Awesome experience! What a great team. Everyone was thorough, helpful and friendly. I was greeted by Iris with Enthusiasm and a friendly smile. Angela was patient while walking through the first few machines. She was an excellent educator in regards to the care of my contact lenses. She was a huge supporter of protecting your eyes and helped me narrow down eyeglasses and sunglasses. ( Great taste).Ashleigh was very thorough in ensuring all the benefits of my insurance plan. In addition to all of that... They have a fantastic selection of glasses. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was a great experience. Everyone was incredibly thorough and helpful. It was especially clean and sanitary. Everyone was pleasant and kind. Dr Patel was fantastic, great conversation while getting my exam and detailed in her exam. When looking for a new pair of glasses everyone in the office was providing opinions which is helpful when you can’t decide! I would recommend this location to anyone!

You have zero right to ask me to expose my nose and mouth in your store to wear your mask when I walk in With mine. How dare you waste valuable PPE on this? Your doing zero to help anyone. Ill find another establishment to spend money with and take care of my vision needs. No wonder its no longer vision point. You will be gone in a matter of months with this

The best eye visit Ive ever had. From walking in the door, the exam, discussing options to walking out the door - best in 42 years.Marissa, Nicole and the doctor were all patient and knowledgeable, explaining things in a comprehensive manner.I looked over the reviews of the different locations for Vision Point and chose this location because they have such great feedback and they deserve every single ounce of it and more... Have called multiple times about my bill that my insurance paid and I’ve been told from your company they haven’t. Every time I call I get told we’ll look into it or the manager will call you back and I hear nothing. Now I have a final notice saying it will be turned into collections and I can’t get anyone to call me back and give me any information about why I’m being billed when I have a statement from my insurance showing payment.

I had a fantastic experience at Vision Point in Crown Point. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel really listened to my concerns from a visit to another office, and addressed them while being friendly and efficient-- an experience I didnt get at the other place. Im happy to have found a good place to switch to!

I dont normally post reviews but I have to since my experience here was so great! Dr. Patel was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. She did not make my appointment feel rushed and she made the experience very personal. Nicole worked with me to find the best glasses for me. She was very honest and patient with me while trying on different pairs and also very knowledgeable about all of the products Vision Point offers. She helped me find the best deal on glasses and contacts and never felt pushy about getting me to purchase anything I wasnt comfortable with. Overall a very professional and friendly staff. I will definitely be recommending Vision Point in Crown Point to others!

Great customer service, everyone was so sweet and helpful! The tech Anthony in the back was very friendly and had my glasses fixed under 10 minutes, fantastic!
