I found the car I liked at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a great source for my trade-in. These guys are personable a seem to want to develop a long term relationship. If you feel overwhelmed and under assisted at the big lots, I suggest giving them a try.

If I could give this place no stars I would. DAVE and his partner has no communication, what so ever. I came in to get a red silverado truck. We did car agreement and everything for the truck. I got insurance and the check, and they sold the truck to someone else. And they never reached out me or even told me they sold it, either. Thee worst dealers I ever seen. Doesnt even deserve to be 3.9 star rating. This place is only money hungry.

Called Premier Motors yesterday Friday June 26th, 2020 around noon. Made a apt for today at 2pm to look at vehicle. Told to ask for Dave. They asked if I would need financing? I said no, I had my own and he said then you qualify for discount. Drove two hours. When I arrived it was 2:10pm and was told it was sold. They said it would have been a good idea to hold vehicle with money down, which I was not advised on when I made the apt the day prior. The vehicle is still listed on website. Perhaps its how they get people their because they were not sorry and said they had lots of other vehicles they could show me. Very disappointed in integrity of business.

Dave was a nice guy. But after purchasing a vehicle we brought it to our machanic to find the oil bubble was leaking needed to be replaced. Needed an oil change. And transmission fluid needed to be flushed.

I had come to Premier motors to purchase a new (to me) vehicle. I went in and saw Dave where we discussed the Jeep I was interested in as well as my trade-in. While I was there I was informed that the vehicle still needed to have an alignment, and would not be able to take home that day. I left and in the following days continued to check in to see if the vehicle was ready. During this time I asked if the vehicle came with a spare key, I was notified the vehicle did not have a spare. I asked Dave if he was willing to take $300 off of the pricing for the cost of the key (which is what the Jeep dealership quoted me for a new key). Dave told me he could NOT as I was already getting a deal, which I thought was understandable. For FIVE days I was told “the vehicle should be done today”. Finally Dave notified me through text message stating that the price of the vehicle was going to be more. The vehicle was finally being serviced and from what I can assume more was wrong with the vehicle than they expected. After receiving this text message I called him because at this point I had already been there (looked at the vehicle, they looked over my trade-in, and we worked over the pricing) and was just waiting for the vehicle to be completed. Dave denied talking about pricing, tried accusing me of low-balling him (because I asked about the $300 for the key), began yelling on the phone, wouldn’t let me talk, and treated me terribly. At one point in the conversation I even tried to ask him why he was yelling/getting upset with me… I was the one that was told a price and HE changed it. After 13 minutes of me trying to figure out what was going on I thanked Dave for his time and in return I got a few chuckles and he hung up on me. I have never wrote an online review until today, but I highly recommend reading the reviews on this location before you visit. I would never buy a vehicle from somewhere that treated me with so much disrespect and someone so dishonest. I’m beyond grateful now that the vehicle was not ready and I did not get stuck with a vehicle from this “business”.

BUYER BEWARE!! Spoke to Dave on Sunday about the “SPECIAL” 2008 Escalade for $10,900 out the door cause he said he couldn’t go any lower and the car needed nothing but a driver so I agreed to meet today 01/06/20. Had my boyfriend call this morning and Dave told him $10,600 out the door. Around 4:15p Dave called my guy back and asked if he was still interested then hung up and texted me to see if I was still coming. I never replied. Got there and test drove it. My guy is a self employed mechanic. The truck needs a motor mount which Dave was well aware of. Also needs a wheel alignment and the miles were 3100 off the online mileage. Online says 168,000 actual is over 171,000. Dave offered to fix the truck before purchase but I read the reviews before I came here so I declined the offer. We were offered $10,400 in the end but we walked out the door the way we came in, WITHOUT the truck. Then he said Tax time is coming up so he’ll get rid of it. If you buy a vehicle from here, take a mechanic. The truck is a trade in so they didn’t pay much for it. That truck is SPECIAL for real. Do your homework and don’t go for what they tell you. Be smart and shop elsewhere.

Dave acts as if he cares and makes promises that he wont keep. Hell fix the job only for it to fall apart at a later date so it can come out of your pocket. I personally have now spoken with the bank directly eliminating Dave. The bank stated that my application had been approved weeks ago. open for business. My New Loan..Monthly Payments Etc, etc...At this point I told the bank that Premier Motors refused to give me my vehicle an has my down payment. The bank now Suspicious called Dave Premier Motors directly. I drove back to Premier Motors, Dave was hot furious with myself for calling the bank about his hidden actions. The bank called me back telling-me I have full rights of ownership to the vehicle Take my vehicle any problems call them back!.Discovery!As I have ownership of my vehicle, realize there were things DONE to the vehicle that was not done or there before.(photos) The vehicle was in the presence of Premier Motors and became damaged. Bought a 2007 Expedition Max back in February, paid 10k for it. Had 153k for miles. 2 days later the engine light came on, was misfiring. I put new plugs,could in, still light was on. Brought it to Ford dealership,they said it was a bad piston and needed a new motor😥. Talked to Dave to see if he would trade it back for another vehicle and write it off for a loss. NOPE. YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS..😤😢 Tried to trade it in value other dealers wout pay Max is 6500 if nothing was wrong..So a SUV worth 10k coated me 21k for everything parts,labor and a rebuilt motor. I would think if you were spending 10k on a vehicle, you shouldnt be having trouble within 2 days.

