Very nice staff and doctors, Ive been a patient for three years and they make me feel at home and comfortable every visit. I usually joke around when nervous about tests even something as painless as a eye exam but the doctors joke right along with me and that puts me even more at ease. Even when picking out new frames I told them I would like something similar to my old frames and they looked in the back room and found ones almost like my old ones but even better! Just awesome people who take that extra step to make you happy and feel good. Thank you

I went in because a screw came out of my glasses, and they fixed the pair of glasses quickly and wouldnt charge me for it. I appreciate their friendly service and customer care.

I picked up my new READING glasses 3 days ago . I called today to ask what prescription they put in my glasses because these are obviously the incorrect prescription and was informed they can not give that information over the phone . I have tried these for 3 days and can not see anything out of them !! The receptionist then informed me it may require 2 weeks to get use to . I put my cheap readers from Walgreens on and can see perfectly instantly. I was also informed I must take the time out of my day to come in person to get that information and if they are truly incorrect I will have to go through the whole process of exam and everything all over. Like I said it is obvious these are NOT correct!! Doesnt take a Dr to tell me that . Pretty inconvenient for the customers in my opinion. I could understand if I had a special prescription but I do not . They are readers that is it ! Thought I would give this place a try and spend the money on a nice pair of glasses because it had good reviews and seemed professional. But I was definitely wrong

The best experience Ive ever had getting new glasses. From beginning to end, I was blown away with their professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and patience. I never felt so comfortable, and at ease, in asking questions, and picking out just the right frame. My only regret is not going to them sooner! I just love my new glasses!! Their product quality exceeds any other place Ive been to. Phenomenal place! Highly, highly recommend!!

I have been going to Moses Eye Care for years. They have many offices throughout northwest Indiana. I went to the office on Summit in Crown Point. I am one of those who hates the process of finding new eye glasses. The process is even more difficult with having to wear a mask. Zoie was so very patient with me and so kind. The process took me a very long time, and she could not have been kinder. She made me feel so at ease with the process, especially for how long it was taking me to find a pair of glasses. (which it should not have. I am just picky with glasses, because they do have an extensive collection) I can not say enough about not just her, but also the professionalism and friendliness of the other staff. A great place to go if you a looking for an eye doctor.

I can’t say enough about Moses in Crown Point on Summit. Janet at the front desk is so kind and helpful. She kept me up to date on my contacts and helped me get samples while waiting on contacts. Dakota always does a great job helping pick out glasses and makes the whole process so easy, quick and stress free. Dr Jen Kohn is so quick and also very informative during appts, she answered all my questions about insurance. Brandi is so patient and always helpful with finding out any questions I have and directing me to who I need to speak to. Highly recommend Moses in Crown Point!

I had a hard time finding contacts that worked for me and they were very patient and figured out after several tries which ones would work. I am so happy and believe me I went other places they just told me they wouldnt work for me so definitely a good experience!

We absolutely love Dr Jennifer Kohn and Dr Kasia Dudzik. They are very personable and they talk to you. Not in doctor speak but make sure you understand everything. Great bedside manners.The staff though is another story. Front end is typically kinda bland and low key rude.The nurses that bring you back are not friendly as well.

This is the second time Ive had a horrible response from staff. I love the Drs here. The staff is another story. The Merrillville location messed up my appointment after waiting for it for 3 months.. I even had received a txt confirming it. Then had to wait 3 weeks to just get in at crown point. Now this location a staff member gave me the wrong information about a timeline on insurance and everything will be out of pocket.

Dr. Moses was really nice and helpful. The girls assisting with the eye exam were great. Reason for 3 stars instead of more is the lady behind the desk not so helpful and both girls fitting us for the glasses when we picked them up were not very friendly nor helpful and my daughters glasses hurt her behind the ears; they were irritated when we asked for a re-fit and the one girl couldnt get the glasses straight for the life of her. For this reason we will not come back to this office. Will try another Dr. Moses office.

Dr. Rob Moses is the best eye doctor i have been to. I have been wearing contacts/glasses for 35 years. Dr. Rob always takes the extra minute or two to make sure I know all my options and that I can see clearly.

Tried making an appointment for myself and my husband twice. Once online for the Hebron, IN store and then called the Crown Point, IN store and they said that their systems were down that day and then took down my information and told me someone would call me... needless to say never any replies from either location. So, I took my business elsewhere. Such a shame!

Terrible terrible terrible. I have HIP Caresource insurance and they treated me like dirt. Like complete garbage. Sorry I’m low income but should not treat people that way. Had eye exam couldn’t get anyone to help pick out frames and couldn’t even get a trial pair of contacts out of these people. Would never go back.

Excellent service and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
