Very happy, whit all my purchases, (6 total)i take a water heater back cuz a plumber toll me that wasn’t work (just 6 mont old) out of Waranty, cuz the Waranty is 3 mont only but Menchaca appliances respect the guarantee, when it was already expired due to the construction protect take me a little over, he believe me that e only use the water heater for two monthsAnd after they installed another water heater, the plumber found out that real problem was the electricity not the water heater!!!!!So I definitely recommend MENCHACA APLAINCES but not my plumber!!!!!

The prices are almost the same as buying a new one at the store plus the delivery fee is very expensive, so if you add up all the fees and taxes you end up paying the same price as a new appliance at a regular store.

Bad experience. The fridge I bought broke in a few days with NO USE. It was just sitting in a vacant house and the freezer door fell off!When I took it back the owner was hostile and said there’s a scratch on it, that wasn’t there before so he can’t exchange it for another. He offered me a $750 refund on a $1085 purchase. I got him up to almost $900 and ran. Horrible experience, the warranty is a joke and employees are all rude and point fingers at the customer. I lost $200 and tons of time. Better off buying new. The prices they advertise are not accurate either. I would suggest looking up reviews on the model number before buying here. Most have tons of issues from design flaws, hence why the big box stores just pass them off to shacks like this to get rid of.

I went in and askwd for several things.... the lady had no mask and couldnt tell me the right price for a refrigerator. Then I asked for an oven microwave combo and she claimed it had the wrong price.

WOW.....never knew this shack was here. Great Barbecue! People lined up in the rain all the way to the street, its worth it! Called ahead My order was ready when I arrived. This family is working hard to serve up quality Food that makes you want to come back! Service as if you were at the family reunion waiting in line for your plate. YOU gotta check out this place!

These guys are awesome if they dont have the product you want they will find it for you bring it in special not to mention they do a wonderful job on taking care of stray animals which has nothing to do with their business for any appliance needs I highly recommend going to menchacas warehouse

BEWARE OF THE WARRANTY.....purchased an appliance here a month ago, called in to see about getting it repaired under warranty & was told I must bring the refrigerator to his store for repair...LOL...who brings a refrigerator in for service?????...never get my business again.

In this place I bought a washer and dryer and the owner is a grocer person, I do not recommend them to look elsewhere.

Mr with such a bad attitude with the clients, you talk to him and he stares at the cell phone as a teenager responds to you until he feels like he thinks he is the president of the nation, what a spirit. Not bolberia.

Everything he sells is very good but when the owner is there, many of us do not like his way of expressing myself and I have bought several items but he does not lend himself much x his character

The ice maker does not work, has not worked since we got it. They will NOT send a repair man to the house to fix the ice maker. They want us to pay $ 150 for them to come get the fridge so that it can be repaired. This fridge is not new or in excellent working order. DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought him a refri and it did not work where they get ice. We talked to him so they could live it up because according to the guarantee and they never came .. they wanted us to take him !!!The Owner not friendly !!! Do not buy here ..
