The number one thing I love about this property is how all the units are drive up ready. Jason and alicia were very nice and approachable. The location of this storage is behind some apple buildings so might be difficult to find at first its down a drive way next to apartments. All in all positive experience.

Alicia is so helpful and kind. Shes a wonderful asset and provided top notch service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and a safe place to rent.

I rented a unit today at this location. Monty was very helpful and explained the whole process very thoroughly. Im definitely happy to be renting from this company and location.One thing to watch out for: I made a reservation online a couple of nights ago, so I thought I was all set to get my 7X10 unit on the date I had reserved it for. Well, it turns out that this really wasnt a reservation, but was more of an indication of interest. This company doesnt actually hold units on your behalf; it is a first-come/first-served arrangement, so they might not have a unit available for you when you show up. I would advise booking online and then calling every day until they have a unit for you in the size you need. The online part gets you some decent pricing; the calling every day part gets you the unit you require. :-)

Great attitude and easy going staff. Excellent prices. Easy acsees to units and experience is a must to experience if going to rent a storage unit overall exwllent and happy with my experience.

The lady manager is very helpful and very nice. She is always watching who is going in and out with what, even the gate is always keypad protected. Just make sure you get back by 8:45 not 9:00pm, read the instructions. The location is nice!!!! Very happy customer!!!

In hopes to minimize clutter, my boyfriend and I rented a unit here last fall. Initially we just needed a unit that was local, but upon our first visit we realized that it was an ideal space for storage seekers. The location is very discreet unlike most others we’ve seen on the road.The check-in process was quick and easy, thanks to Alicia who made it a breeze. She also routinely checks on every unit and is very knowledgeable; which is greatly reassuring for potential customers! I left my unit unlocked once and they called us to let us know they’ll put a lock on it for the meantime. Amazing!All in all, i highly recommend this public storage to residents in need of a clean and safe place to store your things

Dont rent one of these storage facilitys if you loose something in the bush they will yell at you and make you feel uncomfortable about it. Also the staff finds reasons to kick you out because they dont want to do their job properly also Alicia doesnt do her rounds so she should be fired and she yelled at my mom and her husband.

I have never been treated so badly in my life over the phone! On 22nd of January 2018, I spoke to a staff named Albert who became very upset when I told him that the purpose of my call was a query and not booking a storage space, as I would do this online. He told me, in an aggressive way, that he would not give me the information I wanted and for me to find it out for myself on their website. I just wanted to know if they accepted international credit cards and if non US passports are a valid form of identification. These were relevant questions and there is no reason why any customer service staff should deny answering. As this was not enough, he became upset in telling me his name when I asked. This is just not acceptable!

I am not impress very much. Directions to this place are the worst... its not very clean for the prices they charge and its kinda scary looking unsafe as its aperance goes. I am still looking around for a place to store my stuff... never leave anything u care about here... just ????? Hummmm?

I and my brother booked two storage units on- line. There were some minor problems with the units that had been assigned to us, but the management was so kind to give us new units without any additional charges. Hasan was very helpful in guiding us through all the needed paperwork.

The keypads are inconveniently located - you have to get out of your car, take your code with you, get back to the car in time .. ugh.Units are old, doors dont close properly. This Public Storage location is great. In addition to all the usual stuff youd expect from a storage facility, like good security and cleanliness, the staff here was truly terrific: friendly, helpful and responsive. We were under pressure this past weekend to get a lot done. A simple mistake on our part could have become a really big problem for us. But Relief Manager Hasan at this location became our advocate, took some initiative and saved the day for us. (Thank you for Hasan!) Good staffing is what truly sets this facility apart. Its also impeccably clean and in a convenient location.
