The cashier Juanita is incredibly rude every time she works. The first time, I let it go. Thought maybe she just had a bad day. No, it’s every time she works. I’ve never wrote a review on anyone in my life, but this one really got to me. A sweet elderly man walked in one morning and while trying to get her attention (she clearly noticed him) he was asking her a question and didn’t even get to finish before she interrupted him by saying “I told you I’d be with you in a minute” in a hateful tone. He walked out after that. This girls attitude has left so much of an impression that people are sharing their experience they’ve had with her and her rudeness on residents talking. Everyone has joked that 1. She just hates herself or 2. Her job is really that hard. All the other employees are polite, but I guess there’s always going to be that one who people dread working on the day they need something there.
The cashiers are very very slow. The store was well stocked though.
Dont bother trying to do a walk-in to get the covid vaccine. The first time we came here for the vaccine we were almost turned away but the pharmacist did it anyway. Came in for the 2nd vaccine and was turned away because they wanted to wait on a 2nd pharmacist to be there (over an hour). If thats what they need why arent there 2 pharmacists there all day?
Don’t order anything online without calling to see if it’s actually available. Got screwed doing that with a Covid test !
When they call you and tell you your prescription is ready you shouldnt have to wait 20 mins for a pharmacist! Walk in pay and leave! Damn this is ridiculously insane and cars all the way to the street at the drive through.
The drive thru line is ridiculous. I also always wait at least 45 minutes in the line and when I get to the window I wait another ten minutes. They always have one ready and not the other. Sometimes they can’t even find it. Tried to go inside once and still waited at least 30 minutes. And the guy at the front of the store had to help the pharmacy. The pharmacy here is horrible. If you can fill your scripts somewhere else or at a local pharmacy. Because this pharmacy is a nuisance.
The pharmacy is ridiculously slow. I waited an hour and a half to get a vaccine despite having an appointment.
Dont go here. They will mess up your prescription, blame you, and then hang up on you. So now Im out of meds and had the worst interaction with a pharmacist ever.
Juanita our cashier was not friendly at all, didnt greet us or anything, my husband even tried to say Hello how are you? And was completely ignored. She only spoke when I asked for her name.