Came in here looking for a car. The owner Dave makes it seem like hes helping you etc etc . But hes seriously trying to screw you over. Ive never been to a dealer where i have to go to a bank to get a loan. Usually dealers call for me and get the loans out. Read all his reviews and it looks like i just about saved myself from being scammed. He had the audacity to tell me i didnt know you worked pricing cars when i said he sold old vehicles and they were expensive. Went to Luther brookdale Jeep instead and worked w wonderful people . I recommend them 10+! Got a new 2017 vehicle, w/ a low interest rate. Screw this place!

We bought a car for a good deal. He told us there were a couple problems like the wiper blades and no spare tire, and a small oil leak. I told him if he fixed them wed buy it. After a couple days it was ready. I took it in for an oil change and they told me I should not have bought it. I trust this mechanic and he took me in the shop and showed me the problems. Broken exhaust, bad tires, bad sway bar, the suspension was gone, and more.Now I realize a cheaper car will have problems, but this amount was surprising and that was after he told me of the stuff he DID know...I dont know much about cars but I guess these were pretty obvious things. Im not saying he WAS dishonest, but at the very least he didnt know the car well enough to sell it like he did. If youre a dealer, at least look over your vehicles and know what youre selling.I took it back and he said his buddy could fix most of it. Well, a few months later the fixes fell apart. He also charged me for all the work.Im not saying DONT got here, but if you do, take someone you trust who knows cars. I dont think he looks at his inventory closely.

I wouldnt even give him one star if i had a choice …the manager dave is a rude.. sneaky unprofessional i drove pass this little car lot last week on tuesday i went inside told dave my situation however i need a car he said ok ill work with u ..i seen a car i was interested in..it fit my budget and price range … so i gave him my ID he took a copy of it ..i gave him some personally information about me ..right away he said i was approve but i would need a co signer ..This happen on a tuesday when wednesday came around i went back to the dealership with a GOOD CO SIGNER …she tested drove the car and took it to my personally mechanic and he told us the problems with the car..we then drove it back to dave to tell him (he tried to be smart… and act like he knew the problems)))) Im thinking to myself he wasnt gonna say anything about the tires if we never took it to the mechanic to get check out…(dave promise to fix the repairs) anyway he said i need to give him a down payment for the car if i want him to hold the car... i then gave him half the down payment and then i went back thursday for the remaining of the down payment now Im there thursday he said the car would be ready friday evening he just needs some more paper work from me and my co signer ..so we provided all the paper work he need and requested .. we left his dirty office and didnt hear from him the remaining of friday so i called him saturday morning he was defensive and loud on the phone cause i was asking him about the car situation …VERY RUDE!.. a few hours passed he texted my phone and said the car is ready for pick up…nooooooo i feel some type of way about this guy….i told him ill come on monday which is today..over the weekend i did some internet research on this guy and his shady business... Ive spoken with people who have dealt with him…everybody is stating the same or similar things about this guy..when i went today to request a refund of my down payment he was yelling n very rude he threw my bank card back at me and told me to stop running my mouth or else he wasnt gonna put my money back on my card anytime soon….hahahahahha another thing he took my co signer personal information over the phone which is against the LAW!… and didnt actually request for her ID until 3 days later… how did he know ...who she said…. she was..she could of been somebody else…UNPROFESSIONAL he claim to be in the car business since 1980 hahahaha why not be part of the BBB then??? ..i got my refund back went to a bigger more professional car lot drove off with the same car 40,000 MILES LESSER AND LESSER AMOUNT with warranty AND NO CO SIGNER!!!!…. so i learned from my experience never give a down payment up front!… STUPID ME!… however i dont recommend anybody to buy a car from this car lot or from dave!….DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GUY HE IS SHADY BUSINESS AND WOULD PUT YOU IN A CAR WITH 1,000 PLUS MILES WITH A 10,000 CAR LOAN…and yes another thing the internet has the car listed as 118.000 MILES when we test drove the car he has 130,000 MILES ha big difference ….also the internet has 2006 and the paper he showed me has 2008 …the over all experience with this dumb fool was a lesson learn NEVER AGAIN!…. ***** BUYERS BE AWARE***** **** I DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY A CAR FROM DAVE*****AND IM SURE THESE RECENTS REVIEWS ARE FROM HIM OR HIS FRIENDS!…I DONT BELIEVE IT!...
