Who doesnt like dollar general. You can run in for a couple of things or you can browse and guaranteed you will find something to buy. I shop there multiple times a week.

It is a little crowded. But they do have little baskets to wheel around. Always a good stop for when the lady needs me to stop off and get a few things. Today I needed tape, and they have two packs for a $1. Seems to be a good deal to me. Parking lot is a little wierd as well. But if you have a big vehicle, you can park on the side and just walk a bit farther.( We can probably all use the extra steps lol)

I come to this store strictly out of convenience, so I appreciate it. Like most people I go there for odds and ends when I dont feel like paying 7-Eleven prices or going to the grocery store or superstore. Also, the staff is friendly and almost always busy. Even if there is no line when you walk in the door, by the time you get to the checkout you usually have to wait a while. My main complaint about this store is that the aisles are constantly crowded with boxes or racks of stock to be put away. it isnt necessarily easy to navigate and Im 99% sure it wouldnt pass an ADA or handicapped inspection. Im fine because I can navigate the store but if you have family members or friends who are in wheelchairs this kind of thing does start to irk youOnce the Family Dollar across the street closed I began using the location and thats been almost a year or two ago. From what I heard the same business person owns both locations. I dont think the issue here is with the staff I think the issue is with them being understaffed and the management not trying to get things organized and nice and neat. Maybe its just how people do things in Crowley because Ive noticed similar issues with the Kroger down the street every time you walk in the makeup aisle its all messed up and its been that way for months. Its like no one has ever gone down the aisle to clean.

They have trouble keeping stock of items they sell. More often then not they are out of something I need. Mostly seems like its cold stuff they struggle with, like milk or sour cream or cream cheese.

They had everything we needed last minute. The cashier was super sweet and told us areas around town. She also let us know that the busy time was 9pm - 9:50pm!

Parking is horrible. Especially if you have a 3500 Ram. Store is crowded with merchandise but I blame that on holidays. Otherwise, it is normal shopping.

Dollar General needs to revamp everything. They try to cram so much in the store that you cant get down the aisles. The people are always nice and friendly but the store needs help!

They usually only have one checker so line is always long. Boxes in the aisles, very cramped. But worker is always happy and treats you nice.

Since no one is answering the phone up there... I just need to know if there is a senior citizens hour at your location?I want to take my mom there to beat the crowd, if so.

Please do not shop here. Manager/cashier is unprofessional and irate. I made a purchase and asked for specific denominations. Manager was rude and said she didnt want to go to the bank, so take a large bill. She would only break the bill if Id purchase another item. I told her that I would not have purchased the first items if that was the policy. She said she didnt have to tell me anything!! A convenience fee of $1.00 was applied and I dont have the right to ask for specific denominations??!! All in all, this could have been resolved with communications and professionalism. I asked for a refund; I will not patronize a business without outlined and displayed policies. She was pleasant upon leaving the store.

Always a bit crowded on well weekends i really just kept driving Sun SO many people could not really park well close.& Store is a bit more crowded with inventory every where.But just like 7-11 cheap only work one person AT NIGHT TO.

I’ve lived in Crowley for 12 years now and I swear things never change. Love to shop at the dollar general off Roberts st but every time I go there they always have a huge line and the wait is seriously ridiculous. I mean what do the other employees do there? Well let me tell you it’s not cleaning for sure Because this has been there at least a month. You are a very high volume store there is no reason why this store looks this dirty or why your store is understaffed. Who owns this place????

I like the affordable prices. It was easy to find from the street with good parking. It had unique items I hadnt seen at other dollar general stores

Never have had any problems here. Store is a bit cramped but its clean, and Ive never found anything expired. Decent place of you just need to grab a few quick items and dont want to deal with Walmart or Kroger.

My go-to place for items where the brand doesnt matter, I just want a decent price.

I love the store in Crowley, the prices are good, the products are good The store is clean they revamped it about a year ago. but especially the employees there are absolutely great. They are helpful and very nice. One employee a tall young dark haired man even remembers, my name. The parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of I wish it was a little bigger. There are parking spaces to the south of the store though. But everything else especially the employees and the young man who remembers, my name are the best. Sandy

This store was so nasty!!! The isles were all blocked with stock that needed to be put up, there was a nasty dead animal smell towards the back of the store. I dont want to ever shop at this store again it is way to nasty its like a health hazard to just walk in the store.

I would give a 5 star review but they have a challenge when it comes to keeping the store clean and not cluttered, they need a storage room, but as for customer service I have no complaints.

Worked here for a bit. the store is in need for a makeover, theres a rat/mice problem as they keep getting into the store and the parking needs to be widened. The employees try there best but somebody from corporate needs to be fired.

This location is alright, but I have detected some hostility from the staff at times, and I would not use the word friendly to describe the service. I do not go here unless they have an unbeatable deal on something. The place is packed and small and has a grungy feel to it. Not one of my favorite places to go.

The door has a wooden cover as a window like someone broke in and its very HOT inside this place. Makes it hard to enjoy the shopping.

Which Dollar General? The one in Burleson? Oh my word people, it has everything! Can you find it, nope but it is there somewhere! The associates were scrambling to get all the shoppers checked out and the hustle was appreciated. However, yep you knew there would be a however.... Its cleanliness. Always my common haunt. Junk was everywhere and it was dirty. Needed floor cleaned, corners and debris were there for more than one shift, I promise you that. Tsk tsk managers. You may find cleaning supplies on whatever aisle, its not expensive to sweep, mop, pick up trash, put like things together!

The dirtiest - most unclean Store I have been in. Floors were filthy. The aisles are crammed to point of being a fire hazard. Merchandise is thrown on the shelves. Over heard one employee say out loud If she thinks I am stocking all that stuff - shes crazy.

Its a dollar store but 7 dollars for a 18 pack of Dasani water...go to real grocery if you have a choice

This place is disgusting! Smells like rodents. The city needs to inspect this location. Food in the freezer section is usually spoiled.It is always dirty. There is always rolltainers and boxes left on isles. Its a complete mess in there and the people that work there have no clue what they are doing. If you are handicapped stay in your car because this store is a liability. Go to the fm 1187 location. Its clean and everything has a place.

I went here thinking I could probably save some $ on some items I usually buy at Walmart. What a rip off, everything is more expensive than Walmart. Do NOT shop here if you really need to save. Just compare prices, items were $2 more there than Walmart. Even a candy bar is more expensive there than at walmart. Aside from the prices the store was cramped and very messy/cluttered.
