I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience I had finding a car today! My salesman was Jeremy Lynch and I highly recommend going to him!! Came in on a Sunday about 3 pm just going to look at a SUV for the misses, well turns out they were open! I was greeted by Sam across the lot, he kindly asked me if i wanted to see the SUV and even showed me the inside with no promise or even if i was a serious buyer. We talked and decided it was the perfect Jeep for us! From pulling in at 3 pm I was out the door all paperwork filed by 5 pm on a Sunday! Im picking up my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude today after a nice detail and we couldnt be happier about the experience or the price! no hidden dealer fees just doc fees, tax, and title, again I highly recommend checking their stuff out its even better in person and I will be back when Im ready for my new Ram truck-- (coming from someone who drove GM since high school)

I had a great experience with Jeremy Lynch and Tony Varn. Jeremy was excellent, and he is very good at what he does. Delivered on everything he promised and made buying the car fun. Tony Varn is a great Finance Manager, and made spending a bunch of money actually a good time. This is a well run organization from top to bottom. If you want a Chrysler, Dodge Jeep or Ram, this is the place to go for sure.

Dont Bother. Give the staff credit for being quick with responses and professional.However when asking for the total loan amount on a lease I was told they dont know. They only know the payment. Shady unethical old school salesman tactics. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I found a used Jeep online and drove out to see it. Scott Mancabelli was the one who helped me. Very professional and honestly out of all the dealers I have dealt with, he was the best I ever had. He really took his time to show me the small details on the Jeep and had me try out everything on the test drive. Very friendly and a gentleman who did so much to help me. My first and great experience here- thank you I love my new Jeep!

Stay far away from here. Sold me a lemon and don’t want to help in anyway. There’s 100 better places to get a vehicle.Update: Funny how after a bad review is placed on Google you reach out. Not to mention after already speaking to my salesman then sales manager, nothing was resolved. Let’s let everyone know what I’ve been through with dealing with the “deals are for real” place after only having the vehicle for 5 months.1) Not even owning the vehicle 12 hrs it would not start, after paying out of my pocket to get a truck to bring the van back to my house, I get ahold of you and yes you sent a technician out to my home(very kind of you) only for us to find out you sold us a car with a bad battery. Yes, you did replace the battery thanks to the warranty but still sold a car with a bad battery.2) Van has been in the shop twice after that:A) Bad entertainment systemB) Bad air conditioningC) Bad radiator3) Went back to get AC looked at and needed $3200 to fix.Your “certified inspection checklist,” is worthless if all you do is just go through and give check marks without actually looking at the vehicle. Either that or you need to to get technicians who actually know how to properly inspect and fix vehicles. No need to keep appointment because we thankfully got rid of the vehicle and no longer have to deal with your business.

UPDATE*** The truck that I bought in March, that was in service for about 3 months for a transmission rebuild now needs a new transmission! Three separate items were not even connected/bolted down from the work done by those who told me “there is nothing more I can do. It is no longer transmission in my opinion.” Junk yard parts have been discovered in the truck, the transmission fluid is exploding out of the pump-every single time it is checked- and I was told by the mechanic who diagnosed the truck that I should find a lawyer and sue. Thanks Falls Motor City, the DEAL is for REAL!

Took my wifes Patriot in for warranty service on a transmission replacement, Monday will be a month that theyve had it. I personally dont find a month as acceptable. I generally have to inquire to even get an update. Last response was that the tech was out sick and not sure if he would be back this week. Might be a great place to buy a car but a lousy one for service.___________________________________________________Thanks for the response. You want to make it right, get my wifes Jeep done. We still havent heard anything about it. No updates. No completion dates.____________________________________________________Update on review. Now been 4 weeks still no update on wifes Jeep. Obviously their reply was just lip service. Would highly recommend going to another dealer to buy or for service.

I scheduled an oil change and brake pad replacement for my truck that has 30,000 miles. The pad wear indicator started to sqeak already in the back and the front. So I thought Id just have them changed out. I was told by the service attendant immediately that I would need need new rotors if they changed the pads. This upped the price by a ton. Then they tell me they cant garentee the sqeak stops from the wear indicator unless they change the rotors too. After 30,000 a brand new truck needs pads and rotors... I dont think so.... but, If my wife had gone in instead of me she would not have known better and would have fallen for it. I think this shop is conning people and replacing parts that do not need replaced to make more money. I walked out without any service performed. I wont be back.

