Carstar liss does quality work. We had two cars repaired there, they even fixed a hackjob caused by another shop. They DO NOT SHORT CUT anything. Rob kept me updated and answered any questions I had. I will only use carstar from now on! Thier paint job is better then factory 👍🏼

Very professional, friendly and perfect body shop work

This is my second time using this shop. The first time they were reccomendedthrough my insurance. That was for a dented fender. The second time a car I bought from Carvana had some roof damage. The work they did in both cases was FLAWLESS. I am very analytical about the smallest detail. I can find no flaws. The colors on both cars were either tri stage or not common. The paint matching was FLAWLESS and seamless. They kept me updated on progress and the car was returned when they estimated it would be.

Service was top notch all the way. We had to wait for the guarantor to OK the job, but they actually started getting things ready ahead of time, so when they got the OK, it was done very quickly and returned to me in perfect condition! Really appreciated working with Cory.

This is my 4th time having work done on my car here and they always, always, always do such a phenomenal job. (she’s dirty and still looks amazing!) rob and wendy are a pleasure to do business with. only complaint is my car had been done for some time and i didn’t receive a phone call, i guess there were complications getting ahold of me... i understand that because of the pandemic they are very busy and short staffed, but i would have liked to receive an email or something to notify me that it was ready. we did have a harsh storm during the time my vehicle was left here and it worried me that damage could have been done. but upon my inspection my car looks perfect and that minor issue is nothing that would stop me from coming back. i’m a forever customer at carstar in cp and will always bring them my business!

After getting 3 quotes to fix the bumper on my brand new car (it was backed into within 24 hours of buying it!) I knew that Liss Carstar was different. Bruce and Nathan were both up front and knowledgeable. They offered to price match if need be. They were the best quote I received so it wasn’t necessary, but it showed how important my business was to them. They kept me informed every step of the way on the repair. Carstar did an amazing job, and I would certainly recommend them!

Lied to me from the moment I dropped off my car!!! Almost 30 days in the shop and nothing was done! Lied about repairs! Did not comply with my requests for repairs! In cahoots with Allstate Auto Insurance and sold out to make illegal transactions and pocketed all the insurance money!!!! DO NOT TRUST! When Carstar - Liss Auto Body says they stand behind their work, they REALLY mean it! Over 10 years ago, one of my teenage kids backed into a tree and did serious damage to the drivers side rear quarter panel of my 2005 Corolla. Liss Auto Body did the repairs, which included installing a new quarter panel. When another of my children (whose now driving the car) came home for Spring Break, I noticed rust and corrosion on the steel plating along the welded quarter panel seam near the scuff plate.I remembered Liss Auto Body warranties their repairs (Ive had several repairs due to my teenage drivers), but Id never had any issues with body work repairs before. So, I called to ask about fixing the corrosion and rusted area. Even though it had been over 10 years, Mr. Liss told me to bring in the car and theyd repair it. They couldnt have been nicer or more responsive in scheduling the repair work as soon as I wanted it done.I just picked-up the car and the steel plating in the step area looks great! Its like nothing ever happened! (See attached After photo.) Ive been a satisfied Liss Auto Body customer for over 15 years, but Ive never been happier to be a Liss Auto Body customer than I am today! Id never needed any warranty repairs before, but I am so impressed and pleased with the way they handled this situation.I heartily recommend Lisa Auto Body to anyone needing automotive body repairs. Wife was broad sided on 109th into the driver’s door, had to be extricated by fire department. After such a traumatic experience for my wife, I had to make the decision on where to have my vehicle repaired. I based that choice on the positive reviews from Yelp. Taking it to Liss Carstar was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Nate was extremely professional and did an outstanding job working with my insurance company and represented my interests to get the vehicle repaired to condition as good as when it rolled off the show room floor. Nate gave me constant updates on progress as situations changed. Their facility is clean and organized, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about the service they provided. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their late model vehicle body repaired.

I had my Traverse fixed at the Schererville Liss Carstar. The details of the charges and repairs needed were explained well. The work was great. The turn around time was just as I expected.

Courteous, professional, reasonably priced and did a nice job with the repairs to the damage a deer did to my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Obviously they dont want to work with me they quoted me over $1,500 to remove a quarter-sized dent on my tailgate and a small dent on my rear fender I would have to paint my whole bed and the whole tailgate and they would use filler they are not paintless dent removers at all I just had a quote from another dent removal $300
