I needed a wheel bearing replaced, and also a dent, bent mirror and some scratches fixed. I got quotes from 2 other places for both the wheel and the body work. Proper Automotive was about 30% cheaper than the Honda dealership for body work, and comparable to a mechanic with the wheel. Gabe gave me a very detailed quote, and talked to me about my options. Most of all I liked proper automotive because they were professional and polite--the mechanic down the street was rude and unhelpful when I called to schedule work. Gabe kept me updated and even came in on a Sunday because I left my key on my keychain! My car looks great, and they washed, vacuumed and cleaned the windows before I picked it up. It took about a full day longer than I was hoping, but that is to be expected.
