Bought a used washing machine that never worked since they delivered ., They keep promising they will deliver another one with same capasity. They dont answer the phone calls. I personally drove to their location to drop off a letter letting them know we can never get a hold of anyone . They finally called and promised they would deliver .. Its come to the point we will need to file a complaint in court to get a refund. They promise a 90 day warranty but never answer the phones.
