Great place for all your mailing needs. They have po boxes and they have a great selection of cool products from wallets to knives. And an awesome dog. Really nice staff very friendly and helpful.

My daughter had some items printed for a memorial. The staff and owner were very helpful. Will definitely use their services again, highly recommend.

This place is 3 times more expensive than using FedEx. I ship packages often and decided to give them a try as its close to my house. A package with the same weight at FedEx is $9.50 and here they wanted to charge $35.50 and thats with shipping through FedEx. Lol buyer by warned.

I dropped of my UPS package to mail. Also weighed an envelope to determine íf 1 or 2 stamps would be needed, then bought holiday stamps, applied them while sitting in my car out front, and then went back in and mailed them. All with NO LINE and a friendly elf behind the counter. I will definitely go here for my mailing services from now on.

Pulled up at 5:50 pm with 10 minutes to spare til closing just needed to drop off a couple of packages to ship via FedEx. Everything was packaged and labeled and ready to go. Too bad they were already closed even though their store hours say they don’t close til 6.

Needed some documents notarized. Owner took care of us quick and no sweat. Friendly place

Just Like some have mentioned, its too expensive to package/ship here. Plus, the older owner (fat guy) is rude. Going forward Ill start doing all packaging by myself. I run an online business and cant be spending that much on packaging.

This is a very reliable business. I have been using their services for several years now. To the customer complaining about a lack of receipt: Ever hear of a tracking number? Take a photo of your package on their counter if it’s that important. They’ve never lost one of my packages! Smh. Support small! Support local!

I have been doing business with Mark for years. I have used him for tons of mailing services and also printing. He makes great signs and banners at very reasonable prices. I have also bought a few of the windows decals he has and a gun holder for my truck. I highly recommend Mark and his team for all your postal, packages and printing needs. I was very happy with the Eagle Postal Center. I needed to send a set of fine china at the last minute to Los Angeles at Christmas time. Mark was super helpful . My package arrived by Christmas, in perfect condition and at a reasonable shipping rate. I was thrilled. I will definitely use their services repeatedly

As soon as I approach the store I have several packages I wasn’t aware that you only are able to send a max of two packages from this location also I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected it felt like a very racial moment on the person who was working with us he did not want to even deal with us he huffed and puffed up while he took a moment to look at how many packages are here at the store does a FedEx UPS the United States Postal Service so I was confirming that the all the services could be used in one store before I enter the store I was very excited because I had just moved to this area but I feel very I want to and I felt like the customer service was horrible he helped him plus he made a lot of noises it was very rude the whole time I was there I would never come here again

Was having the worst day with wedding details the day I came into the store. And the moment I arrived mark was so kind, took over, got me exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautiful. I got 3 gorgeous signs for my wedding and no hassle. He was more than helpful and I recommend them for any large printing projects for sure.

Wouldnt give me a receipt for a simple UPS drop-off, and Im not trusting my package to such a sketchy little place without a paper trail.Response: Will you spend a pennys worth of paper to keep yourself accountable? If not, no, you dont get another chance.

The staff at Eagle Postal was more than helpful with the several projects they’ve done for me. The designing aspect of my business cards, invoices, and sales literature have been out of this world. Eagle postal has treated me like an important customer each time I’ve walked through the door. The prices are actually a bit cheaper than the nation wide company I was using before. Great customer service!

I have been in there many times and the employees are always professional and nice. Many know me on a first name basis and take very good care of my business needs. Their prices seem very fair.

Highly recommend. When our mother passed suddenly, my sister and I were left stranded with no way to print bookmarks for her memorial. The big box stores lacked sympathy and refused to tell us whether they could finish them in time or not. Insert Mark Galoob (owner of Eagle Postal). Mark not only told us he could finish them in time but he listened to the story about our Mama and expressed his deepest condolences. We couldn’t have asked for a better human being to walk in and help us at this rough time. The print work was AMAZING (we are so so happy) and the prices are more than fair. Our mama was an advocate for supporting local businesses and we will continue to use Eagle Postal for all of our print needs.

Great place to drop off packages. They will get your packages where they need to go.Open on the times described. I run a business and I drop my packages with Eagle Postal Center.

Sometimes tje person behind the counter can help me. Other times they cant today was a cant. Needed bank statements copied and the guy behind the counter was clueless. He was sweet as he could be, bit still clueless. Every once in a while they get in wool socks that i just love. Love their stickers too.

They will overcharge you for shipping by upwards of 75% more than going to fedex.

Terrible experience at this certain eagle postal center. The old owner tried to convince me that the reason my box was so expensive to ship Ups was because of the size(over $100 for a small 12x12x12 box). I asked if there was an upcharge for shipping there and he rudely tells me no and If I don’t like the price then I can go somewhere else. As it turns out there is a MASSIVE upcharge for shipping through them, over 3x more than the ups office I went to off 35. I RECOMEND NEVER SHIPPING HERE!!!!

These guys are great...every time i come in there i get the excellent service they are so well known for. i have a business mailbox, and do all my printing mailing and other misc stuff at eagle. i highly recommend them!!!

They charge 4.55 for 4 or 5 pages to print when you can go to office depot and pay .15 a page. Taking getting over on people to a whole new level

I was visiting from out of state and had to get work done, printed and scanned. Cameron was very kind, helpful and guided me thru everything perfectly. I will refer this place to my fiancé and all my friends that live in the area! Thank you!

The price I was quoted to ship a package was $36. Only four days earlier I had shipped a similar size and similar way that package to the exact same address from The UPS Store at Gateway station and it was only $12.45. When I I asked the girl why the difference in price she was very snarky and basically told me to take it or leave it. I picked up the package and went back to Gateway station where in fact the package turned out to cost only $12.45 to ship. If you want to save $24 on your shipping cost dont go to Eagle postage instead go to the UPS store in Gateway station Burleson theyre friendly and cheaper

UPDATE (5/5/2019): Mark G reached out to my via FB message requesting I update my review. It does appear the stores website, Googles listed hours, and the stores signage for this location have been updated and are now consistent with one another. Accurate communication with ones customers and potential customers is an important aspect of doing business. Thanks for getting things straightened out.Multiple places on the web list the closing hours as 6:30 PM. I was more than a little frustrated when I drove to the store and it was closed at 6:10 PM. The sign on the door does now show 6:00 PM as their closing time. A worker from next door mentioned many people have had the same problem. Time to fix your web listings, please.
