My phone was not letting me my emails. I called the 800 number and they couldn’t help me. I made an appointment with the Merrillville store and they gave it to someone ahead of me in the line. They didn’t even check to see if I was there. I waited a couple weeks because I thought about dropping ATT. I decided to give Crown Point a chance and I’m glad I did. I went in and the young man working tried to get my emails in. After several tries I asked if it was my phone. He said I did have a old phone. I upgraded my phone and he transferred all my apps to my new SE. I will definitely go back to Summit Street for all my phone questions. Well done!!😀

Would not recommend. Lied to me twice about warranty and insurance info. Go to the corporate store on Rt. 30 or call customer service.

We went to two other AT&at stores before coming to the Crown Point store. This is the second time we have worked with them. One store wanted to charge me more each month and the other store wouldn’t even try to use the retiree discount. I felt that they just didn’t want to take the time to help. So we tried the Crown Point store and the young lady had no problem helping us. She took control and got us the right phone at the right price. I would highly recommend going to the CP store!

NowWonderful service, we went in Friday, October 18th at 6:30pm. We checked Google and their hours said they closed at 8pm. We were looking to upgrade both of our phones, so we knew we would be there awhile. 7pm comes and we see the doors are locked and we asked if they are closed. They said yes their hours are wrong on Google. We apologized for coming right before closing. They were very pleasant, didnt try to rush us out, and answered all of our questions. They stayed there until 8pm working with us and not once did they seem annoyed with us. We will definitely be going back.

Go there and each time you go they tell you something different. Been there twice same store. On the way to a different store to see what they say. Wish me luck

I had a fantastic experience at this AT&T store! It was fast and a fun atmosphere. They had everything in stock and switched everything over and gave me a great deal on tons of accessories for my devices. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family.

Greeted as soon as I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful. Describing all the different features of the phones I was interested in, as well as the plans and deals that I could get.They had me setup with a new phone and accessories really quick. I was in and out in no time with no issues. Definitely happy with the service.

I will unfortunately be leaving AT&T after 10 years of service with them. I was lied to by a crooked local retail AT&T store in Crown Point, IN that they would allow me to redeem the free iPhone 8 offer in store if I opened a new phone line. So I actually got two lines for my teenagers, but my bill only showed that I got the half off offer only. I tried to call AT&T customers service and they told me that the store messed up and I have to go back to them, and the crooked store told me that they cant do anything for me either. AT&T didnt care that I got lied to, so now after 10 years I have to cancel all 4 lines and go somewhere else.

Walked in wanting to upgrade and was helped immediately. Very friendly salesperson not sure of his name but he’s a taller gentleman. Made the process of upgrading simple and easy and worked with me through any issues that came up. Left very satisfied would recommend anyone who’s looking to upgrade to come here!

I had an outstanding customer service experience yesterday with Zachary and Rachel. I had been on the phone back and forth for a week with the AT&T Call Centers attempting to transfer billing and responsibility from another AT&T account to a current AT&T account. The Call Center Experience was horrific and I was disconnected multiple times, the representative would not transfer me to a manager after multiple requests, I was lied to by multiple call centers reps and the list goes on. After realizing that the transfer of billing was not going to go as stated multiple times by AT&T call center reps. We made the decision to drop the existing line from one account and add a new line and number to separate AT&T account.We arrived at this location and Zachary and Rachel listened to us with empathy and sincere concern. Before walking in I was through with AT&T however Zach and Rachels customer service skills changed my mind. Both Zach and Rachel exemplify in action what customer service is.Both should win employee of the year.

I just moved to Lowell and signed up for At&t internet. Biggest mistake Ive ever made. I was told two days in a row that my hardware would be showing up the day that I spoke with customer service. Both days. Nothing. Then I called for the third time. Sat on the phone for an hour just to be told that the department I need to talk to is closed. (It was open when I made the call. it took them so long to determine who I needed to talk to that they closed in the meantime) called again the next day only to be told my device MIGHT show up days from now. Im already moved in now and havent had service for over ten days. I need a internet connection for work.

Iv been going into this store since I moved to Crown Point in 2011. Every trip I have made to the crown point store has been great, I have never had any issues what so ever. The wait time is usually way shorter than the Merrillville store and the employees at this store take more of there time to address my problems and dont make me feel like Im an inconvenience. I would recommend this store to anyone of my friends and family. FIVE STAR!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Large inventory with almost endless options. Needed a phone before I shipped overseas, and these guys helped a lot. Answered every question under the sun, even while I was being a smartass. Service was very quick. In and out in just over an hour to include browsing time. Cant really go wrong with this store. Just tell Ellie she cant have my dog and he better be at moms when I get back.

Worst store ever was sold 2 cases and 2 screen protectors for 2 new phones they ordered 4 me was ordered the wrong phone so when I went to exchange the case and protector for the phone since o figured whatever Ill just keep the phone was told 14 day return policy and it was day 15. So I have to suffer 4 their mistakes. Keep in mind if the the employee wasnt playing on his phone 4 music choices or tapping his figures 2 the music while handling my transactions maybe he wouldnt of made the mistake. I have had nothing but bad experiences at that store what makes it better he told me he was the manager so thats the leadership there.

Dont waste your time, go to an actual AT&T store. These people dont really know what there doing,it will take you several trips back,to straighten things out. The store inventory is very limited, so they say they will order stuff that takes forever. Worst of all, they say they will call you, and that never happens. Poor follow through and all around poor management and attitude

The worst return policy I have ever experienced. I would give them zero stars but the Google review app will not let me post the review.I purchased an iPhone 6S here almost two weeks ago. At that time, they gave the phone a test call but we did not test the speaker. Fast forward 30 minutes to my very first call. The sound was completely distorted. I phoned the AT&T store using my hands-free headphones, and they told me to perform a software upgrade, which I did but it didnt help anything. They told me to come back to the store so that they could try to diagnose the problem. The customer service person restarted the phone and made sure that I did the software upgrade. Then she performed a test call to my phone from their landline to hear the audio. She thought that the sound was fine. I called her from their landline. When I told her it still sounded awful to me and I couldnt understand anything that she was saying, she explained that they could swap out the phone that I had bought just days ago at their store for a higher model or higher memory version. I would have to pay for the upgrade even though the phone that they sold me did not work. A worker standing next to her chimed in and said that it was the worst return policy that they had ever heard of.She mentioned that I could go to an Apple store (a 45 minute drive in Orland Park, IL or an hour and 10 minutes downtown) to have it replaced for free which I ultimately did today.Why a store will not back the product that they sell is unbelievable to me. I learned the hard way that there is absolutely no value add to shopping here. I am going directly to Apple next time for any and all hardware purchases in the future.

Terrible customer service. Cant really do much here unless its a new startup. Other than that you have to call ATT and jump through hoops first then these guys can sell you a new phone but sorry, we dont have any phones in stock so we have to order them (how can an ATT store be out of phones? This is like a burger joint running out of buns)... if you are a current ATT customer is much better to do everything online or just cancel and switch to another provider. This ATT Corp store just lost themselves 2 customers.

I purchased an iPhone for my husband for christmas specifically told them it was a Christmas present and I didnt want to active the phone and I didnt want my husband s service interrupted.
