Excellent experience today. I made an appointment to switch phones at 2pm. When I arrived, all agents were busy, but someone was freed up very close to 2pm. He wiped down the chair and counter, then proceeded to insert a new SIM card into my new phone, and activate it (I had previously transferred all apps/content from the old to the new phone). It took about 15 mins, no charge, and I was done.
I got extremely frustrated after wasting countless hours online ordering a Verizon 5G SIM card 3 times in the past 9 months but never received it. (The customer service kept reordering me a new SIM card but later I found out the reason I could not receive it is that in their shopping address, unit number was always omitted. So I guess no customer with a unit number could ever receive it? This sounds like a terrible issue) To get a 5G card and make a complaint, I visited a Verizon store.The first time I visited, I met a staff faking he was the manager but he actually was not. The second time I visited, I finally met the manager. When I told him my frustrating experience, he seemed indifferent and immediately told me he could do nothing but to provide me with another number to call and complain there. I don’t think what the store manager can do is only to provide a number, but it’s okay, I spent another two hours to call.The manager there then told me one takeaway is to never chat with a Verizon agent via text. I am so SURPRISED to hear a Verizon Store manager saying that the takeaway from my terrible experience is that I was foolish enough to use their customer service via app chat! This is ridiculous.(Giving the two stars to this Verizon store but I would give Zero stars to Verizon service. In the past year, I spent so many hours dealing with all my terrible experiences with Verizon. Their customer service provided me with the wrong information, messed up my plan and charged me more fee, showed wrong information and billing amount on the app. It’s not worth the time and money at all! I am planning to switch to another provider already.)
Shady practice! Cheated us into buying two air pods pro for rebate while the rebate is actually eligible for any new customer without purchase!!Update: the owner pretended to be following up in the comment below but they actually DID NOTHING. No refund or apology or anything else.

Darien was so helpful and courteous today in setting up my new iPhone. He clearly explained the prices of services I might want. Because transferring the data from my very old phone to my new phone was about a 1 hour process, he offered that I could leave and he would text me when it was ready. I will be sure to return to this store whenever I need some Verizon/iPhone services.
A very disappointing experience. I visited the store twice to change from my prepaid to a postpaid. The reps at the store could not assist and sent me home with a support ticket and a promise to follow up...No one contacted me from support and the store reps are completely unresponsive. Dont recommend visiting there
There were 4 sales people in the store, one was helping me, one was talking to someone on his phone and the other 2 were chatting. The store mgr was in the back. As a former retail store manager, I found this objectionable.My sales person was not able to help me with anything, he couldnt see any of my sales history further back than 1 year. This was not helpful when we were trying to get the exact date that I bought my phone -- no one buys a phone every 12 months. The other help I needed was only available through the my Verizon app. So I left feeling very frustrated and wondering why I pay so much for Verizon when the sales people at the stores dont know anything, the store manager couldnt even bother to come out to the floor and provide perhaps a higher level of customer service, and the three other sales people in the store, who should have been offering their assistance, were basically ducking to avoid any eye contact with me.
Great experience. I never knew such attractive men worked at your store. Specifically Drew Kim. He is an outstanding employee. He went above and beyond helping me with my billing issue. He was extremely professional. He had the cutest smile. It was hard not to stare at it. While he was helping me I was day dreaming of laying on a beach with him staring at his oily, tan skin. About 10 minutes later I was awoken from my fantasy being told that everything was taken care of. I can only imagine how well he is able to take care of the ladies. All side conversations aside. He was great, i really appreciate his help. I will not only be sending my family to him, but I will also be placing a letter of recommendation at my church for them to consider using Verizon for their phone carrier. If he takes care of the. As well as he took care of me, I am sure they will be more than happy.

Had the worst experience transferring my line to verizon! They damaged my phone during the process and refused to take responsibility for it! It took me more than a week to get a new phone using a promo they gave to me and finally I realized I already had that promo coming with my line without them doing any favor to me! Their customer support are just good at wasting people’s time and absolutely know nothing about how to make things right!
Switching back to Verizon from Sprint was like a breath of fresh air. This has been the best and smoothest phone buying experience Ive ever had. Ive switched from Verizon twice before due to price and bad customer service. But my experience today with Verizon has been a 180 change. This was so easy! Have been to this store three times in a day. Thanks Andrew and Stephen to finally be able to help me import phone numbers! Best service ever experienced in the States.Note: not everyone is helpful. The first two times were fooled by so called “specialists”, told me something wrong and didn’t want to help me at all. So that’s why I have to come to the store the third time.
This location provided excellent service upon entrance.The service was professional and the time it took front start to finish was super fast.I added a new line to my plan and purchased a new phone. It was done in a matter of minutes.The rep did not push a sale so that was nice. He offered but did not push like most stores.I had another problem with my existing phone and the rep fixed it fast without charge.Overall, the service was excellent and would definitely re-visit if the need arises.
I went to this store to shop for a new iPhone. All the employees seemed very responsive and overall very pleasant. The person that ultimately helped me was not like the other sales associates. Henry was very condescending and had a hard time listening to what I was saying and answering my questions. All I got were sales pitches for the more expensive phones and accessories I had no interest in. He did not seem very genuine with me and I ended up not getting anything that day. To be honest, I’ll be avoiding this particular store in the future.
Do not go to another store, this was recommended to me and was the BEST experience. I highly recommend!