**USED VEHICLES**I accidentally found a gorgeous 2014 Chevy Silverado on their lot while my sister was car shopping and instantly knew that was my truck. Kevin was awesome, super helpful and patient. I brought the truck to a friends shop to have a mechanic check if there were any visible issues or any reason to not buy this “perfect” truck. Everything was too good to be true…On March 23, 2021 I took that truck home. My buddy was the first to point out this jolt, hard shift at every stop which I didn’t mind until he mentioned that it could be a transmission issue. On March 30th I took it back since I had a 90 day warranty. I have had my truck maybe 10 days since I bought it. Every time they think “it’s fixed,” the truck drives worse than the day I brought it in. THEN they send it back to the same shop (I believe it’s the third time?) because they’ve already paid for the service and have a warranty…but obviously something isn’t working. I’m not saying all their cars are bad, but I overheard a conversation from an employee telling a customer that they check out all their cars before putting them on the lot….either they wanted to make a quick buck and get rid of that Chevy or maybe they “forgot” to do so. It’s been almost three months “rebuilding my transmission.” Apparently I signed the wrong paperwork that day and bought myself a “Falls Motor City Courtesy Vehicle.”

Very unprofessional. Scott foster needs better sales tactics. Trying to whisper secrets to me about other deals he’s done. Also saying he can’t write the trade in valve on paper or print it out for me. Then on my way out he goes if you come back I can probably get you a higher amount on your trade in. Don’t say that to a customer... we should be getting the highest trade in dollar when on site. Not “if” we come back. Won’t be back. I’ll be taking my business to progressive in Massillon. They’re up front as possible with helping you find the best vehicle for your budget

FMC didnt have what I wanted on their lot (looking for a soft top is not easy) but they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and made a nearly 2 year search finally come to an end. Average car dealership compared to others. Typical sales techniques.Went in to look for a used car for my son. Offered cash at 20% above NADA value. Due to the fact they had done some minimal work on the car. Salesman seemed disappointed I had even done my homework.Wouldnt budge on pricing at all. And estimating based on typical margins most dealers use for used cars they still would have made a small amount.Do your homework and be prepared to move on. They prefer the under prepared sheep here.

Me and my wife went Sunday to return our current lease and got a new 2021 Cherokee overall had a decent experience. Scott Mancabelli was our salesman. The mans a hard worker definitely deserves the credit. Running around trying to find us the right suv we wanted. Definitely can tell the salesman are under the gun by reading the room not a huge fan of the upper management gawking at you the whole time your talking to the salesman but like I said Scott did me well was a pleasant experience with him and as a dealership I would say they have improved the quality of taking care of thecustomer since the last time I was there 2 years ago. I went here after visiting several different car places that were no help at all. I was buying my first car on my own with little to put down. They were extremely helpful and I did not feel at all like I was being pressured to buy anything. I got a great deal on a used car thats in tip-top shape. Lou was absolutely the friendliest and most helpful car salesmen Ive ever dealt with. I even went back a week later with some issues with my turn signal light on the new car and they replaced it at no charge, even though my new car didnt qualify for the warranty. All around very nice people and a good place to shop for a new or used car.

I went in to purchase a new 2500 series truck. Everything went super smooth. All the paperwork, trade in, down payment, and delivery of the new vehicle was taken care of in only a few hours. Everything was great! Than 4 days later. 4 days after the deal was completed and I have been driving my new vehicle. The dealership called and told me they had screwed up some paper work, and that I had to either pay them an additional $3,000 or give them the truck back. This is completely unethical to say the least. Border line extortion. It was a mistake they made and I truly believe they should have been the ones to make it right. Im a small business owner myself and have had to eat larger costs than $3,000 to fix my own mistakes. But asking the dealership to show that kind of integrity is to much to ask for. Oh the brand new truck also has 2 messed up trim pieces and it pulls to the right. The service dept has been very helpful in regards to get me scheduled to fix those issues

