This place is so AWESOME. I haven’t had the best luck since COVID which made my credit score go down trying to stay afloat, but Dan and the staff did everything possible to get me a vehicle. Could not help me are they just didnt want to sales person was rude. Went somewhere else got the same suv but newer model and lower mileage. With the same down deposit. Sales person try to put me in a car and I am 6.2 with 5 kids and a carseat. Will not recommend.

Ive been struggling to find a car as well as get approved for a car as my credit is so new that it is essentially like having no credit. Tom made my experience very easy! Im an over the road truck driver. So my time home is usually short but Tom and dan manage to get me in on a Satirday at 4:30pm and I was able to drive my new car home at 6pm. Tom was very personable and straight forward. Though I faced some challenges with no previous major trade lines Dan the finance guy was able to get me approved with a little more cash down.I am very pleased with the service and condition and quality of my used car purchase. The salesmen were pretty friendly. Had no problem showing me around the vehicle I was interested in.My girlfriend has ghost credit (not bad, not good) **NO CREDIT**We came in with $550 and tried to get approved as everyone says they have a guaranteed approval. Far from a guaranteed approval he told me I would need practically $13000 out of the $17000 car and was extremely rude.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Dealership participates in deceptive practices. What you see or what they tell you is not what you get. I was told a car had a remote start on it by Julio and was given a remote with a remote start button on it. When I took it up the road to Brookdale Jeep, they said that vehicle did not come equipped with a remote start and the remote I was given did not go with the vehicle I was purchasing. When talking to the owner Matt about this situation, he was willing to put a remote start in the vehicle for free if I purchased it for $800. Now I just paid 17k for this vehicle, why should I pay another $800 dollars for something I was told I already had? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Find yourself another dealership to purchase a vehicle.

They are very good at what they do! There is a lot of dealers out there that claim they do it best but, these guys really do. I came I saw and I left with a vehicle that I wanted. Sold me a salvaged vehicle and than said they didnt know it was salvaged. Than was VERY Rude to me like it was my fault that they had purchased a bad title suv and thought I should take a loss. (Read the law)

I was looking for a van and found one here that was perfect! I was unable to purchase the van that day but they told me what I needed to bring back with me. I came a couple days later and the van was still there and they had the paperwork ready and a few signatures later I was driving out of the parking lot. They are the best guys ever!!!

Purchased a vehicle there and the staff was extremely kind. A couple of days later I accidentally locked myself out of my truck and didnt have a spare and they came in the middle of a snowstorm with a spare key. Not only did he bring the key he stood in the freezing cold to explain all the security features and how to avoid this from happening again. Needless to say they went over and beyond just a car purchase and Im forever grateful for that.

I am the mechanic that checked Marvin Johnson 2007 Cadillac Escalade esv. It’s one of the worst cars I ever looked at breaks bad rotors bad shocks bad engine bad transmission shifts hard then to price it at $8000 is very low Dow dirty this car shouldn’t have been financed both ball joint are bad upper and lower drive shaft. This car is unsafe and not drivable and could kill someone. I would tell people not to go there and the car was dirty so I will call the CDC cause all dealers are supposed to follow guidelines. Adding blown engine

Got a car yesterday and need $12,000 in repairs and it’s not drivable. I need breaks rotors shocks the air system to the shocks engine work and the tire is about to fall off and the wanted $8000 for the suv be smart stay away from there.....I am currently taking a urber to work on a 8,000 dollar car...... then they said they did a safety test that was a lie..... I’ll never come back to this place ever.

I was there this afternoon and by golly if I didnt have the most HORRIFIC experience possible! From the minute I walked in the door it was awful. Everyone ignored me while I stood there waiting patiently. There were not any customers besides myself. All of the sales people blatantly ignored me. I ended up just walking out after 15 minutes. I will never go there again or recommend anyone else go there after that experience.

Was there for a couple hours, and with my very limited credit they were still able to get me into a car that I am loving so far!!Though I have low expectations as my 04 Malibu had no heat, they got me into a 2016 Nissan right in my range for monthly payments!Was looking all over for weeks, and Tom helped me get what I needed!0 complaints except my insurance wanted to charge be over $400 for the change of vehicle/for my monthly. Quickly found another with a lower rate!

My wife purchased a car here! I heard the way these men spoke to her after it broke down in less then 1 month. I was Disgusted! no one should be spoken to that way but the way these men in my opinion bullied her was unacceptable. It is my right in America to have free speach and tell the truth about what I have heard myself. I would not recommend this car dealership.

Cities Auto Salesmen treated my son with disrespect and disregard. There were two older white men who wouldn’t even introduce themselves and one Hispanic male, Julio. My son approached the first white male to ask about a vehicle two separate times, both times he was brushed off and told to go speak to Julio. Julio helped him twice, which was appreciated. The other white male returned from a test drive with the vehicle we came to look at. The customers he was with got out of the vehicle and left immediately. My son started to ask the Salesman questions about the vehicle, the man proceeded to walk away while my son was speaking. Making a snide remark “There’s a bunch of stuff wrong with the car, that’s why it’s $1300.” while waving his hand in a manner that reflected, go away. Very disrespectful. Never do business with people who don’t have basic manners or decency, it’s a reflection of poor moral character.

The entire staff at Cities is awesome!! They are knowledgeable and incredibility helpful, no matter your situation. Their program was different than Id been through before but it worked great! You have to qualify first before you move on, but that way you dont drive a car, and of course fall in LOVE with it, and then find out you cant afford it. And they have warranties, a must on a used car, that they were able to help me fit into my budget. No preconceived notions about my situation and i was treated with respect. Ill be back for sure!!!

Bought car end of March. Had to replace the engine mid April. To top it off. Management was not so nice and understanding of me not having a car that I needed. So I drove the car back to them and asked for them to fix it. They towed it to another shop where I had to pay the deductibles for a car that I had less than a month for an engine. That engine was faulty so I had to get another put in. Now fast forward to last month. My car has been in the shop for another month for the transmission. Mind you it is now at another shop because the 1st shop could not wait any longer for the warranty company. Out of 6 months Ive not had my car for 3 of those months all the while paying my car payment every month.

I had been in communicate with whoever at the auto place and i requested a carfax report and was told i could get one but only after i am at shop and agree to purchase the truck i live over an hour away and was very intrested in the truck but then to be told i cannot get carfax report due to shop dont want to pay 40 dollars to pull it up unless im buying the truck humm that abit of a scam there since should be able to obtain a carfax prior to buying the vehicle so that put a RED FLAG UP FOR THIS SHOP!!! guess a customer is loss here....

Horrible customer service, gives customers the run around and also has over priced cars with high mileage at that. Kenny will say anything to take your money and sell you a nice looking car but you will be cheated out of price high miles and bad warranty, they hardly have lenders that finance anyone. if your not ready to buy an car same day then dont go here they will send you around the moon and back.