BEWARE, if you dont want your account to be messed up with or a bill totals up to $750 without you knowing what you spent it on, just try another store.I would want to give a zero if that was a choice.Just added a new line to my family plan last week. The next day the owner of that new line went back to the store on her own to trade in her old phone. She was neither my account manager nor the owner, and Andres, the guy works there, just gave away a new phone without having her pay for the device. Now that new phone is under my name, its charged on a monthly basis for 2 years, and its billed to me.Dafuq?I mean, how can you simply let some unauthorized person take away a new device (not paying anything) without letting me know?? Did she pretend to be me? Cant you at least check her id? This is frustrating because I didnt authorize any of these to happen, and also, its frustrating because I didnt even know what was going on until later I saw the updated bill info.So I checked with her, trying to figure things out. Funny enough, she didnt seem to have any clue that she is going to pay for the new phone for 24 months from now. She thought it was for free! (How nice of Verizon...?)Guess what I also found after seeing that shocking bill? The person with the newly added line, she is now an account manager..! Which Ive never assigned her to be. Im not sure how it happened as Ive never got any notification telling me that or asking me to confirm. So its either she has trouble understanding things or more likely, that Andres guy said something misleading and did something to my account while processing her trade-in.I used to like Verizon a lot for their services and connection. But Andres just made me want to switch carrier, Ill just have that girl pay off the remaining amount for the device and will stop using Verizon right after that.Anyway, drive away, go away, dont come here, try another store if you still have faith in Verizon...
Worst experience ever. The staffs never care who came in first. Do not waste time waiting never responding jerks.
Recently updated store that is very modern. The biggest issue, which seems to be the problem with every Verizon store is how busy it gets(1-2 hour wait at times). They offer pickup so you can skip the line by doing everything online and just picking up at the store in about an hour.
Make sure you always go to a corporate store like this. They give the best prices and the staff gives you the correct information. Most other stores are third party resellers and charge more than the corporate store or on line.
Amazing crew, everyone working here just seems so happy and energetic. Highly recommend this store above all others
Personally I always had a pleasant experience with the sales reps. Diana, for example during my last visit to replace a SIM card for my iPhone, was very easy to talk to and very detailed. Im sure some people complain about the wait time but thats just the nature of the retail service. That doesnt and shouldnt affect my rating for the service. I last went there on a Saturday at 1pm. A short 15 minutes wait is okay.
Great service. The wait can be long depending when you visit them. Get your number and register your phone number to get notification when they are ready to serve you, then go to nearby bakery or Target to spend the time while waiting your turn.

Refused to open the Sim slot to my phone. I just needed the tool. I have to go to another store simply because the guy at the front doesnt feel like working. I shouldve asked for the manager. Avoid this location.
About a week ago, my old iPhone 4s battery took one last, dying breath and shut off completely. That same day, I went into the store with an older phone I had as an emergency backup and asked to switch to that phone. I didnt want to buy a new phone since my contract ends in a month.Within less than ten minutes of walking in, a nice employee helped me. It took a grand total of ten minutes to get my number switched to the older phone. The guy was super helpful, apologized for keeping me waiting (he didnt as I was having a grand old time looking at some of the new phones that came in) and quickly switched my number over.In and out in less than twenty minutes thanks to a knowledgeable and friendly employee. Wish I could remember his name so I could recommend him here. The other employees are also friendly, based on my previous experiences at this store.
Verizon is the best. And this store is my choice when I upgrade or have an issue . And always get great knowledgable service . And they do the little extra things to make you feel appreciated as a client . And always greet me prrofessionally and give the extra individual attention if you need. Even in Vegas my phone was hacked. And they were there for me to get it corrected .Their service was/is well appreciated. For their service and you do pay a premium but they are the best imho.

A lie by definition, is a statement (true or false) expressed with the intent to decieve. I inquired about an upgrade and was led to believe I could get a new phone for a discounted price. When I saw the representative pushing the iPhone X on me, I got a little suspicious and started asking questions. It turns out an “upgrade” is nothing more than an eligibility for a 24 month payment plan. On top of that, Verizon has the nerve to charge a ~$30 upgrade fee — which is nothing more than paying up-front interest.
Recently went in to inquire about a new phone. The one staff member we could reach was not knowledgeable, and told us to search the specs on each phone ourselves. The other staff members were all preoccupied, and we waited for 30 minutes to no avail. We then just left, and nobody bothered to even glance our way.

