The worst customer service I have ever seen. He didn’t have what we wanted and said he couldn’t get it until January. We ask if we found another trailmaster would me service it. He then got very ugly with us and said no that he only worked on his customers items. That we wouldn’t buy it cheaper somewhere else and bring it to him for repairs.

This place is great! The customer service is the best Ive seen in years. They are incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a mower and weed eater from them. I highly recommend Dallas Mower for anyone looking for mowers, blowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping tools. They also have Go-Karts, UTVs, and other outdoor equipment. Check them out!!

I took my Gravely mower to get the handle bars corrected. I thought I would have to leave the mower for the repairs, but Lance came out side and adjusted both handle bars to my expectations. I purchased the mower here a year ago and am extremely impressed with their customer service and products. Great place to do business with! Thanks Jim

Dallas Mower has worked on our Honda self-propelled mower for years, doing the yearly maintenance. This year they did a repair on a John Deere riding mower, and it has never run better! Great work & fair pricing!

My husband went in to ask about doing some work on a particular mower. The man was extremely rude to my husband for absolutely no reason. Thats fine that you wont work on a mower unless you sold it, but theres a way to deliver that message. The man clearly needs some lessons in customer service. I wouldnt go back there or send anyone I know to them.

I bought my Gravely HD48 more than 5 years ago, not only was the purchase experience very easy and pleasant but the service after the sale has been exceptional. Other than routine maintenance, I have only had one minor repair.Lance, David & the entire staff are true professionals. In todays world, dedication to customer service like they provide is hard to find ! No need to look any further, Dallas Mower is the best there is !!

Quality counts! Their products are high quality and they are not pushy on selling. Answered my questions and a year later they are still providing support. I got a zero turn mower and later a two seater go cart. Both are doing well. The people their are nice and knowledgeable.

Bought first gravely in 2004. good mower and service. purchased new zero turn last year. had warranty issue and was repaired no problems. always good service and friendly no matter big or small issue.

Both repairs done on same day, covered under warranty and problems resolved. Referred them to my son-in-law who referred his brother, who also referred a friend. All state very satisfied.

Can not believe you have been in business for 18 years the way you talk and treat people that help keep the lights on, but you will not get another penny from me maybe someday you will run out of customers that spend good hard earned money until they find out what you are all about. My experience is that during the purchase process the owner is extremely helpful but if you need advice or help. after the purchase forget it. Parts are incredibly expensive and the owner seems to have no interest in helping. Would suggest looking elsewhere for parts or equipment.

Owner/salesman is very nice till after you buy a mower. Afterward he will make up excuses to say things are not covered under one year warranty. When confronted he will tell the customers they are not telling the truth. And threaten you with his lawyer. There are too many reviews like this it shows a pattern. Would recommend the mower just not from this dealership! Read other reviews

I purchased a NEW Gravely 52 HD in 2015 around $6k owner was super nice at the time of sale. I took my mower in at 75 hr service in March 2018 for the trans. service & a oil change $200. Owner seem to be irritated that i was bothering him with such a small thing,, took a week to do the job???..when i checked my fluid levels before i used it ( had been sitting in the garage for 3 days) oil was low?,i topped it off, then i checked the trans. it also was low. I will NEVER return to this place again. I should have gone with the BOBCAT at Lost Mountain Outdoor Power Equipment..

Jonsered customer service told me to go here to find a bar and chain I needed. I told the owner the model number and he gave me a chain and bar and I was on my way. I realized it wasnt right for my saw when I tried to install it and when I took it back he was very rude said he wouldnt take returns and was pretty much belittling my knowledge of being able to change the bar. Also told me my saw was junk because it wasnt bought in his store. As soon as a customer came in and was interested in buying a large piece of equipment his tone changed as if he didnt want to turn off that customer on a purchase. I wouldnt trust this business with my hard earned money. I hope this review somehow saves someone else from the same mistake. I wish I took the time to read the reviews before my visit. Lesson learned.

It is really unfortunate that people in a speciaized business are sooo opinionated that they fail to listen and immediately bad mouth the competition.I called these people looking for some help to purchase a weedeater and told the sales expert that I wasnt looking for heavy duty and he immediately cut me off and told me to go to walmart, home depot and lowes. He would not stop talking so I could ask a question. He acted as though I couldnt afford what he has to sell because his clients were professional lawn guys.. He doesnt know how much money Ive got to spend. He would listen to my needs. The other line rang and immediately put me on hold without saying anything to answer the other line. Must have been one of his professional buddies that kiss his ass. I would never, recommend these people for anythin. I guess thats why their rating is so low.

Put in shop called me next day it was ready hes in Dallas Im in Woodstock but need to mow so I head to Dallas arrived 1 hour before closing mechanic says not ready ???? Owner called said it was give us a hour come back and pick up nothing was serviced but charged me he did, 1year ago