I arrived at the dealership during a very busy time for them Friday right after Thanksgiving my tire has picked up a screw and was losing air I stopped at a couple places prior to getting to this agency I wish they could not serve me and they were too busy Falls Motor City Betsy service me in they repaired the leak in my tire put air in the other three tires gave a service check to my complete vehicle and topped off fluids as whats necessary I wish I did not expect the price was reasonable I got out within an hour Betsy the service advisor was wonderful I appreciate their efforts very much and I will go there for my next oil change for sure I am very very pleased

I came to Falls Motor City to upgrade my wife’s existing SUV. I have had bad experiences with dealerships before so I was bracing myself for a long and stressful day. The sales manager Cole, our salesman Dave and the finance guy Ben were all kind, courteous and patient. We drove 2 hours from Columbus based on a friend’s recommendation and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. They answered all questions, made recommendations that were best for us and our wants and needs and I felt like we were making an informed decision. Reached out to purchase a Pacifica and was working with their sales and finance teams. Everything was going great until I wanted additional information from their financing team. Was told they got several quotes from various banks but Chrysler Capitol was my best bet. I asked 5 times to get actual quotes from them for the other banks and never got one. I spoke with their finance manager after asking the 4th time and he was just then running additional quotes for me. I still never saw those additional quotes, asked a 5th time and then was ghosted. They wont even return my email or text messages. I look on their site today, and the Pacifica was working with them on has been sold. Very disappointing as they should have reached out to tell me.I read a previous review from Ralph (one week ago) and would agree, they seem to be looking for the customer who is not prepared or done their homework.

***AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE***I have made an appointment with the Service Center to repair my vehicle. They said bring it Saturday morning at 7:30AM. I took my vehicle and the front desk person told me the service will take a few hours. Did not hear back from them until 2:30PM until I called them and they said they have not touched my vehicle and it wont get repaired on that day and I can either go get my vehicle or leave it there until Tuesday! Seriously? I planned to get my vehicle repaired to have it during my long weekend. I even talked to manager, there was no valid/believable excuse and no apologize at all. They even did not offer me a loaner vehicle instead. I complained and they did not care. If you dont have time to service my vehicle, why you have me to drop my vehicle at 7:30AM? When you find out you dont have time to repair my vehicle, why dont you call me earlier to give me time to take it somewhere else? At least they could wash and clean my car? Right? Guess what? They were not able to fix my van. The van would shut off on me while driving . I brought it here, they incorrectly diagnosed the issue, charged me over $1,200 dollars, and now my van still shuts off on me while driving with my kids. The manager stated that he would contact Chrysler, he did not, I was informed that I needed to get a hold of them myself. I am now dealing with Chrysler directly. I would not recommend letting these people touch your vehicle.Edit 01/08/2021 @ 3:32pm:I emailed DJ 2 days ago per his response below. I have yet to receive a reply. I found a mint condition 2015 Rav4 limited with only 7,300 miles that literally is in showroom condition. It was the best deal in the country with the super low miles so I had to buy it. The only problem I had with them is I qualified to get 2.99% for 72 months through my bank because I have excellent credit, but I was told I got approved for 3.99% for 72 months. Then when I got the actual paperwork, it was for only 60 months. I almost didnt sign the paperwork, but I didnt want to wait even longer to get the car, so I signed it. Now I have to refinance it. I cant believe how clean the car is though. It feels like a brand new car.Update: I had the car inspected and one of the rear shocks is bad and is leaking. I dont how they missed that and sold it like that.

I went there with a good hope that I will purchase the truck I wanted but they made me wait there for 3 1/2 hours and they ran my credit score, my cousins credit score and told us that we can’t purchase anything even though my score was above 650 and my cousin‘s score is above 770! Then they came back told us that we have to purchase it under our companies name and I tried my company, they said I can’t purchase it under my company name be sir (it was not old enough) it’s a been active for 3 years! so I had to try my cousins company. They’ve been working since 2011. They came back saying that if I wanted to purchase the truck for 36 months I have to pay freaking %15 interest, %15! And they said because I’m purchasing for 36 months that’s why their bank is offering me %15 interest! That is so stupid! So disappointing. I don’t recommend this place.

