The cell phone service side is terrible. Tech does not communicate with you at all. He acts like doing his job is an imposition. Theyve had my iPad for over two months and still havent gotten the screen replaced properly. Do not use them to repair any of your electronics.

Im not one to give low review scores but.... Constructive criticism.1: If you take a persons phone number and say... Well call you when its ready - Then do that. We rely on our devices, we wait, then we call and get, yes sir its ready. What happened to well call when its ready.2: Customers pay to have a tablet or phone repaired it would be really nice if when you picked it up it was charged and ready to go.Our iPad had zero charge when we picked it up. Come on, how about having a charging station for customers products so when they pick them up they are serviced and ready. How do I know it even works?Now I have to go home, charge my device instead of being a happy customer, Im a dissatisfied complaint.Go figure.
