Been coming to this Starbucks for years. Lately, even when theres no one or just a couple waiting, you still need to wait forever. I just get a simple, tall black coffee and I still have to wait 10 - 15 min. Today I ordered a simple, tall black Pike, no one in the store, and waited 10 min. I had to ask about it or I could still be waiting. Any other store, they pour a Pike right there when youre at the register. But instead, they proceeded to wipe counters, pack trash, etc. Just go through the drive through and bring it back inside if you wanna sit in. Ill go elsewhere.

Don’t both going inside for anything. They put their drive thru and mobile orders ahead of everyone. I ordered one drink and waited over 15 minutes with only one other person in the actual store. When I said something they didn’t care. They told me they were busy with the drive thru and mobile orders. No apology. Not to mention there were several people standing around, cleaning, talking this whole time. Maybe 10 workers with 4 making drinks. I will not go back to this location.

If you arent open dont say you are open

Always nice to get a double shot of espresso in a yummy frappuccino when I am in full study and work mode!!. It really is a nice treat with a pick me up to get whatever job or task at hand completed. ☕😊

The only bad thing that I can say about Starbucks is that they are not all exactly the same, but that is the case with any chain restaurant I feel like. The cold brews are my current favorite thing to get from here. The foam that goes on top is to die for. But really, I love everything that starbucks has. I am that white girl.

I used to work at this store. Im not sure if the management has changed but they have drive-thru waits that would have been considered unacceptable when I was employed there.Drive-thru traffic often backs up into the thoroughfare of the shopping center.

Hot Gourmet coffee. Very pleasant healthy staff. Open 5:00 a.m., For us old early risers.

Nice but no greeting, stood and wait at register for 3 to 5 min before someone said they be right with you, then still wait. Looked like about 5 people working but just on drive thru. Not a good place for a drive thru thats why I went in. I dont care for starbucks as is too strong and expensive. I only go for my daughter. Didnt have her cream cheese danish so had to find something else. Ordered a cake pop and after getting her drink had to get some ones attention to give us the cake pop. Last time I went there website said open till 6 and at 5 boone inside or drive thru. So not impressed find a less busy one if you want good service

Their hot chocolate is Dark chocolate, and I dont like how they have different types of Hot chocolate temperature, But their White Mocha was good, you should try it!

Got my drink wrong, twice, at two different locations. How do you forget to put espresso in a latte? I go to Crimson Cup on Tallmadge circle now. Much better.

Their coffee is always burned. Ive been there more than 5 times and it was burned every single time. Dont waste your time going there try to find another branch!!!

Fast courteous service. They kept the line moving. Dont be intimidated by line length. Hot items were hot, cold items were cold.In line and served in under 5 minutes. The line permitted me to order from the app and customize without knowing all of the Starbucks jargon.

Aweful experience. They closed the inside of the store. Now everyone has to go through the drive through to pick up mobile orders. This location has the worst drive through. You have to block traffic to be in line.I hate the drive through. I always mobile order bc it take minutes to get it and go. Instead I had to wait almost 15 minutes. For a drink that takes 2 minutes to prepare. While dealing with people blowing their horns at me bc I have no choice but to block traffic to be in line.Aweful experience, I would rather just go to target for my coffee.

Oh my goodness... Talk about great service. I win a Starbucks card at work. I decided to go spend it. I ordered 2 Carmel Macchiato and 2 Pumpkin muffins and pull up at the window and say my card was empty. They comped my whole order and gave me a number to get my card fixed. I will be back!!! Great service

Usually very friendly, but the layout of the drive thru is awful. Very easy to get cut in line by somebody not paying attention.

Love this Starbucks! I go there to read. Me and husband go to coffee dates here. And One time I was accidently charged twice. I went back a few days later and they fixed it and gave me free coffee ❤Love the staff here!

I am giving this location 3 stars because, I have gotten lukewarm coffee and even lukewarm lattes half the time I go here. Maybe the coffee is hot here in the mornings but they should always be making fresh coffee through the day and clean the espresso machine so that drinks dont come out lukewarm. Make fresh coffee every hour! Its not that hard! For the price I pay for this luxury, golden coffee, I want it hot!

