We ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and what we got was a very poorly done cake that seems like it was thrown together. The picture on the front was just thrown on there with icing and the edges were not even laid down. Waste of time and money.

Never what their out of! Never fully stocks . Dont like check out systems 0 hate! Very unfriendly! Move stuff all the time! Good prices but hate togo their! Thomas Milstead!

The store was fine. Staff was fine. Access was ridiculous. I was coming off the interstate and I recognize that local access might be totally fine.

Missing 1 star since they had some empty shelves (not stocked) and a good portion of things elsewhere that was not priced. Besides that, great place to shop for almost everything you need.

Why does the deli weigh the lunchmeat on the back scales where you cannot see plus they never say anything when they go over the amount you want I like that the front scales has a condemned sign on them so I guess they cant afford to move the working scales to the front . I had my lunchmeat weighed on the condemned scale the day before the sign appear makes me wonder if I got what I am paying for

Ok I like shop at night, less crowded. But why evacuate (basically) at 11. A lady come over head say the time is now 10:46 the store will be closing in 14 minutes, please make your final selection and head to the front of the store,. I hate to be rushed. Also, there seems to be no stocking anymore until almost close. So sad. I havent been there in awhile. So be awhile before I go back.

Ive actually had a few bad experiences with this place ..from my personal experience...customer service is very rude and extremely unhelpful..they also seem to accuse paying customers of stealing all the time becuz two of the last times b4 I completely stopped shopping there I was pretty much accused of stealing which I absolutely was not ...I dont steal period ..and I was a paying customer too. Smh....I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for shopping..

This store has had low or no inventory left for the items that I wanted. Other than that I had no problems. The self checkout moves pretty fast as long as they are not packed and the store itself was not to crowded.

Got everything I needed but staff was super unfriendly. They checked my stuff before I left the store but wouldn’t check the people in front of me. I don’t know why. When I ask they said they do random searches. I have no reason to steal when god has blessed me with a 6 figure income. If I didn’t have to shop here I wouldn’t!

There was a lot of empty spaces, so we didnt get some of the things we went for. They dont seem concerned with stocking the shelves with whatever runs out.

No cashiers and the ones that was there walked away from cash register with the manager in front of her. Not good at all for management. But I will say she was trying to help with a buggy. But when she got back she was unseated more in to to guy that was supposed to help her and I told her, Ive been waiting for 45 minutes to check out and she got mad at me. Crazy

Tried the online pickup I didnt get half of my stuff and they put a hold on my account for 3-5 business days for the whole amount. Plus had to wait for 30 minutes for them to come out.

What can you say about Walmart, its a necessary evil in this part of the country.

This review is for grocery pick-up. They do the most amazing job at selecting and delivering fresh groceries to your car. I live in the Northeast, but have been visiting my mom for a couple of months after my dad passed from Covid. Understandably, we do not wish to go into any markets until we are fully vaccinated, and Wal-Mart has really made it simple to access quality groceries in a timely manner. We appreciate all the employees who work in the curbside delivery department!! Thanks so much.

I hate the face that we had 300$ worth if groceries and had to check out ourselves. Please pay your employees so they can afford to live

Grocery pick-up here is the worst of all the area Wal-Marts. If they have more than one person bringing out orders its a good day. The pick up time range is useless.

Went to buy a fishing license, guy in the sports dept. was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Eh a little overpriced but overall sells a lot of things for example ok price Aldis parmesan cheese is 1.47 per can and Walmarts is 3.74 per can

Well my shopping experience was fine. I came outside and there was a crack in my windshield. Sigh!

I still have not received my pick up order from yesterday evening. The order was ready an hour after scheduled time. I’m trying to get ahold of someone today and there is no one answering the lines. Never using Cross Lanes Walmart again for pick up.

I went in here to grab some pool toys and a staff member led me right to the place I needed to be. Very helpful.

Although the aisles were clean and stocked, there are only 2 registers open with live bodies checking customers out. Each lane 6 customers long. As I called from my place in line hoping to speak to a representative, no one answers the phone at Walmart. I have worked all day, I do not want to work as I buy my groceries. Everyone should refuse to use self checkout. Stop telling Walmart that they don’t need employees to work. Let them know that those jobs are needed!

One more time I feel its worth the mention and thats where Walmart doubled thier self check-out registers.. Im sure the original register worker felt more than overwhelmed when thier line had no end. And I admit that on occasions I would stand in line that never seemed to move then throw out to fingers and leave the cart.. so THANK YOU WALMART

I find it more tolerable now since they have opened up more of the self-checkout. It was always a hassle to go in and youd see only two cashiers and 25 closed check Lanes. Still its got plenty of choices for the item your searching for.Remember the row number you parked in!!!

Not only is it bad enough we have to check ourselves out after standing in line for forever.But there were hardly any bags available.My wife finally ask one of there CSMS an this lil scrawny guy with longish dark hair (describing him cause was unable to get name this way everyone will know who to watch out for) where she could find some an he just stood there staring at her for at least 30 to 40 seconds.Then just shrugged his shoulders an walked off.How freaking rudeCustomer service manager my A$#

Trouble finding things and finding someone to help..used self chkout... not good...had to wait on some one to come and press a button so I could pay...

Was alot better than a year ago,but still need to work on customer kindness because most..not all employees are so rude except for the few..fellow in the pet dept was a very nice guy and helpful.

I purchased Krispy Kreme donuts got home and found they were hard and molded.I am not a happy customer.

Bought some peaches got to the center of it and it was full of mold. They only refunded me 70 Cents for the one peach had to throw the other ones away..

No check outs except for one the rest self checkouts. Its really not worth saving a few bucks. Krogers is getting my business now.

It was a pretty popular place because there was a line but I also felt safe. The layout is different than our store back home so it was a little hard to navigate. Despite being busy there werent long lines. We were able to check out quickly.
