These guys are top notch! I worked with Curtis, but I spoke to a few other individuals at the shop throughout the process, and everyone I dealt with was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.I took my vehicle to Payne and Sons after an accident that I was involved in and they walked me through the entire process and worked directly with my insurance and I got my vehicle back looking better than it did before my accident! I would recommend Payne and Sons to anybody and everybody I know if ever in need of body work!

We had a door replaced, dents taken out and a new bumper put on our Suburban. Logan and Curtis did a great job! Their customer service was excellent and they handle the insurance claims flawlessly. Ill definitely bring my car back to Payne and Sons!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... First, they had my car in their body shop for 52 days. My insurance paid them 13k to fix my car and ever since have had major issues.. including needing to TAPE my windows to the door because they were not fixed properly... and to make matters worse, they refuse to take responsibility.. TERRIBLE customer service, and terrible ownership.

Would not recommend to anybody I had my car towed there after hitting a dog the first estimate was $16,000 for hitting a dog so when I told them I was going to have it towed back to my house they decided they would not release my car even after payment from my insurance company they want to keep my car to keep the prices going up for their storage cost it has been a big hassle I would never ever put anybody through this and it has been a waste of my time and money even considering them as somebody to repair my vehicle please dont put yourself through it they are not worth it so just to recap they say $16,000 to fix my car my insurance that $3,800 tops to fix my vehicle that has been a big headache a waste of my time wasting my money and I am very upset if you have any smart you will never use these people

If you want a trustworthy thorough body shop, this is the place to go. I have seen the work they put out and it is top notch. Last car I took to them couldnt be saved. My insurance company wrote an estimate less than half of Payne and Sons estimate. They are very thorough, and that is key when safely driving your family around day to day. I am sure there are plenty of shops that would have taken my insurance check, and just done that much work, just to put it back on the road. I will be going there in the future for any and all of my body shop needs.

Charles and team detected my car needed a new battery and quickly repaired and check for other necessary fixes. Issue was fixed..Turn around time was quick and team attentive. My car was safe to drive. Awesome job!!

These guys are Awesome. I’ve known them for years. Their work is always spectacular however it is their customer service that blows me away. My daughter has a fender bender in work parking lot. I called Logan and he said he would handle everything. He got my daughter car back in 2 days looking brand new. Thanks guys. You are the best!!! Five stars!!!!

I dont usually write reviews, but I feel like I would be doing a major injustice to not recognize the quality of work that Payne & Sons did repairing my Honda Civic. My bumper tore off, and instead of just trying to put a new bumper on (paying for unnecessary repairs), Travis said hell do his best to reattach the bumper. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.More so than the price, I was beyond impressed with how Travis went the extra mile to clean my vehicle instead and out. As a Marine veteran, we were taught to leave a place better than we found it. Travis certainly returned my car in better shape than when he got it. I will be returning here for all my auto body repairs from now on!

Payne & Sons did a great job on our car after an accident. The repairs were done on time, they coordinated with the other drivers insurance kept us informed. When we had a minor related problem two months after the repairs, they took care of it quickly at no charge and returned our car to our home.

Had to have my 2014 Honda Accord repaired due to a hit and run accident. At first, I considered taking it back to the dealership for the repair but noticed the reviews for Payne and Son. The service was top notch. They explained the process and keep my up to date regarding the status of the repair and worked with my insurance. The work they did was excellent. My car looked just as good as the first day I first drove it off the dealerships lot. No one wants to be in a accident and deal with getting their car repaired, but if this unfortunate event happens, Payne and Son is the place to take your vehicle

I love this place. Every car from our fleet comes here, always. They have no competition.

Very disappointed and disasstified. First of all I have a 2005 G35 Infiniti. The left light was replaced what they called an OEM part. It looked horrific. I cant believe they would use a part in that condition on their customers vehicle. Hows that for customer satisfaction. They charged me 643.00 for that. You could obviously tell it was in poor condition. Then they also replaced and painted my right fender which had over spray plus a visible scratch. My husband contacted them and they just gave him the run around! We spent 4,381.00 for a very unprofessional job! These people are not worried about pleasing people, they got their money and thats all they care about. Please think twice before you take your vehicle there. Crooks thats all I can say!!!