Worst customer service I’ve ever worked with! Brand new vehicle under warranty and won’t cover it because of a mistake they made? They are blaming front end damage from 2 years ago that they have noted because I brought it back right away and said it was fine. Come to find out they never inspected and it would have been covered by warranty then and now want me to pay out of pocket for their mistake and not doing their job??! Do not buy from here because cars need maintenance and they will do anything to pull more money out of your pocket!!! Once you buy from them they will treat you like garbage!

DO NOT BUY FROM FALLS MOTOR CITY. They ADVERTISE one price and then say that you HAVE to use Chrysler financial to be able to buy the car for the ADVERTISED price. They also jack up your APR to recoup the costs. We came in with outside financing and they wouldn’t sell us the vehicle at the ADVERTISED price. They also tried to buy our trade-in for half the value that we were offered elsewhere.The salesperson was nice....but, the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care to work the deal.

I needed to get work on my Jeep and after reading the latest reviews I agree. I would never come back to this service department. They want your money and have no customer service skills. Looks like you need to have a class on how to speak with customers for your whole department. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I purchased 2019 Jeep JL Cargo mats on eBay.Forget about returning this item If you purchased through eBay. It only weights 11Lb but the problem is it’s an oversized package. I was told by two different shippers the return cost From California was $130. there are two models of cargo mats offered one is for (Leather) only. It doesn’t work without spending about $175 for the missing pieces that come with the cloth seat version. Getting the right version will cost you just under $200 with free shipping, so it’s well worth getting it right the first time. I bet 90% of Jeeps have cloth seats.There is one thing I don’t like about these cargo matsIt’s the design. It doesn’t cover the whole cargo area, the reason is because Jeep designed tie downs on both sides of the cargo area. What your left with is a landing strip exposing 6” of carpet on both sides Of the mat area. You can get full coverage. In the “Aftermarket”

An email was sent to me from their sales manager asking how everything was and I replied to him and never got a response.I needed a repair that cost about $1000 but apparently they just weren’t interested in making any money that day.I have since purchased a new car that was neither Dodge, Jeep, or Ram because I’m not positive I would be able to get service on it.A+ guys.

Very good dealership. Ok, so I am browsing Autotrader and I find this Challenger RT; I was looking for the Scat Pack but the price on this one made me think twice; $9K and change discount. I drove up in a snow storm...almost did not make it...three times...cudos Ford to your Transit 150 somehow with the traction control off it pulled me through eight inches of snow and crazy slippery roads (make a 4wd version), with a 2K lbs Uhaul car trailer on the back. The 6 hour trip from Winchester VA to Cuyoga Falls, OH, took 9 hours, very very painful. This was the worst weather condition in which I had driven a rear wheel drive car in and I am 60 years old and have lived in Sweden, Japan, and IL...scary and tiresome.In any event, almost no games, no re-add of destination, no processing fee, but there was a $250 fee on the loan driving the interest rate to 4.9 for 72 months (would have gotten 5 stars if I had know prior to the finance office). So I show up, trailer has about 4 inches of caked on snow and everything is frozen. Dave helps me out, shows me where to take it they hose it off and un-thaws everything and Bobs your uncle (what does that mean and why do the Brits say that, who was this uncle Bob?). The car was in great shape with no issues (I am picky) and my sales person Dave McGraw (older Dave) was great, again cleaned the trailer, helped load the car and off I went. Finance guy was great too, no upsale and no BS ( FYI, he was not the person that originated the loan, the woman should have informed me of the fee). Thank you Falls Motor City people that helped me out, good luck and success to all of you in the future, you have earned it.P.S. Drive the 8 speed auto, I have had the 6 speed manual but I really like the way this auto drives and the active exhaust is great.P.S.S I took the van because I had to take the dogs (2 gsd and an aussie terrier) too cold to leave them outside or in the back of a PU...they are good dogs.