I made the mistake of stepping into this Verizon Corporate store despite reading the not so flattering reviews on Google. I should not have....Right from being acknowledged by a not very hospitable person upon stepping in the store with my baby and then having to wait for over 30 minutes even though the customer service people were aimlessly meandering in the store, to the utter lack of knowledge, and most importantly no desire to help people, I think youd have better luck trying to strike a conversation to a wall than to expect decent service here. Well, I have learnt my lesson to not come here again.

They hire irresponsible incompetent sales persons.I bought an accessory package along with a new phone.The phone requires USB-C charger but I was given micro USB car charger as accessory.When I went to exchange it after a month (as I didnt even open the box to see or use it s there was no long car trip requiring a car charger ) they told me they cannot exchange it was Verizon doesnt allow exchanges after 15days.They admit their mistake but told me Ill have contact Verizon customer service.Besides this mistake purely on the part of their sales staff, they also did not place the protective shield on my new phone correctly .It was so bad that they said I should come later when they have a new shield stock as this stock is defective. I have been to this store 3 times now and they always have 45minutes or longer wait .So in summary incompetent sales staff has wasted 3 hours of my time and 3 rounds and now I have to call Verizon to fix their mistake.Thats $100+ of useless accessories sitting and much more precious time wasted in this store.
This store is orderly and has lots of available products. Staff is also very attentive to ones needs.

Two weeks ago my husband and I went into this Verizon store to buy an iPhone for our daughters birthday. There was a special going on that included a free Samsung Tablet (but you have to pay the sales tax on the full retail value). We were told the tablets were 16GB. We decided to get 4 of them as it seemed like a very good offer. We were told that if we did not like the tablets there would be a $40 restocking fee. Once home we discovered the tablets were in fact only 8GB and not 16Gb as we had been advised. My husband went in to talk with the sales person the next day, who informed my husband that he discovered they were 8GB and not 16 when he went into the stockroom to get them (but he never told us). The sales person told my husband that if the Samsung 8GB tablet was not going to work to come back and he would arrange a good deal for him.After thinking it over my husband and I both felt that we should take his tablet back and talk with the salesperson. The 8GB was not going to work for my husband and we really would never have considered getting 4 of them knowing that they were only 8GB. We returned to the store yesterday. Our previous salesperson was busy so we explained the situation to a new salesperson. After hearing our story he asked us what we wanted to do my husband said he really needed the 16GB tablet. The new sales person said he would talk with the manager and come back. The result was that they offered to waive the $70 restocking fee (is that the best you can do?). Even more dissatisfied now, we asked to speak with the original sales person, who understood what had happened and would be more invested in having us satisfied since we bought the tablets under a false understanding. We waited for the original sales person who said he would go talk with the manager (the manager never came out of the back). He returned to say that they had no specials right now so they would return the phone and waive the restocking fee.At this point we left the store feeling very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. The sales person offered to speak with the district manager and promised to call us, but so far we have not heard from him.We are dissatisfied for a number of reasons; inaccurate information from the salesperson (he cited 16GB when in fact it was 8GB, cited $45 restocking fee when it was $70), when the sales person discovered he had made a mistake he never told us, when my husband went back the first time the salesperson said if the 8Gb would not work out for him to come back and he would arrange a deal for him and their best deal was to waive a restocking fee, the manager never came out to speak with us in person and the salesperson never called us after we left the store. Overall, not even worthy of one star.
If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. What a horrible experience!!!!. We waited almost 2 hours to speak with someone. When we finally got to speak with a sales person, she spent most of the time repeatedly trying to sell us stuff that we told her we were not interested in. We kept telling her her that we just wanted a phone!!! After the 3rd time she tried to sell me Humm (the Verizon Onstar service) for my car, I asked her if she was listening AT ALL to what we were telling her. We finally got the iPhone and when we got home found out IT HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. We got that resolved over the phone. Then I got an email the next day indicating that my bill had doubled (without changing the plan at all and after paying cash for the phone). I tried to go back in to get this fixed and Franky Nunez (who claimed he was the manager) was so rude. He wanted me to wait another 2 HOURS to speak with a sales person (perhaps to sell me Humm/Onstar?). I chose to leave and called Verizon. It took me 1 hour to clean up the mess they made. I will never step foot in there again!!!
Felt like a used-car dealership.Went in the upgrade iPhone, first the salesgirl tries to upsell an ipad with Verizon, then she tries to sell us a smartwatch for my 4yr old, try to politely tell her we are in a hurry, she still tries a hard-sell on another line. this is the upseller from hell.Then after activating the phone she tries to sell a $3 protective cover (from amazon) for $20.no thanks.she tries to sell a $1 sreen protector (from ebay) for $20.grrrr... can I just finish my upgrade and go??$20 upgrade fee -- not waivable.next time getting this done at Costco.

Be prepared to wait a long time ... I wanted to discuss some upgrade options and after 40 minutes or so I gave up. to be fair the person who checked me in told me it could be a long wait ... but there seemed to be a lot of wasted time that compounded the problem.
