This used to be the place to go. I had a regular Saturday delivery I would have come to this location. It was closed on Saturday and the company HAD NO IDEA!!. I called the 800 number and they said it was open. Fast forward to now 2 months later and the gentleman on the local number said due to lack of personnel and its hit or miss whether they would be open or not. FedEx needs to step up and fix this. The employee I called yesterday told me it would not be open again today (Sat. 06-19-2021) yet Google says it is.FedEx refuses to make the print shop across town as an Onsite location so you do not get the Saturday Discount for picking up your package..but the Safeway and Walgreens are delivery drop locations. Explain that one. Also FYI I worked for FedEx for 17 years. I think Im qualified on not understanding how corporate would put up with this! They need to make Eagle Postal Express an official drop location for the delivery discount!This is not by anyway a reflection of the employees on this location. They both are wonderful people. I was also informed one has since left the company. Hopefully with enough bad reviews things might change!!

THIS HAS TO BE A JOKE!!I GOT TO WALMART AT 1:52 I ONLY KNOW BECAUSE I MADE A CALL AS I WAS WALKING IN. I WENT TO FEDEX AND SEEN THEIR LUNCH SIGN. IT SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK AT 2:02 NO BIGGIE I WALKED AROUND THE STORE AND SHOPPED TO COME BACK AT 235 AND NO ONE IS STILL HERE.. WAITED INTILL 245 STILL NO ONE. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Just dropped off a package that was all ready to go. Laura abruptly said, “Don’t put it on the counter it had been sprayed down!” I also tried to tell her that I wanted a plastic slip put on my box for the packing slip to go into. Laura RUDELY replied, “We’ve got it!!”Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. The employees here were BEYOND RUDE!!

Outstanding service!! I had photos printed on the laser printer and the woman who works there knew exactly what I needed done which was awesome because I had difficulty articulating it. She was a blessing.Rocco

If they want to cater to people who want to use them then they shouldn’t have a sign on the gate at 3:10p that reads”will be back in an hour”. When does that hour start anyway?? 11:00a, 1:00p, Who knows?? Won’t be returning to this location.

Took my entire lunch to bring an item to have pack and shipped. The individual working said they can’t do that at this location and that I have to go to Fredericksburg. Waste of my time.... Update your website...

Tried to print a small document over at Staples, and for various nonsensical reasons I was unable to. Crunched for time, I went to Fedex instead. Not only was Angelica incredibly friendly, she also recognized I was in a hurry and helped me get out the door with my pages as fast as possible. Great little print/ship center!

Lost my receipt and realized it when I got home - I needed that tracking number - one quick phone call and a receipt was sent via email and they gave me the numbers as well... Awesome crew - Yeah Zoe and Bill

Showed up at 9 (sign says open from 9 to 6 on Sat)... 9:17 and still trying to find someone to show up (manager wont answer their phone - Wal-Mart manager has been trying to contact them for 15 minutes with no success)...