Tried a recommendation from a friend. The Ribbin Caramel Crunch. Delicious. Next time with an extra shot of espresso though. Not a whole lot of coffee flavor, however the crispy crunchys sprinkled on top of the smooth whipped cream was delectable! That needs to be sold as a side item.

The baristas at this location are absolutely lovely! This is by far my favorite location I’ve visited in Northeast Ohio, and believe me I’ve been to many here. The building isn’t crowded and the workers are just fantastic. Obviously they have the same food + drinks as any other Starbucks but the energy here is unmatched. I will be back!

Rude. I saw someone sitting down so I did too. The manager aggressively confronted me about it because they a no dine in policy.. Never going again. ✌

I live near by this Starbucks so I frequent pretty often. The staff is always really nice. Which held especially true on Saturday November 3rd I stopped at 6:30 in the morning. The gentleman that was working the drive thru was so pleasant and just such a great way to start the work day!

The Howe Ave Starbucks crew is always very friendly and extremely kind! Ive also found that my drinks never taste quite as good when I order from other locations. Love this place!

I absolutely Love this location, I will drive an extra 15 minuets to get to this location. The staff is AMAZING, they know me just by my order 😂. I love the messages I sometimes get on my cup. It really has made my day a few times. No matter how busy it can be the staff has always been nice with smiles on they face.

The place was fine. The only problem is the construction on Howe Ave. This created unnecessary delays to reach the establishment.

Hard to get to with the current construction, but well worth it. Friendly baristas, great coffee. Nice upholstered chairs in the outdoor seating area for my husband who has back and mobility issues.

Love the drive through option! Sad I got the wrong drink. But that usually doesn’t happen. I called and they remade it.

This is a great location. They always have what I want here, and its a great hangout after hiking or running at the gorge!

Even if big brand coffee isn’t your thing these baristas are wonderful. They are always welcoming and polite. They are great at answering questions and helping me find a combo I like

On a Saturday afternoon visit I couldnt have gotten better service. Prompt and friendly. Though I am still disappointed that Teavana is gone, I can still get a good cup of their tea at Starbucks.

A tiny little hole in the wall Starbucks with a drive through! Staff is friendly as can be, even during a rush. Ive never had a problem and my orders have always been correct. They are average speed though which is not a complaint at all. If youre looking for a Starbucks to breeze through before work or during lunch, this is the one to go to!

Sadly, they cant seem to make the same thing twice. I order via their app...the same thing, every time...but I always end up getting something completely different.

Great quality food + drinks, but really high prices

First off, whatever staff they have around noon KILLS it. Best Cinnamon Dolce Ive ever had. Everyone is always super nice and it seems like they have fun; so win-win there. I dont often get service so good that I feel compelled to write a review but this Starbucks is the exception.

I have been going to Starbucks for almost 9 years straight, (6 to 7 days a week) and this one here is one of my best stores, the baristas, all of them are simply Amazing, I actually wish a lot of the other Starbucks was like this particular one.

Absolutely love the staff here; I do a lot of mobile ordering but they always greet me and acknowledge my presence. Today they were having a barista event with other stores and the nice gentleman came up to me and asked if I did a mobile order and was happy to find it in the crowd for me. He was so nice and I absolutely loved him!! Thank you starbucks for always being amazing and pleasant!!

I drive out of my way to go to the Howe Rd Sbux. They are always so quick, thorough & friendly.

The Starbucks is good somewhat pricey.

The staff at Howe Rd. are great they are always so friendly with a couple of exceptions I think one of their names is Tiffany or something like that not only is she rude to customers shes snippy with the other workers

I didnt go to the one on Howe Rd. I went to the one on Arlington Rd, in Akron. They were very nice and courteous. I would go again.

I am a huge Starbucks fan... and most of the time its great. Usually the baristas are awesome... cheerful and accommodating. My visit to this Starbucks however was less than great. The barista seemed annoyed to be there and the bright smiles I see on faces at my Starbucks were marketly absent. Needless to say Ill definitely continue to drink Starbucks coffee, just not at this Starbucks.

The location on Howe is nice, they always make it good no matter what I order.