I was treated like an honest customer. The salesman didnt assume anything and just listened to what I wanted and worked his best on making that happen. The price shown online was the price of the car, no haggling or negotiating needed. No extra fees or adjustments were snuck into the price while signing contracts. Greg was the absolute BEST salesman I have ever dealt with! Very low pressure, detail oriented, and his willingness to help are the best! I have purchased many cars in my life, but this has been awesome! Best demonstration before and yet after the sale he spent loads of time explaining even more before we left the lot. Bought a renegade from them 2 years ago and had a good experience. At the time of the sale was told to pay on my vehicle for 2 years and would be able to get anything I wanted. Its been 2 years and Im so negative nobody will even consider my trade without 7 to 10 thousand dollars down. Just proves they tell you anything to get you to buy

My first experience with this dealership was a joke. I emailed to request pricing on a 2020 Ram Laramie Longhorn. They would not give me pricing until I told them what monthly payment I wanted first stating it was the manager’s policy since I wasn’t there in person. They wanted to find the right truck for the payment I want. I wanted the one I asked about. This is not my first vehicle. I know ballpark pricing and what I can afford.

Based on our experience we would highly recommend Andy Howard and Falls Motor City to anyone in the market for a great automotive buying experience. The professionalism, sense of humor and honesty are second to none! Andy restored our confidence in the new car buying process after wasting countless hours over several days at another local competitor chasing vehicle prices that constantly seemed to change when we went to sign the paperwork which ultimately led to us walking out discouraged with no deal and a very bad taste for dealing with new car dealerships. We searched the web, identified several vehicles we were interested in, called Andy directly to see if the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited vehicles were still available. He answered right away, confirmed that the vehicles we were interested in were still available, followed up with a text message to confirm our time of arrival and had the two vehicles we were interested in pulled up to the door started, heated and ready to test drive upon our arrival! We were in and out of there in two hours driving home our new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited experiencing a stress free, seamless transaction. Falls Motor City is very transparent with their pricing. They are a volume dealer and have no problem with explaining their business model. They make their money on selling volume vs. on the individual units so their pricing is the absolutely rock bottom compared to their competitors so there is no haggling on price. The price they list on their website is the price you pay vs. a price that is the absolute lowest price as long as you qualify for all of the incentive programs and rebates that nobody qualifies for all of. They worked very hard to make sure we received the absolute best financing options and their Finance Manager, Julie Morhidge created an efficient straight forward paperwork process that was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be returning to Falls Motor City Jeep Chrysler Dodge for all of our future vehicle purchases and would refer anyone in the car buying process to call Andy Howard!Sincerely, Don & Wendy Hart

On Sunday, July 12th, 2020 at approximately 5pm, my girlfriend and I went into Falls Motor City to test drive a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S. Through some very good fortune I had been provided a CDI (Certain designated individual) number by a member of FCA (Fiat, Chrysler Auto Group). This number provided me the ability to buy a Jeep for dealer invoice, minus 5 percent plus any incentives available to both employees and customers.Feeling really fortunate to save thousands and after visiting many dealers, Falls Motor City had the 2020 Gladiator in 6 speed manual with upgrades for aroundfor 42000K and was on sale for 39600. The salesmen, whom I will not name out of being a half way decent person, told me the price is the same as a CDI number and you will pay more if you use it. I asked the salesman multiple times to please run the CDI number and show me the invoice and they would not do so. The salesmen attempted to use pressure tactics to close a deal on something that benefited the dealer and himself. The Fred Martin Superstore had provided me an invoice to order a 2021 Gladiator that was a thousand LESS than their on the lot model. They also provided print outs of the MSRP vs Invoice vs the CDI with incentives. The dealer would not allow me to keep any of the sheets brought to the salemens desk either. The saleman tried to convince us that their price included the destination charge and my invoice did not. We quickly pointed to the print and showed that was not true.I called the dealer a week later after being both disrespected, lied to and pressured to buy a vehicle. I asked the on duty manager to run the CDI and apply incentives. Turns out the best price was 2000 dollars less and should have been $37,100.00. I explained the situation to the manager and asked them to have the saleman not contact me anymore.I ended up buying from Junction Auto in Chardon, Ohio who sold me a more expensive Gladiator simply based on honest sales practices. The MSRP I went with was 44000 and I walked out at 38100. Also, that included my destination charges. They offered me more for my trade, a 2017 Honda Ridgeline at 25000.I was truly disappointed to be lied to, insulted and then after being so mad that I stood up and left to be called by the same sales associate. If you dont want to use the FCA provided CDI number just say it, dont lie to your customer. I cannot recommend this dealer at all.

