Express Oil next to AutoZone is a complete joke!Id offer 1/2 star, if possible!The guy that done my alignment only spent a few minutes (8 to be exact) checking out my wheels: including driving on the ramps, inspecting the tires and doing the actual alignment, then Im told by their sales lady that its not his usual job (would have been great information prior to spending $100). I drove the vehicle a few miles down the street, only to have the same problems occurring with the vehicle pulling in a different direction. The technician then claimed the tires had issues (which never occurred after having those tires taken off for inspection yesterday and different ones put on), then today their Operations Manager said, we cannot do another alignment without paying again! The first alignment was never properly done, so why would I pay for a 2nd inaccurate alignment if nobody addressed the 1st one? Plus, another manager had already told told me to come back after having other tires placed on the vehicle, and he would make sure the job was done correctly. I returned, then had to wait until 14 minutes before closing, only to have their Operations Manager (probably a retired used car salesman) say you didnt ask for a rotation, only an alignment and thats your problem. We only do what the customer ask! Every question I asked had a deflection to the technician not doing his job properly! So, they do not go out of their way for any extra customer service, then give a bogus analogy to excuse their lack of work for not even looking at the tires. Why would one not look at the tires after being told a vehicle is pulling? Wouldnt a good technician/manager inspect the tires first?Their sales lady seems sweet, even though she couldnt speak the truth about why I arrived in the first place and what occurred, which would have silenced the interrupting deflections from their Operation Manager.Overall, this place is a complete joke for an alignment, and shouldnt be trust to do anything else!

As a customer, service was very slow. I got there, pulled right in. Took over 30 minutes to just get my oil changed! Lots of work place tension. I could tell that just by sitting in my vehicle. Very unhappy. Been a customer of express for years.

Oil change was quick and good but wanting to charge over 350$ on labor for ac blower which wouldnt take 10 mintues to change. Plus i paid for test to make sure what was wrong and its not even what they said. Its just the wire plug to blower ugh. I have been customer here for over 7 years kinda let down.

From Ohio but while driving through Alabama we had two flat tires. Stopped here and they changed it for us quickly and had great & friendly service. Glad we chose to stop here!

I came by awhile ago and a gentleman named Anthony served me in a timely manner, he wore his face mask to keep us safe, and helped our family out greatly. He was a very good hard worker that knew what all he was talking about. I will diffidently be coming back for this gentleman to do all my work from here on out.Good worker keep him around!

Came across a great worker today his name was Anthony.He did my oil change etc. Its hard to come across a good honest company with good workers now days but he hit it straight on and definitely represented his company very well. The guys here one their stuff. They get you in and out about as quick as anyone around.

Went in this morning to get my brakes changed out and their Director of Operations (or whatever similar title was on the shirt) tried to shake me down for better quality parts. When I refused and informed them I would be going somewhere else, that same Director thought it would be a good idea to belittle me and call me a bad customer. Express Oil Change has forever lost a long time customer over this. Full disclosure: Im a former employee (many years ago and not at this location) that decided to change careers and still has many friends that still work for Express Oil Change.

The manager, Jeremy, greeted me right away. I explained my brakes were squeaking and thought I might need new brake pads. Express was very efficient in checking things out for me. As it turns out, not brakes needed at this time. Very professional service. I will be back when repairs are needed. Thank you for your help today!

Everything seemed OK but after I left and started driving on vacation to the Shore my engine light came on so now I have to mind out what thats about. They also checked my lights, blinkers, break lights... they missed that one of my lights was out. Hmm

Favorite place to get anything done on my truck. And I love that they make an effort to inform me of what needs to be done and they never make me feel bad if I choose not to fix something that visit.

These guys were great! They quickly got us in and taken care of. Manager even came in the waiting area and hooked up his own phone to play some YouTube kiddie shows for my one year old! Not very often these days that businesses go above and beyond, but they did. Every time we have gone to this one they have been great!! Highly recommend them.

I have had numerous visits to this particular Express Oil. These guys have a great working knowledge of the business. They are very friendly and will not sell you something that you dont need. I pass by several Oil change facilitiess in order to have these guys change oil and transmission fluid. I even pass another Express Oil. Express Oil is a little more expensive for oil changes, but they check out your vehicle while changing the oil. When a place checks for leaks or other problems, it will take a little longer than 10 minutes, too. I went in today for transmission service and it only took them 30 minutes. Of course, they were not busy. They are a lot cheaper on transmission servicing than many other places. I have used many oil change places over the years and I prefer this place over all of the other ones I have visited. Daniel has worked there for 9 years and is a great guy to serve your vehicle. The manager is a very nice and personable individual. I wish I could name all the guys with which I have had a great experience, but I can not remember them all. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle, then take it to them for a check up before you buy. Car lots have no problem with you wanting to get a car checked out. In reiterating my praise for this express oil.... I give it an A+++!!!!!

