Ive been going to the paint bucket for years. Not only is the quality of the paint great......they have a pleasant and very knowledgeable staff.

We just redid our guest bathroom and thought using Benjamin Moore paints would give us the best results. I usually dont post public reviews (whether theyre good or bad), but felt strongly about posting this one because of the time and effort we put in to this project to get less than mediocre results. The staff at the Paint Bucket were very helpful, professional and pleasant. However, the paint did not hold up to its reputation, at all. The $80 gallon of Aura Bath & Spa paint we used on the walls looked no different than the builders grade paint that was in the bathroom when we first moved into our home. And the $40 quart of Aura Waterborne paint for the vanity was horrible. The first coat was almost transparent and the second coat went on so unevenly that we had to wait for it to dry thoroughly and sand it before giving it another coat. Weve painted all twelve rooms in our home (some more than once) ourselves and this has been hands down the worst of all of them. Sorely disappointed with Benjamin Moore paints and will probably not use again.

The deck stain, Arbocoat, is the best product we have ever used on our deck and when you combine it with the most thorough instruction we have ever received on stain application, the result was better than 5 stars. What a great store, what a great product!
