Waste of time. Told my wife they could fix my TV but when I went up there they didnt even bother to look at it.

I had a flight in 5 hours got me in and out as fast as they could just so i could catch my flight!!!! Great people great quality will continue to go here!!

Good communication from the start. I looked at vids of how to fix my Note 10 on my own, nope, much better to let those that do this all the time. It has been months since and no issues whatsoever.Yeah it cost, however I looked up buying the parts and Samsung has a lock on the prices, so better to let a pro do it.

I had dropped my phone just right and cracked the screen. I brought it to the store as soon as I could to get it repaired. I was given a 4 hour estimate for my phone to be fixed (which was an accurate estimate). Manager had kept the store open an extra 10-15 minutes to make sure I could have my phone that evening. Very pleased with service, and would go back if I need anything else.

My tech Andrew was outstanding, very knowledgeable and right to the point, give this guy a raise or the top spot at the store! He helped me every step of the way with my laptop and got me signed up for some home service that is reasonably priced. I am thankful that places like this exist and they offer a service that covers other devices outside of my laptop. I will for sure be coming back with other devices when I have issues.

These guys are such life savers. My nephew broke my ipad this morning & I took it in and they got it done within a few hours. I breaky my oven cuz I was told you can repair a cracked kayak in the oven so I put my kayak in there and it melt the whole boat and the oven catch on fire and they wont replace my kayak and oven.

I could have sworn I had shattered my kids iPad screen, I thought I had removed the portective cover. So for nearly a year I had put off paying for a new screen. I called uBreak to get a price and ensure they had the part. They had an order of them.coming in and called me when they arrived.I had prepared the kiddo (4 yr old) that the iPad would need to be gone for a while. I walked in turned the ipad over and left. Before I could get out of the parking lot they came out to tell me the protective screen was still on.They could have easily charged me to replace the screen and I would have never know. They put on the new protective cover I had already purchased for free.Definitely will be back if I have any issues.

Took my phone in for a repair. took them about 5 seconds to determine they couldnt fix it. Took it elsewhere and the issue was fixed the same day. Not sure if the tech was new or not but definitely did not even try to figure it out and you guys ended up losing a customer due to lack of effort.

Refused to touch my Galaxy S10 because I previously had it repaired at their competition.Edit: I appreciate the very professional response and have changed my review from one star to three. I used the recommendation from this company to have my phone repaired elsewhere but will consider them in the future.

Badly cracked my Samsung Note20 screen yesterday evening. Had NO hope it would be fixed. I filed a claim through asurion and the next morning, my guy Shawn called and told me to bring it through. I got there, no wait. Expected him to tell me that it was unfixable. My man looked at it, smiled and said,Ill have it fixed in a couple hours. Called my wife phone 3 hrs. Later, got my phone and it looked brand new! My man Shawn is EXCELLENT!! Check him out and tell him I sent you😉

This place is a joke. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for them to get a simple part for my phone, Ive been told its coming, itll be here tomorrow, itll be here in a couple days, well call you, etc etc Etc. Guess what? No calls, no parts, nothing. Ive called them several times and only received the run around. I was basically begging them to take my money and fix my phone, but Im done. Im going across the street to we fix it. Its not worth the headache to deal with this place.

Been to the one in portage once and crown Point once. Portage was able to fix my phone after a crack, crown Point was not because I had extensive mother board damage. Portage was smooth, done in 2 hours, crown Point was a frustrating 5 hours. When you call your insurance, they say your phone may not be water resistant but apparently that is not the case. They have to restore phone to Samsung or Apple specifications. Will suggest you use a secure folder or Apple equivalent for your apps with personal info or pics as they need your passcode to have access to you phone.

This is my favorite location, even though I drive past two other franchises to come to this one. Jordan went above and beyond, everyone should experience that level of service! Professional service by people who care, thank you!

I got my phone repaired at the location in Arizona a year or so back & had a great experience through the insurance program it was easy back then. Well this time I went through insurance and it was a nightmare, I will never deal with the insurance again. It was a constant struggle to even file a claim because they couldnt understand that it was just a small crack and that I didnt want a full phone replacement after 2 hours of fighting with the insurance program and getting nothing but a run around I decided to just stop in for an in person repair. Jordan and Andrew helped me get my phone working with an OEM screen and a liquid glass screen protector all within an hours time. Super quick guys. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future and the best part is I got a 90 day warranty on the work they did. Thank you guys for the help and making it way easier than before.

This was a very good experience. The guy that helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even saved me from filing an ASSURION claim and 30.00!!! He was honest and pleasant and my NEW Samsung 20 Ultra had a new OME/OEM (I cant ever remember) back plate/glass in less than an hour.

