Had Outlaw mount and balance tires on a set of American Force wheels for me and they found one of the wheels actually came from American Force with the lug holes drilled off center. Allowed me to come out and record a video of the wheel wobbling on the tire machine and stated on invoice about the problem so I could have proof for warranty. Great group of guys and pay good attention to detail.

I got ladder racks and a toolbox put on my truck on Tuesday. I didnt like the 1st ladder rack, I told Matt, and by Friday I had a new ladder rack that I liked much better. They swapped it out for free and didnt even argue! He was like ok, I can do it Friday. Best possible outcome. And Im very happy with my work truck now.

My 2020 Chevy 2500HD is the third truck I have got Outlaw Motorsports to lift for me. This time I went all out with a 6 inch lift, Fuel wheels and Toyo tires. They also added Amp research steps, tonneau cover and tinted all my windows. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. The guys are always helpful and they have great prices. Thanks again. BTW, now my wife wants to get her Jeep done too so when I save up a little we will be back. Very happy customer.

Had a couple car tinted at this location and every time there is something wrong with the tint from scratches to small bubbles...even had them replace it once and when I got it back it was just as bad, maybe even worse then before. They seem to rush the tint and therefor make mistakes.

Absolutely perfect. I walked in and told these guys what I wanted to do with my truck, not exactly sure what it would take to get me there. I got the lift they suggested, and had them install it. My truck rode great and handled great before the install, so I was nervous that I might lose that. I was also nervous about it coming out either too high, or not sitting level. They couldnt have done a better job. It still rides and handles perfectly, and the height is exactly where I want it. The prices were very reasonable as well. All throughout, everybody there was courteous, professional, and maybe most importantly they were down to earth. I have met a lot of elitists in various off road shops. You wont find any of that at Outlaw Motor Sports. I will definitely return when the time comes.

Prices seem competitive. I tried them because they were close to work and it was a horrible decision. The outcome was Horrible! They were to install a leveling kit on my 2016 Tundra and assured me the larger tires would not rub. Needless to say the truck drove terrible. The tires rubbed and the front end was 1-1/2 higher than the rear. I took it back and they cut the skid plate and re balanced the tires and the truck still drove very rough. The guy behind the counter assured me the owner would call me and schedule the install completely over but of course that never happened! I simply took it to another shop in Richmond and they confirmed it was raised 3-1/2 and only should have been 2-1/4. I had the leveling kit taken out and had adjustable struts put in with another alignment and the tires re-balanced and it now drives like it did from the factory. It is perfectly level! AGAIN THE OWNER NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

I have been dealing with Outlaw Motorsports for over 13 years now. They have lifted and installed accessories on all my vehicles and always do an excellent job. They just finished my 2015 Super Duty last week and I love it. Their prices are very fair and their service is excellent.Highly recommended .......

People are nice and they can get parts. I am NOT happy with the work. I paid 550 for a simple leveling and alignment, 2 months later I’m showing steel belt on the inside of my tire. Immediately after they worked on it I took it in to get inspected and they didn’t reattach brake hose supports. I see a lot of good reviews, maybe the mechanic was just having a bad day but they will NEVER touch my truck again, simple project turned into a $1000 ordeal.

This place peddles garbage products and bad advice. My favorite quote from their manager Matt White is If running 35 inch tires I would recommend doing front dual steering stabilizer. Any place that trys to push the sale of rough country dual steering stabilizers should be avoided... theyre clearly after your money and nothing else.

I dont ever do this. Im usually not a picky customer. We ordered a suspension lift that was supposed to be 3, it was not. We wanted to order 10 wide wheels with 31 tires. But, we were assured that 8 wide wheels would fit with 32 tires. So thats what we went with.We ended getting 3 wheels and tires balanced perfect. The last one would not balance. They wanted to charge us to fix it! After already spending $1200.We went somewhere else to fix their mistake. Had to buy a new tire (from somehere else)Now, all tires and wheels are on the truck, they rub like hell. Cant even turn it. Outlaw was no help whatsoever. Very dissapointed, especially since everyone praises their product and customer service. Never going there again.Also, we ordered hub caps. I canceled those. Cant get a refund until i drive an hour to go to the store with my card. Any other place can refund you without you being there. Its bs.Now we need to purchase a body lift just to correct the truck in order for us to drive it.