Will never try to pick up script through drive thru again. Over 45 minute wait (couldnt move because stuck cars!). How can it possibly take that long when there were maybe 5 cars when we pulled up???
Every time I come here I sit in the pharmacy drive thru line no less than 30 minutes. They average 10+ minutes per car. It is PATHETICALLY slow!!!
I have waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru. This is nothing new. Every time I come they it is at least a 30 minute wait. Please get more help
Completely ridiculous rules on what you can and cant buy all depending on which associates are there...the cashier watched me get detergent today and ran like a child to tell another associate who then tried to tell me i couldnt get that many even though Ive been able to grab just as many in the past but because they change employees like they do under wear no one is on the same page. Im not wasting my money on a store that cant get it together.
Waited over 1 hour in the drive thru, with 4 vehicles in front of me. They have to be filling prescriptions while the customer waits. Not worth the it, unless you have at least an hour to burn.
Customer service is poor. Your employees don’t even like working there. Now I know why I haven’t been in your store in a long time!!! Won’t be back for sure! People waiting to be checked out! Nobody willing to help!If this is how you operate your store your best to close it down!!!
Yesterday my provider ordered a script for me at Walgreens. He texted me and said it had been done. A few hours later I called because I knew the store closed early on Sunday. I asked if my script was ready and the lady said no and that she didn’t even have one for me. I had her check again and I was told no she didn’t have one and I should call my prescriber and ask that he send it to a nearby Walgreens because they were open 24 / 7 for they would be closing soon. I hesitated because I had a text saying it had been sent to the correct place but did as she advised. He was adamant in saying it had been sent to the the first pharmacy because of the required criteria involved. The next morning I called the store and asked if they had a script for me. Again they said no, nothing. I called my prescriber and asked that we just start over and he agreed and would again send in my order. But it might be several hours before.Soon after I received a text saying there was a delay because of insurance. I immediately called asking why, there was no reason it should be delayed. They put me on old for 7 minutes till she came back and said ok it’s clear and ready in 1 hour. I waited 2&1/2 but was told again there was an issue. When I heard the pharmacist saying it was okay. I finally received it after no one’s left hand knew what their right was doing. I will not return again.
Never had an issue. Staff has always been courteous, and has always seemed eager to help me. The one time when the photo machine was down, the staff profusely apologized. It wasnt like it was their fault the machine was down either. This is my Walgreens, and they are far superior to the CVS!!!
Update!! I sent an email to customer relations & got a phone call from the store manager, she took care of me. Asked what they need to do for training. So i have to say I do feel better that they cared enough to call when they coyld have just sent an email.. I had photos sent via the photo app. When I went to pick them up they were terrible & I dont mean terrible from my phone camera. They were taken with a professional camera & I have had them printed at a different place already. You could see lines of color missing & she tells me too bad you ordered you have to take them all. It was in the same place on each photo! A whole line missing! Why did you even let me open them & look if you have to buy them anyway. Yes if I order pics theyre my responsibility but I if your machine isnt working then its your responsibility!
We have used this pharmacy for 15years. We have had many problems over the years and still we stayed customers :( Today my husband had surgery and I dropped off 3 prescriptions at 1pm. I was told they would be ready at 3, I waited to pick up until 3:30 to give them a little more time. They informed me they had 1prescription for him... long story short they NEVER entered his information in. No apology or anything, I was just told we can have it ready in 5 or 10 mins. I said does that mean 5, 10, 15 mins? I questioned how this happened since I handed it directly to someone working in the pharmacy. The woman response was I can explain it to you or I can fill your prescription! She was incredibly rude. I then said you can give me my prescriptions and I will find a new pharmacy. Every problem we have ever had has 100% been customer service related. I should have left YEARS ago. As I was walking away an older gentleman in line stopped me and told me of a pharmacy down the road he loved. He then told me he hates the Walgreens pharmacy and only goes there due to his insurance.
Pharmacy staff is awesome and have always been a great support to me and my husband.
Been using this pharmacy now since we moved in, everyone has been so nice and respectful.
The customer service in the pharmacy department its HORRIBLE! They were rude. Then i waited in line for 30 minutes and after i got my prescription and went home i realized they never gave me my drivers license back. I do not recommend using this location.
Promised time 8:02pm for a medication we needed tonight. I arrived at 8:50 and they told me it was out of stock. No phone call, nothing. When I asked WHY wasnt I told this before I drove up here? the assistant acted like it wasnt their fault, and said, well I JUST NOW gave the pharmacist the script and she told me it was out of stock. So apparently waiting 50 minutes AFTER the promised time is a valid excuse for not telling someone you dont even HAVE their medicine on hand AT ALL, until you drive all the way to get it. Monday night. NO ONE in the store but me. NO ONE in the drive thru. NO excuse for this kind of incompetence.Just go across the street to CVS.

Terrible experience! I have used walgreens and had the same insurance for almost 15 years and due to human error our information was entered incorrectly. After waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru the lady asked for my insurance card. Unfortunately I didnt have it but explained that all the information was in their system. She said I would have to come in to look up the information. I explained that I had a newborn with me and that would be an inconvenience. The lady by the name of Rose rolled her eyes and refused to help me. Finally Shelby came over and helped and found our information in under a minute. If this is the only pharmacy you can use make sure not to interact with Rose.
The pharmacy frequently claims that they cannot verify insurance because their systems are down. Using this excuse, theyve attempted to charge me full price, out of pocket, to fill prescriptions on several occasions. This frequent excuse, paired with the outrageous markup that Walgreens applies to the prescription cost, seems a little fishy.
So I got my kids meds and we opened it up the next morning and it was stil in powder form I didnt paly money for yall to waste my time I will never go to this Walgreens again!
Rose Johnson lady that works in pharmacy is very rude. Thinks she knows everything, when she didnt and just wants to laugh. Horrible customer service!! Will never go back to this Walgreens!

They lady on the phone bearly spoke English and wanted to help a costume in the store while in the middle of talking to me which is super unprofessional than days Im helping someone please hold she does not deserve to be working there if thats how she treats patient on the phone and in person I will not be returning here or recommending this pharmacy to anyone
Drive thru sucks..sitting for over 20 mins. They allow people to wait in line for there prescription. Cars behind me and I cant move.