I will never go back here again. I took my car in for service here. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance for 7:30am. They didn’t even look at my car on the first day. The second day they diagnosed the problem and finally had my car ready by 4:30pm on day 2.After a $470 bill was racked up from changing the spark plugs and oil pressure sensor, I gave them a 10% off service coupon (to which they only applied to the labor and not the entire service). Saved a whopping $11!!!After doing a little research I found out that they charged me double for the sensor compared what you can order it for online.I’ll never step foot back in this place.

Falls Motor City has a great service department. They get the work done in a timely manner. Its done right at a reasonable price. I highly recommend getting oil changes at Falls Motor City. A synthetic oil change is less then the quick lubes for the same amount of time.

Bought a used car and had it in the shop within 30 days and I have a full warranty that nothing is covered conveniently.. also they failed to mention my warranty doesnt cover exhaust even though thats what I brought it in for under warranty.. why wouldnt she tell me if its exhaust isnt covered they should have told me in advance before charging me$129 to tell me its the exhaust and not covered before they charged me to look at it..

Amazingly smooth process. Found a truck that I was looking for online and called Andy Howard. I bought a 17 Ram 3500 new and traded my 14 Ram 1500 over the phone. Andy was on top of everything. The price online WAS the price of the truck. No gimmicks, no adding incentives people don’t qualify for, plain and simple honesty.I live 6 hours away and everything was ready to go when I got there.No pressure Finance and Insurance Office. Bobby had everything ready to go, explained the paperwork and everything else in a quick and efficient manner.Steve and Gary are lucky to have this team in place. It might be 6 hours away, but I’ll make the drive again for the simple fact that the entire deal was efficient and professional.

Great experience buying a used car. Have been searching casually for weeks for a car and then finally saw a great deal I didnt want to pass up on one of the main car websites.. Went to the lot, asked to see the car, test drove the car, and then went on to purchase the vehicle. At no time did they pressure me to look at any other cars different from the one I came to look at. This a much different experience than I had from the car I traded in on this purchase. Also, did not use high pressure tactics for a ton of extra services when signing the loan paperwork. Overall a great car dealer to work with.

Falls Motor City sells parts on eBay. I didnt know they were a dealership, too, so when I got a backup camera for my RAM 1500 Quad Cab that said it was for a Crew Cab, I got online and opened their handy Chat feature, after failing to find any parts at all in the search fields, even by partE. I asked about it and got an interesting reply, that would have been nice to have had explained a little, instead of dropping the chat immediately so I couldnt answer another question. The person on the other end of the chat was very unprofessional. I support places like Apple, U.S. Senate, Vanderbilt University, Caesars Casinos, etc etc etc. I would never do what he did. Maybe its because hes sales? I dont know, but Im not impressed. Ill give them a call like he said, but still, Im pretty sure a quick look in their catalog would tell him, and he could tell me.Okay, I called, and was transferred to the eBay folks, but they dont seem to answer the phone. Its run about 30 times now... Its either a horrible phone system, or they have 1 phone with 2 lines and they are used to ignoring calls because eBay doesnt bring in enough revenue to actually hire anyone to sit back there and take calls. Or they have hired someone, but they are so busy they are always filing orders and dont have time to bother with phone calls from us pesky customers. Drat I hate when that happens. I guess Ill just have to take my tailgate apart and check to see if it works or not. Its too back most places wont let anyone return parts that have been installed, ever... Ill hope for the best. Honest Straight Forward Business!I was inquiring about a vehicle from Kevin Davis ( A 15+ year Salesman ) from an online posting. When he quoted me they had a certain amount in the vehicle, I doubted the number. Not only did he send me their invoice to prove the cost, he still tried to help me out and get me in the car. Kevin loves his job and is proud to be one of the best out there. This is a dealer that wants your business and pays top dollar for your car. Next time I am in the business for a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler I will definitely be speaking with Kevin.
