Michael Priest is a very knowledgeable and thorough estimator. Pointed out damage that I had overlooked. Made repair recommendations that were were conservative and needed. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this shop and the easy-to-work with personnel including Michael and his receptionist and office manager, Shanna. I would certainly recommend this All American Collision facility to others.
They have fixed two of our vehicles. They go above and beyond to make a difficult experience less painful! Greg has been helpful every time we visit! Would not hesitate to use them again.
This place is decent. Customer service is okay. There could be more contact between the consumer and shop initiated on their end. I am unfortunately having to bring my car back for the third time to fix issues with the work done due to a lack of truly performing a walk through of the vehicle before giving it to the customer. They are better to me then some other places but I expected more from the Honda Collision and Repair. I hop the third time is the charm.

I bought the car from John Eagle Honda (good dealer to buy a new car) and I think their body shop also good and professional. But I was wrong they have poor communication they do not get back to you. I had to keep calling for an update even when they said, “they will call end of day for all updates”. They didn’t even tell me my car was done until I called and asked. They done a job 4 days in 1 month!!!When I came and pick up my car, they stole my two sun glass i put in the car when the car in the shop to fix. I do not know why the boss not correct it or they have a lot of money so don’t care. Man, horrible place I saw in my life! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
My experience working with John Eagle Collision was above what I was expecting and certainly NOTHING like what others have stated in their own reviews! Both my wife and I had separate accidents in our Honda vehicles on different days. Because John Eagle Honda has been so very good to us with purchasing and servicing our Hondas, we didnt want anyone else handling our collision repair needs. So, we decided to go with John Eagle Collision repair center and werent the least disappointed. Any time we had questions about our repair statuses, they responded in a timely manner and answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood what was going on with the repairs. We appreciate all of their hard work and we will recommend John Eagle Collision to all of our friends and family.
Took forever, had to keep calling to get an update. Eventually got my car out of there after I found that they GLUED the roof of a couples car, ending up causing them 4th degree burns. Google them under their previous name, John Eagle Collision Center
John Eagle collision is horrible. I needed some cosmetic only work done on my Alfa Romeo 4C and they caused more problems than they fixed. They did damage behind the grill making it obvious the front end had been disassembled. They returned the car to me covered in Duck Tape glue inside the door area and never buffed out the paint, leaving debris in the paint. I returned it to be fixed and they spent two weeks removing the glue and still never buffed the paintwork. Then they claimed the damage behind the grill may have come that way from the factory. Incompetent, lying Fools.
I had to keep calling for an update even when they said “they will call end of day for all updates”. They didn’t even tell me my car was done until I called and asked. Getting ahold of anyone was really difficult. Furthermore they stole my dash cam that was in my car. When I called and asked they said they “saw it when the car came in” but haven’t seen it since. It wasn’t a cheap dash cam either. They didn’t bother to try and find it or someone took it. Nor did they comp a portion of the bill to pay for my dash cam again. If you have no other option but to go here; get rid of all the expensive stuff in your car. I had a a busted side mirror so had to go ASAP to the collision center so my cam was still in my car.

They’ve had my husband car for over a month an is continuing to give him the run around still have not received our vehicle an we told them we just want our vehicle back he chuckled like he knows the work is not to satisfaction..THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN WISH WE WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE HAND BUT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY THE DEALERSHIP. Also they will up the price just to get more money From insurance or out of pocket paying customers so be careful, they definitely will be hearing from our lawyer!!
I have to give this place the lowest star. They’ve had my vehicle since 1-6-19. I received the initial call about the paperwork and that’s been pretty much it. Every update that I have received I’ve had to text or call to get those updates. I finally “text” my service advisor and asked do they not reach out and update the customer. Someone is paying you to do a job. The LEAST you can do is communicate with the customer. It’s so frustrating and disheartening!

