Waited about a month before I posted a review. I went in for a a/c issues. They kept my car for a few days, which was no biggie for me, as long as I know the issue would be resolved. My a/c been running great and I trust these men with my vehicle needs. my go to for auto repair issues.

Randy let me know that the previous estimate I was given for brake service would’ve been something meant for a Ferrari - I drive an accord. Their team inspected my brakes and let me know they didn’t need to be replaced as urgently as I was told elsewhere. I will be returning when I actually do need service!

DBA is right down the street from my office and all the girls go here for all their car needs. The guys are very nice and will even drive us to the office if we don’t want to walk. Highly recommend this place foe good, honest work!

I Just talked to Randy and the estimate he gave me to do Brake SERVICE on my vehicle both front and back plus front Disc Brakes was Extremely Expensive, even though he said he would do a great job.When I told him I had the parts already he refused to do Labor on it saying he didnt do other peoples brakes.My Vehiche is Not a Ferrari!!!

We had a brake emergency as we were heading out of town on a road trip. Dallas Brake & Alignment was able to see us immediately. They found and fixed the problem quickly and we were back on the road. It even cost me far less than expected. So thankful for Dallas Brake & Alignments help.

I have popping noise in front end of 2004 Tahoe. I took it to them but they did not fix the problem. Just did an alignment and charged me 133$. They say they don’t hear the popping noise but it’s there cause I can hear. And I’m not superman

Great service! Thorough and honest diagnosis with fair pricing. I dropped my vehicle off, went to work, and it was done a few hours later. This is a no frills service center thats located in the design district of Dallas. You could grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant if you wanted to. Ill be returning for all of my repairs. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Ok, so I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I needed to for this shop. Straight up, awesome place! Showed up without an appointment while on a road trip and they got me in super quick to see what was needed. Had me leave the truck overnight, and picked it up the next day. NO bs. Replaced exactly what they said they would and truck was riding right. Definitely a trust worthy place.

I showed up at 9:30am today to have my brakes examined because they were making a suspicious squeaking noise. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming (Thank you to Josh!!). After thoroughly examining my breaks, they found that the issue was merely rust related.They absolutely could have told me I needed my brake pads replaced or something else and I would have believed them. But they are honest and upfront. Ill be bringing my car back in the future for any brake or alignment needs.

FINALLY...... an honest, integral, knowledgeable, value-for-the-dollar repair shop has been found! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I have a dually and needed to find someone who could handle an alignment and tire rotation. I read solid reviews here and they did not disappoint!! Nice people, took my truck in immediately (Monday morning-8am) and got it done. Very reasonable price for what needed to be done. My truck drives 100 times better now. Highly recommend and will be going there from now on!

Probably one of the best experiences at a mechanic shop I’ve ever had. Traveling through town and my ‘01 Jeep Cherokee had several issues holding me back from my travels. Randy, Josh and the team here were very clear, supportive, and efficient in fixing the core driveshaft issues and even resolved a leaking differential issue that many mechanics for the last few years couldn’t fix. Recommend these guys highly!

IF I COULD ADD MORE STARS I WOULD!!Anyone complaining about part costs and leaving a bad review due to part costs should try finding and ordering their own parts to see how much fun that is!!!!!!This is the only place around the North Texas area or anywhere to take your vehicle.I have 4x4 pick ups and it has been a real nightmare finding a repair shop that can properly work on them.I have been to all of them and all these supposedly 4x4 repair shops seem to be able to only sell you parts (some of which some take months to come in) and are limited doing repair work.The last place was the worst everything they did wasnt finished or properly installed I wont mention any names ( Reckless Diesel) I drove out after them installing a lift kit and nearly wrecked on the highway due to a death wobble from them not tightening any of the bolts. They were all loose front and back and thats just the tip of the iceberg there but meanwhile back at the ranch Randy and Caleb have always been very friendly and professional each and every visit.Caleb even remembers my name, truck and what repairs they did last every time I call months later!You can feel the difference when you leave there and are able to tell that your vehicle is operating properly and safe.The service there is the BEST and second to none!If you are wondering if they can work on your vehicle just take a look in their parking lot. I took my car into the shop to have them look at the part of the vehicle that I was told by other mechanics frame was bentthey told me the frame was not Bent but I needed to replace all of my control arms costing me about $350I took it to three other mechanics after to get other advice and was told it is the frame that is bent in the control arms dont need replacing. I dont appreciate being told something easier place that does not I would have paid so much money for no reason I prefer people to be honest instead of trying to make money off me.

I’ve had a few things done here with my car and have always found the service is very honest and straightforward. Nothing special, but are very helpful and will even drive you to work if you drop it off in the morning. Highly recommend.