These guys are very helpful, fast, nice, and really know their stuff. They found a brake leak while performing a routine check during an oil change. They fixed the leak and got me back on the road.

I had wonderful service got my oil change at 4:30 and the guy was still so friendly.

Dealt with them, great team of guys. Pointed out some new things (problems) on the car and went a little extra to help me get them fixed. Not bad priced either!

I drive a 350z Nissan and my license plate light was out. First, I went to the Nissan dealer. They wanted to take the whole panel off and asked if I could do it myself. Then, I went to Auto Zone to get lightbulbs and beside AutoZone is an Express Oil Change (Store#153). So, I went with my light bulbs to one of the mechanics, I don’t remember his name, but he is from Alaska. He went immediately to my car and within 5 minutes he replaced the light. I did not know that we still had people like him. A nice person, experienced and friendly. From now on, I will take all my car business to EXPRESS OIL CHANGE.

Not one employee acknowledged that I had pulled in or came out to see what I needed. I understand be being but at least acknowledge your customers. I left and went across town.

Had a flat tire the guys here found the hole in my tire sidewall and stayed open late while i went to buy another tire from WM because nothing else was open and then put the new tire on for me for nothing and had me back on the road in no time. Thank YOU !!!

Great people and they are fast

They will hold your truck hostage literally all day long for a minor maintenance procedure. Slowest service in town. If you are that busy then be honest and dont accept the job. I will never use this place of business ever again.

Within 5 minutes my price jumped from 300 to 500$ to do an AWD alignment. Then charged $50 to look at it or diagnose it as they called it to my elderly mother who doesnt know any better. I will be contacting their superiors. I just got an alignment done awd in decatur for 78.00. The parts they told me i needed are build onto my car factory setting and just needed adjusting. Cheats liars scammers. Cullman overprices for everything down to gas. Its ridiculous to be able to go 25 miles up the road and get a good price.

Made an appointment online for Saturday 8 am. Got there 20 minutes before they open. The guy came out an greeted me at 7:55. Said they’d pull me in once the doors opened and had me sit in the lobby. Just then two cars pull in and as soon as the doors open they pull those two cars back first. Needless to say I left and I will not be back. Terrible customer service.

Great place. Always get my oil changed there. I went up there one time thinking i needed a front end alignment. Dan asked me what it was doing. I told him. He told me i didnt need a front end alignment. That it sounded like warped rotors. He said we want your business but we dont want to charge you for something you dont need. I did in fact have warped rotors. So they saved me money from an unnecessary alignment. They are always very friendly and im always in and out.

Rip people off that don’t know about vehicles at all. We’re going to charge $1400 for a simple fix. $400 for the cheapest brakes.

Moved to Cullman recently about 6 months ago. I have had multiple oil changes. Recently unexpectedly I had to get the front breaks and roaters replaced. They did a great job with getting everything done on the same day I dropped it off. I would also like to comment that as a female, I often take my car into places like these and get looked at and talked to like I dont know anything about cars since I am a female. That had not been the case at this location and that is very much appreciated. Not only are all the gentlemen I have encountered respectful,but very friendly and take time to make you feel valued even on those days when they are supper busy. Thanks for the great customer service!

Love it. The guys there is so welcoming and answered all our questions without hesitation. He was also funny and let my nephew help wash the back window. Lol I cant remember his name but he said he was former military.

Be prepared to be bombarded with up sell attempts. They once told me I had a tire that needed replaced when i had gotten from them a few months prior.....

Fast service but the price!! They charge about 20 dollars more than everywhere else. I was not expecting that at all. I think i will just Walt in line somewhere else and save the price difference.

My car broke down on my way through this town and they were kind enough to take a look at it even though they were closing in 4 minutes the told me what was wrong how much it would be and worked hard to get it fixed. These guys are good guys.

Dont normally use places like Express Oil Change but these guys did exactly what I needed done. All I needed was someone to pull vacuum on my AC system that I fixed, when other people were telling me they couldnt do it these guys did it and they did it for a very cheap price.

Terrible service did not check my tire pressure said they checked my air filter but I watched the whole time did not even take it out will not ever be back