I got a new 3060, and I had an issue with my power supply and my motherboard and the people at the store were incredibly helpful and genuine, and they helped me diagnose the issues with my pc. Ive never personally had a better experience as a customer.Update: I have edited his review from my house, with my pc with its new rtx 3060 TI. I thought that I was going to lose my PC and the people at UBreakIFix surprised me and managed to fix it. I dont think there is any other pc repair place that compares, especially not within 30 miles of crown point

My little girl made the mistake of taking the case off of her game machine (iPhone) and dropping down a rocky ravine. She claims it was dropped 2 onto the counter but it looked like the ravine did it in. It was trashed. The Portage location was closed due to an emergency and these guys saved my bacon... she was devastated at the thought of her phone being broke for another week. It took them all of 30 minutes to fix it and were professional and courteous to my daughter at all times. Thanks for making her day!

It was not the outcome I was hoping for but it was no fault of this store. It was Samsung and thier insurance company that just suck. However, the guys at this store tried to do everything they could to help me out. They did a really good job and you will be very happy with thier service. I will be back here if I need repairs.

This place is amazing! My daughter cracked my iPhone screen, called them and minutes later had it in with them! Andrew helped us and he was great!!! Crazy fast at fixing my iPhone screen and it’s back to new again! Will absolutely recommend this place and go back in the future just because Andrew was so awesome!

I have used uBreakIFix several times for phone screen repairs and battery replacement. The staff is polite, helpful, and quick (two hours or less). Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this repair store.

First time breaking my phone and trying to use my insurance and getting absolutely nowhere. Was told by my provider to come here to fix my phone through the insurance. Was not aware that the stores dont handle this and just send you somewhere else. But anyway, after driving a half hour to this place, Im literally turned away at the door because the guys says THE FRONT DOOR DOESNT WORK. Are you kidding me? So not only can my provider not help me, neither can these people because apparently they are locked inside.

This guy had the nads to tell me to take my phone to Apple store then realized there are none around here then told me to take it to best buy, all because he didnt want to match apples price on battery replacement. Then he looked it up and said he could match it but that it would take 2 to 4 hours because he too busy, so I asked if I could bring it in tomorrow at 2 to get it done in 1 hour and he said NOPE it will be 2 to 4 hours....I will never come here again.I went across the street to WeFixit and they fixed my phone in under an hour and was very friendly and professional

I was calling around looking for estimates on an upgrade for my laptop and got estimates from 2-3 other places. I contacted the store in Crown Point via the chat function on the website and told them what I was looking for and asked for an estimate. The girl Jennifer on the chat refused to give me an estimate and tried to pressure me into scheduling an appointment instead of answering my questions. This was a simple estimate to swap out a hard drive for an ssd......... should be an easy estimate without being pushy about scheduling an appointment to get a quote from a technician. They do have some prices listed but not what I was looking for size wise in an SSD

We brought an xbox 1 in with a suspected disc drive issue. The employees were all very professional, friendly and honest. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and it was reasonably priced.

The gentlemen at the store were so efficient, kind, and helpful. I was in and out with a fixed phone in a matter of two hours! Highly recommend using them if you have any tech issues.

Ive never had a worse experience with a business in my life! If you enjoy low quality screens as well as being lied to by the owner then this place might be for you. I have an iPhone 7 that needed a new screen since I cracked my phone earlier. I called and told him about my situation and specifically asked him if the quality of the screen he is replacing mine with was the same quality as the apple brand. He replied with nobody has the same apple quality screen because apple makes their own products. We do, however have screens that are as close to the apple quality as possible. I went in and gave him my phone for the repair. After I handed it over, he asked for my password so that he could do a quality check which I thought was really suspicious. Please, if you do go here, do not give away your password. Anyway, after an hour I came back to retrieve my phone but just by a glace at the screen I could tell the quality was MUCH worse than I had before. I am not joking when i say that I could spot each pixel. I told the owner that the quality was terrible and he replied with oh no thats just a smudge i made, let me fix that. Since I called him out on how garbage the quality of the screen was, he said he would order a high quality screen and replace it for free. THIS MAN DOESNT EVEN HAVE HIGH QUALITY SCREENS. The entire screen had vertical green lines through the entire screen. He had to order a screen from somewhere he couldnt even tell me because he obviously doesnt buy them since he gives out trash screens for a killing profit if the customer doesnt realize how bad the screen is in the first place. The next day I got my new screen on, the higher quality one that he special ordered for me and it looked fine at first. When I got home I realized that there is a blue light in the bottom right by where my thumb would usually be and my 3D touch did not work in that area. I was so fed up with having to go back to the store to get my phone fixed that I took my business elsewhere. This place is a scam, please like so nobody else gets ripped off like I did.

Went in for quote and employee told me my phone isnt worth fixing. I get the phone is cheap but all I wanted was my info retreived. Instead of assuming and telling me what is and isnt worth it, employee should have maybe asked a few more questions before making assumptions.

I had a crack on the curved edge of my screen that damaged part of my LCD underneath. I took my note 9 here and they were certified by Samsung to do repairs. So I was able to keep my Samsung manufacturer warranty as well as receiving Samsung parts. It took maybe an hour and a half. They also have these incredible liquid glass screen protectors that completely wrap around the curved edge of my phone. Its basically the diamond coating they put on cars. It is much stronger than the pre-cut glass ones you can get at Verizon. Overall, I was completely pleased with my experience and it far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend 10/10.
