My family has known Joe and Nicole for years since he was at Prestige. Cant say that I ever met an honest mechanic in all of my 65 years until I met him. What impressed me once, and why he will always have my business is because I drive only Mercedes, and everyone knows that these parts can be costly. Well, Joe quoted me $1700 for some work. I guess that was to be expected so I gave him the okay to go ahead and do it. When I got back in the afternoon to pick up my car, the bill had dropped down to $900. Apparently he was able to salvage the problem and it didnt have to cost me that much. That is the day that I knew that this guy is a keeper. There is a lot of dishonesty in this business especially when you are a woman. Sad to say. Since then, I recommend J & N to anyone who asks for a mechanic. For the first year I had my car, I had been stuck taking her to Toyota. They ripped me off dollar for dollar and never even fixed anything that needed it! They even passed my car after Joe and 2 other mechanics found and showed me an exhaust leak! So since Toyota passed my car with that exhaust leak, my car created more issues (clogged converter, axle leak, exhaust leak) Toyota wanted to fix for almost $5,000, including just sanding out my brakes and $1,200 for tires. Joe fixed it all for not even half that price, but in a fraction of the time Toyota would have (they usually take 3 days+ -- Joe fixed her in one day as he said he could!), and gave me brand new pads and rotors! Him and Nicole are the best people to work with, I could tell when I first met them last year for my inspection. They are honest, true to their work, and best of all - KIND. At J&N, they work with you instead of against you. That is so hard to find in the best of mechanics these days. Thank you for everything youve done, Joe, Nicole, and the other mechanics who helped work on my 2009 Murano. Youve gained a whole new family of customers!

Wont go anywhere else unless I have to. Joe and Nicole will go out of their way to make sure you know what is happening with your vehicle, and let you know the options you have. Trust is big with me, and they have earned mine. Theyll earn yours too. As for price, feel free to compare, but I doubt youll find anything significant enough to warrant switching... I never did.