John Eagle is a great place. Service is quick, efficient, very business like but at the same time pleasant and friendly. The most important part is that if you need something fixed, they fix it right the first time every time.
Incompetent definition is not having the necessary skills to do something successfully. A word that describe John Eagle Collision Center in Dallas perfectly. I brought my vehicle there to be fixed after a auto collision and although they fixed the job it was a half bake job. It is easily recognizable the area where the collision occurred. The bumper and the hood of the vehicle looks like they were glue to the vehicle. But that was not the bad part. They forgot to rewired the passenger side view mirror so I had to return a second time to get that fixed. They also used the tire lug nut key but forgot to put it back in the place it belong and instead kept it for themselves. I had a flat tire and didnt have it to change out the tire and ended up having to call a tow to another dealership to get it fix. I had to go back to the collision center a third time to get it the tire lug nut key. Each time I have called up to tell them about the parts that was not working or the items that was missing and each time they had the nerve to blame it on me, accusing me of breaking the part or misplacing the item and wanting to get it fix or replace for free. It takes time and gas to drive out there each time and yet there is no apology from them at all. Absolutely horrible experience.
A word that describes John Eagle Collision Center in Dallas is Horrible. I brought my new car there to be fixing 3 1/2 months ago and now I still not have my car back. Whenever I call them, they told me it going to be done in next 2 weeks and since then it been dragging from week to week. They told me whenever the car go to the painting process, they will have an idea when my car going to be done. This is take about 3 months the painting process is done. Whenever I call them, they always said they not sure when it going to be done. They drag week after week. Poor customer service, when you call them and talk to them, you always got to talk with a message and wait for them to call you back which is a day or 2 later. You have to call them back to get to talk to them. Poor customer service, poor service, did not get back to you, poor tracking. They email you a tracking but it been done 3 weeks ago. You have to call them and told them that the tracking is been old and after that they will change it. If you want to get your car fix quick and be good in service, NEVER BRING IT TO JOHN EAGLE COLLISION CENTER IN DALLAS. You WILL NEVER get your car back. After 4 months my car is still in the shop, I still did not get my car back yet. As I said inform your friend and family members, DO NOT bring your car here to get fix.
John Eagle is excellent for body work, they left my truck looking like new. I would not recommend them for mechanical problems as they failed to identify a few issues that I had to personally point out. This was likely due to bad communication between them and Progressive.
Nice folks, and self-deprecating when problems came up, but I blame myself for not reading reviews on this place before I scheduled repairs from the big hail storm earlier this summer. My car was scheduled for 19 days by an independent adjuster for hail and branch damage. How about over five weeks? They have the same status update system on repairs that others have, but they dont know how to use it. There is no backup if your contact takes off for vacation. They didnt followup with the insurance company on some hail repair, and just painted over obvious damage which i noted and pointed out when I picked the car up. Fitment of an A panel removed was clearly wrong, and the roof of the car was covered by grey shop dust that wont come off easy. To be fair, what was repaired looks good, and there is a warranty They are willing to send in for a supplement to fix the hail damage, but Im not comfortable enough with their work to return. Headed to another repair shop with my insurance adjusters understanding. Caveat Emptor.

No return phone call after 1 week
I took my 2008 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner to Sports City Toyota for repair after a rear end collision. They use John Eagle collision for their body work. I finally had to call them for an update on my truck when I didnt hear from them for 10 days. When I did get the truck back, there was a huge scratch on the hood, a part in the cup holder and a new blemish on one panel. I requested it be fixed and basically they argued with me. I called the insurance and the truck was repaired. When I drove the truck, the alignment was still off from the accident. I was told that they did an alignment and it was fine. They refused to do anything else. I called the insurance and they approved another alignment. As for the quality of work, it is terrible. The parts replaced have bluffer marks all through the paint. The truck bed sits higher on one side than the other. Terrible customer service
My car has been here twice and each time I received horrible service. I now found out that the side door they replaced from a previous accident was responsible for messing up my lock system and they replaced the door with a new key hole that doesnt match my existing car key! Please do NOT go here!
I highly recommend this body shop! Wrecked our Tesla Model X. Learned there are only a few shops in all of DFW that are truly certified and trained to work on Teslas. Boyce was very professional and great to work with. Always very responsive and set me at ease by stating the car would look as good as new when job is completed. Truit, the main person working on my vehicle, did an amazing job. The car did come back looking brand new!

I havent needed a bodyshop in a long time their work was ok, the customer expirence was terrible and they didnt take the time to clean the adhesive off the car where they masked for painting. Not on time and overpriced..

I took my vehicle in twice in the past 3 months because Im unlucky like that. Both visits and dropoffs were excellent and the staff, professional. My 2nd visit resulted in a mixup regarding payment with my insurance... John Eagle Collision rep, Erica Chavarria, went above and beyond to coordinate this discrepency and fought for my claim. Go see Erica if you happen to visit here, she is the best and is very attentive.

I gave them the benefit of doubt, Mike Zamora handled my claim and he went showed alot of patience and was helpful, but the company itself, the quality of work is not 100%. i have a 2015 Toyota corolla, while they also work on Tesla cars, benz, jags, and other luxury cars, i see they dont have respect for the customers. even though i chose to pay them for the services, when i saw my car yesterday the quality showed me otherwise. the back handle to the door was scratched and paint chipped, which wasnt like that at all before i took my car there. i was lucky enough to have them loan me a car due to them having to take longer for messing up my paint. there were stains on my seats that were not there before. when i pointed out the handle to mike he tried to make it seem like that was there before and the ins adjuster didnt want to add. i sent him a pic today told him that was something his employees did at the shop. i refused to accept my car like that and left in the car they loaned me two weeks ago. they dont care about their customers, they cover their ass to avoid conflict but truth be told they dont care they want the money. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A LUXURY CAR!!!! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Took a lot of time to do the repairs even after dropping the car at their suggested date and time.
Never seen any body-shop so irresponsible, they dont even return your calls, no status updates, takes long time; terrible place avoid if you can go somewhere else...go there if you what get frustrated and feel terrible.ZERO Stars its terrible.
