This place has a great selection and a very friendly and knowledgable staff who was able to answer all of my questions. They have some wonderful yarns from independent companies that have marvellous colour and feel. I was specifically looking for a 100% wool yarn with natural or at least more eco friendly dyeing and they had a lot to choose from.

Amazing yarn selection, the staff is super friendly, and their displays of completed works are also amazing!Overall will definitely be back even though its a bit out of my way to get to!

I loved it. They have a nice selection of premium yarns, including malibrigo. Parking is in the back. Nice and roomy with comfy chairs for the hubby to sit. They also offer classes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a fun visit!

I went in for my first time tonight and had a splendid experience! The owner got to know me and helped me find yarn sourced how I like it, then sat me with some very nice, experienced knitters. They taught me a new stitch and were more than welcoming to me. Looking forward to being back soon for the next event :-)

Awesome little shop with many choices of fiber, weight, and price points. Lots of samples tagged with the pattern info to get your creative juices flowing. Attentive and friendly owner - Cindy Michael - without hovering over the experienced knitter but just the right amount of helpfulness to newer knitters that may be overwhelmed with the yarn shop experience. Have a cup of tea and knit a spell, youll be glad you stopped for a visit and a skein or two of yarn.

One of my favorite yarn stores. This year on the yarn tour, the custom designed knitting pattern was gorgeous too! I cant wait to whip it up! and next year she promised mitts! (Its on Ravelry - its cabling genius.) The store has a solid collection of yarns, all great quality. And the staff is so incredibly friendly and fun! Its a wee bit of a drive but we girls always talk about just going out for a mini yarn tour on our own so we can visit!

Great and beautiful inventory, nice and courteous staff. A lot of classes to choose from and well qualified teachers. Everyone is so helpful if you have questions. Its just a nice place to go and knit with friends if you want company.

Beautiful selection of yarn, including malabrigo and Three Irish Girls, two of my favorites. Shop is roomy and not at all cramped. There is a small selection of roving, but it is enough to tempt virtually any spinner.

Very helpful and very knowledgeable about getting into yarn crafts one what you need and how to help with yarnery(?). I will go back to them for my quality yarn and needed supplies and how to use them. They also offer classes

I love Harps & Thistles! This yarn shop has a cozy atmosphere and a wide selection. Cindy the owner welcomes crafters of all disciplines and provides hot coffee or tea and comfy couches to craft on. She and every other person in the shop will gladly help you with any difficulties or questions you may have. H&T offers classes on new techniques and hosts PJ parties on the first Friday of every month. Even if you cant find what youre looking for there, Cindy will order it for you. They now offer frequent shopper rewards!

Great LYS owner is very helpful and friendly and they offer lots of great classes. The shop is nice and big and very homey. Cindy told me I am welcome to bring my spinning wheel in anytime and just sit and spin. If your looking for a LYS check this place out.
