Vanessa and other Co worker at Packard Ave US Cellular made my day today helping get my phone back working. They set up my backup for contacts and even the new phone case on for me while keeping me out of the rain. I am very thankful.

After upgrading devices a week ago in a different U.S.Cellular location, phone was having trouble charging. Took phone back to original store & was told: you need to go to UBreak-IFix down the street.Really? After only 7 days?Fast-forward 1-day later; walk into U.S. Cellular in Cudahy.Tony greets us with a genuine smile & wants to immediately help. In 2 minutes he has solved the issue. I will drive the extra 2 miles to this location to avoid the disgusting customer service at a store that is closer.Thank you Tony! How u TREAT PEOPLE makes all the difference.

I have had great experiences with Lindita and Tony at the Cudahy location. Very prompt, polite and knowledgeable.
Arrived to the Cudahy, WI location and 6:55pm to buy a phone case. The open sign was still on (they close at 7) and two employees were inside, but the door was locked. I waved to the employees and they clearly saw me but ignored me. I called the phone number and one employee picked up the phone. I asked if I may come in and purchase a phone case really quick. The employee said no because their drawers were already counted and closed out. Why have the open sign on if you’re not going to help customers?
I believe her name was Jessica who was working (if not Im sorry)! I came in because my phone was recently activated and not making calls. I had been on the line last night almost 2 hours with no answers. I was very frustrated and considered another provider all together. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and kind. My issue was fixed within minutes. The tech support woman on the line was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I then asked about a phone case that could carry my personal cards. She was beaming and said that she had one in the back that I would love. I was questionable as I had only been there 10 minutes. She came out with EXACTLY what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. It was a great experience, I will definitely return!
I usually dont do reviews but I feel like other people should know how good of an experience I had here! This has to be the best cell phone store that I have ever been to in my life!! Customer service was excellent! I came into store pretty upset over an issue with my phone and was not exactly very nice to the employees because I was previously at another store and they didnt really do anything to help me and said there was nothing they could do. I was helped by Jessica and she was polite, knowledgable and seemed genuinely happy to help me. She solved the problem rather easily. So much for nothing they can do as what I was told by the other store I was at. This was my second time here and Jessica and the other employee I think his name was Eddie actually care about helping the customer, unlike other places where if you arent there to buy something they just want to hurry up and get you out of the store. I highly recommend this place they really care about the customer and it shows. Thank you Jessica and Supreme Cellular!

I was quite upset after loosing all access to my broken phone. It was just before closing time and I was set up with a new one in no time.
Been going here for past 10 or so years now and never had a bad experience. Staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and even let me know how I could save money on my account even if I didnt ask! Highly recommend. Jessica is the A1 best and Eddie is great as well! Tell em Rich sent ya.😉

I was having a ton of problems switching plans and the worker who helped me was jessica she was amazing she knew exactly what I needed before any problem occured. She definitely went above and beyond for us. And gave us the best possible discount they could. She was the only reason we got to change to what we wanted.
At this location, Jessica- the Assistant Manager is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Always a pleasure to work with her. This store has recently done a nice job with updating to a fresh, bright environment.

I was glad to see the masks required sign when I walked into the store today. But, the two employees were not masked and right in the front of the store. Why ask customers to wear masks when employees are all over the store not wearing masks?

Horrible customer service. Been there twice. Last time, I went in to get a new phone and had to wait along time. I was patient, but after one customer left, when I approached the desk the lady just asked what are you doing? No hello, no welcome to U.S. Cellular, just what are you doing? As if approaching a salesperson for help with a sale is such a strange yet offensive gesture? As someone with anxiety, I felt like a kid getting in trouble at school. I like the store out in Delafield better, too bad its such a drive.
Had a really great experience here! Adam, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to make my phone transfer quick and easy. Ill go back here for sure if I ever need help with my phone.

(Please see update)Have been a customer there for about 14 years and had the worst customer service experience ever. Bought a screen protector from Don Johnson that I assume was old or defective. It came off my phone about 3 hours after I left the store. Having always received good customer service there before I was shocked that I waited 45 minutes only to be told by Mr Johnson problem was on you mam.Update: apparently Don is the worst customer service person they ever hired. I called the store and spoke to Eddie. He offered me a new screen protector but was so kind and informative I upgraded to liquid glass.
Today I came in to US cellular in Cudahy and a young lady by the name of Jessica helped me set up my new S20 Ultra she was amazing and thorough and helped me with all my questions. Thank you Jessica
I have been treated with attention and respect at this branch and dont have to wait for extended periods of time to be helped as I do at larger locations.I am particularly grateful to Eddie, the manager of this store for his kind and calm manner as well as his understanding and expertise of US Cellular products. He cleared up a misunderstanding (on my part) and deserves a medal of honor.
Slow service. Told I was eligible for an upgrade 2/17 by a chat team. Came to this store on 2/17. Store told me upgrade is 2/19. Came on 2/19 only to be told its now 2/21 and there was nothing he could do. Then he magically was able to do the upgrade after I complained. The store manager couldnt even complete my transaction without calling order support. All I wanted to do was upgrade a phone.

Horrible experience! Thee was no one else in the store and not 1 of the 4 employees acknowledged we walked in. The hours say open until 8, but at 6:22 the man we finally got to talk to us, told us he would have to set up a future appointment because they were closing! We left with no appointment and will never go back or recommend this location to anyone.

Manager was drunk when I showed up with my wife to purchase phone. He was slurring and obviously messed up. Traded in our perfectly working phone that was paid off for an upgrade. Then two weeks later when we couldnt figure out why the phone wasnt working we took to store. Said it sounds like a wiring issue. They refused to replace. Stated it was past 14 days. We would have to settle for a refurbished phone from manufacturer now.. they just charged me 1000 for a brand new phone that didnt work. Low quality management and customer service. Dont get conned.
Pretty lackluster response at several of the agent offices. Never a hello, goodbye, thanks- we appreciate your business... Too bad. The product is ok...not great, service ok...not great. How about a total revamping of the customer matters mantra? Just a thought....

I was at U.S. Cellular in Cudahy today. I was so glad to see Jessica and that they have FINALLY made her MANAGER! Ive been a customer since 2013 and EVERYTIME I have had a problem Jessica is the ONLY ONE who had the KNOWLEDGE and NO HOW to FIX my problem! When Jessica left there it was a HUGE VOID in KNOWLEDGE and CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION! Im glad she is back and they saw the light to make her manager! It was LONG OVERDUE! THANKYOU Jessica for ALL u do! As usual she handled my problem today WHILE SHOWING me how to do it myself! The mark of a good teacher! Youre AWESOME! Keep doin what youre doin! Was able to get done what needed to get done, but I always expect a lengthy wait time at this location. Was disappointed by the representative. He was sleeping when we entered the store, sleepy and unresponsive or not knowledgable with my questions. Basically, Ive come to expect less than par service from this location.

Huge rip off. This store charges you for things US Cellular customers are supposed to get for free. Tried to charge us $20 for a new SIM card. Employees there are rude and unhelpful. Will never come here for any service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
On two visits cudahy us cellular my wife and i were helped by Adam and Eddie on two separate visits which lasted about two hours each. The service was incredible thats why i give them a 5 star rating!