I am always skeptical about going to a new car place, but my job changed and I needed something near to where I was working. Let me tell you, these guys are great! All the employees are super friendly, they even gave me a ride to work one morning after dropping my car off. All the work they have done for me has been fairly priced and I have not had any car problems after picking it up. The do honest work, highly recommend them!

Always a positive experience when I go. Very friendly, helpful, and I think a few times they undercharged me and/or did a small thing or 2 for free without mentioning it to me. Makes me want to come back and give my money to small businesses like these. Only complaint I have, which I dont think warrants a downgrade t o 4 stars, is the waiting room is not very pleasant. Last time I was there, there were 5-8 dead crickets on the ground (or maybe it was cockroaches, I forget now), and it smells like what I imagine the 1970s smelled like lol. Probably best to drop your car off and go elsewhere, but Ill take the low prices and good service over a fancy waiting room any day.

I needed my radiator fan replaced on my 2011 Kia Soul. I called to get an estimate about 7:30am and gave them my VIN number. Less than 10 minutes later he called me back with my estimate. 1/2 the cost of the other place I called before them. I got to the shop about 8:20am. By 9am I was in my car pulling into a convenience store with a fully repaired car. I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are. Very reasonable repair rates and unquestionable shop procedures. I was extremely impressed. Will recommend to everyone I know.

A close friend of ours owns Affluent Motors, an up scale used car business in Dallas... He knows the real deal mechanics and recommended these guys for emergency water pump work on my Yukon 3 days before Easter. They were incredible. We have used them for many years and completely trust them. The prices have always been less and never more than quoted. They have always gotten the job done in a day. We recently moved and they are too far for us to drive but may still consider as they are the only ones we trust. They are very honest and you will not have to worry about them coming up with extras that need to be repaired.

Was told by my normal car servicing shop that I needed new brake pads and rotors. They quoted me around 497$ and just to be sure I asked around and when I called DBA after seeing the amazing reviews- they gave me a quote on the phone for $380. No brainer where I was going to go!! I went in as soon as they opened on a Friday morning and said they would take a look and give me a call before starting any work. Luckily, I was walking distance from where I needed to be but they did ask if I needed to go somewhere. (From the looks of the reviews, they would have probably given me a ride to wherever I needed to go!) they called me at 9:30 to tell me exactly what I would need and how much it would cost. It matched the quote and so I asked them to go ahead and replace everything. The repair was slated to be done by lunchtime but I got a call around 10:50 letting me know everything was good to go. I am very pleased with this place and since they do just about everything when it comes to auto service and repair, I’ll probably be coming here for oil changes and tire rotations.

When you pull into their parking lot, you can see a building with bays from end to end. Its a shop, pure and simple, so dont expect a sweet smelling office and such. They are open to work on vehicles and thats exactly what they do, and they take pride in doing a GOOD job. It seems a bit pricey, but in reality not any more than any other mech shop.

We have a 2015 Journey that we had aftermarket sidestep bars installed. Kaleb and his team were great they took me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Very friendly, helpful and give personal attention to all that come in. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you..

I spoke with Randy who was incredibly help and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I went out to my car at lunch to find my tire completely flat, I didnt want to have to call AAA only to wait 2 hours for AAAA to get down here and of course I was abnormally busy at work today so I didnt have time to actually take my car in. All that was no problem for Randy he had some of his team come pick up my car and replace the tire all within an hour of my original call. Ive never seen a tire company move so quickly, had I gone anywhere else not only would it have taken an extra 2 hours to get the car to the shop but its always at least 2-3 hours for the actual tire change.On top of all that the prices were very fair and they definitely just won a customer and my recommendation.

This place is awesome! My dad recommended this shop to me and I will continue to go to them. Another shop told me i needed alot of work done so I came here and really I didnt need all that much done! Most people try to take advantage of women, not this shop! Will definitely continue to go here!

High prices

They fixed everything necessary and didnt try to up-sell me on anything. Good quality work from what I can see. Had to leave my truck there but they got it done before closing. Overall, this was a good experience.

Charged me 40 bucks for the diagnostic. The place I normally go the diagnostic is free. I came in at 11:30 and had to wait an hour and a half to get it diagnosed. Then they told me to bring it back next week to get the work done. Also the cost they quoted is 2x the cost of where I took it. If you want to save some money skip this place and go Honcura in Irving.

I have had VWs for many years and always taken them to the dealership until last year when I was introduced to Dallas Brake & Alignment. They do great work are honest and a pleasure to work with. The DBA team is very honest, experienced and will fix your vehicle! They keep my diesel F350 well-maintained and can fix almost anything; BELIEVE me Ive tried a lot of places before I found DBA (thanks 4Wheel Parts for the rec.).
