I just went to this GameStop and they had people in there and they were ”closed” I highly advise you don’t come here if you dislike hypocrites. If they had people in there letting me in wouldn’t hurt.

They take too long to give you a game and there was a guy who took so long just asking questions on the games and didn’t even by anything.Worst experience.I just wanted a game and that was it.I didn’t even get the game and left.

This one is 10x better than the one in bell gardens . Bell gardens has tons of traffic in and outside the store. This one since its smaller, allows you to get in and out.

I went there Saturday at noon to get any gaming controller that was Bluetooth. I ask the worker if they had any used Bluetooth gaming controllers on sale and she responded “We don’t, we have controllers for gaming systems.” Thats when I knew she was didn’t know much about gaming since most controllers are now Bluetooth compatible so I ask what controllers are wireless and she just points at a pro switch controller. I ask if the blue gamecube looking controller was wireless and she looked at me annoyed and said its a gamecube controller. I knew it was for a switch since I saw the logo on it. She wasn’t helpful or informative about the product I was willing to buy. I ask if i can see the gamecube controller and when i held it i ask how do I charge it and what was the return policy. She told me but I didn’t feel positive about the purchases that I was about to make so I decided not to buy it.

Now I understand why GameStops sales keep going down year after year. I recently purchased 2 games spent an hour with them & decided they werent for me so the next day I decided to exchange them for different games unfortunately though I lost my receipt so I wasnt able to exchange them because they needed to know the total amount I payed when honestly that isnt a problem because in your bank statement it shows you the total you paid but no they actually want that paper. In other GameStops if you show them your online statement as proof of purchase you can exchange them without that paper they really need to definitely make changes when it comes to this because its definitely one of the factors dragging their sales down and driving customers insane or else they will have to declare bankruptcy soon just like ToyR Us & Forever 21 did on top of the fact that GameStop already closed 200 stores this year.

Quick service, games are always in stock, cool employees. This store stays open late. The only draw back is the parking, sometimes I have to park at the superior parking lot.

I have been in many different Gamestop locations and always has been normal, but today this lady at this specific location was very lazy and rude. When i get here she askes me if had any questions, when I asked her to check for a inventory in a certain accessory she was like is out of stcok, so I ask her to check on another locations she answer me with a bad attitude if I knew how to use google maps to check by myself for other stores. If you dont want to help people dont fken ask.

Pre ordered a game ... was given a ticket to pick up my game . They dont use computers.... they use tickets to pick up your game ..wth??? I have my ticket but not my game . They had all been sold ! 100.00 game . Star wars still waiting only game ....or a call back

They take forever to attend a line of people I ended up leaving the place didnt even get to buy what I wanted and just wasted my time!! Thank you gamestop for reminding me that Amazon or ebay is my go to store when it comes to video games!!

Its a really nice place to buy video games and accessories for your console and some for PC but they dont really show you all your options they just tell you to roam around and see what you can find.

Friendly and well stocked even on retro systems and games and staff ready to answer questions. Ps. Parking can be a nightmare

The staff is nice. As soon as we walked in we were greated immediately by not one but 2 associates. I dont remember ever been greeted that quickly before. Everyone is so nice. It doesnt feel like someone died in there (most GameStops Ive walked into are horribly depressing these days). The service is good the product is great both new and used. A+

You know every time I come into this store I get a different experience. A few weeks ago I had the best experience from this guy that sold me the Nintendo switch. I showed up even at closing time right at 9pm and I thought he was going to lock the door on me, but he didn’t and help me and gave me the best service. But today I just got off of work and as soon as I walked in and even made it up to the counter and still wasn’t acknowledged. It seem like the manager was disciplining, scolding, or training him I’m not really sure but it took her a minute to ask me if I needed help. After I was pointed in the direction that I was looking for, I went back to the counter and she said I’ll be right with you. After ten minutes of waiting and other people in the store and she was just still talking to her coworker and totally ignoring me. I just walked out the store annoyed 😠

The preowned games I buy here are usually in great condition. However, there arent enough games for 3DS players but nice people work here. I think that this gamestop is one of the best because the employees know what they are talking about. They are professional and informative. Also, I have been to other gamestops and none of them have nicer employees than this one. I highly recommend this gamestop because some stores are really cramped but this one is bigger.
