Great service! These guys are the real deal. Got my car looking brand new and its a 08. All part OEM and so polite every time I called. Even washed my car and shined my rims before pickup. Walked me through the repairs and had me in and out in no time. I hope I dont have to come back anytime soon but if I do they are the only way to go!

Nick, Alex and his team did an exceptional job on my 2020 Chrysler 300. Nick kept me updated every step of the way through picture messages of my vehicle, phone calls and text messages. He handled everything with the other parties insurance. Him and his team exceeded the standards on my vehicle. On top of everything they completed my vehicle just in time to get before Christmas! After getting rear ended and getting the run-around from their insurance company I was having such a painful process with getting my car fixed up until I worked with Alex from Excalibur. Alex was so professional and helpful and him and his team did an AMAZING job on my car. They were quick, communicative, and I am so glad I took my car here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My car came back SO clean - they even filled my tire pressure up after noticing my light was on! - and I think it looked even better than how I had drove it off the lot at the Audi dealer when I bought it last year! This wasnt the closest body shop to me that the insurance company offered but I chose this one after seeing the reviews. Dont take your car anywhere other than here! I have a small hail dent from a hailstorm last year and I will be bringing my car back here later on to get that fixed too. Alex - you guys are awesome!!!

My mother had to get her car fixed due to the hail storm that came through Dallas. So her insurance company gave us some recommendations but none of them looked that good as far as reviews. So we did our own research and had 3 top choices that had awesome reviews. We chose Excalibur and we weren’t disappointed! This team over here are excellent. Nick helped my mom as soon as we brought the car in and took maybe a little over a week. They even offered her a ride to the rental place if she needed a lift. There was an issue with the windshield that the claim didn’t get and Alex handled it that day by calling the insurance company. My mom didn’t have to deal with it. Which was nice since she was healing from surgery during this time. My mom got her car back the very next day. These guys are fast and detail oriented! Thank you to the whole team at Excalibur! My mom was completely satisfied with how her car looked when it came home!

I hate that this has happened but this place rubbed me the wrong way. Took in for small job on a Monday morning. Guy estimated Thursday or Friday. Call Friday and girl acts like thats crazy and its probably another week out. OK then.. ended up being ready Tuesday I believe. Go to pick up and notice a weird gap between the new wheel trim and body that didnt look right. Start to pull on it and noticed its just the old piece glued on with black silicone. Both the insurance estimate and the bill showed it being replaced. Go back in, guy says it must have not been ordered. Not sure why a) it wouldnt be ordered or b) how it was still charged or c) how you accidently glue it back on. Guy said hed get it ordered and we could come back to put it on. Frustrating that we have to waste our time coming back but at least we noticed we were getting scammed. Driving off, I noticed the console full of mostly silver change was mostly pennies with a couple dimes left and a dollar from the dash was missing. Thanks. So next day they call saying part that they claimed to replace but didnt was in. I decide to bait the thieves. Put a few ones in the console and took before and after pics. Sure enough the scum bags stole a few bucks.Hopefully the rest of the repairs that we cant see as easy arent just glued together. Ill never be back.

From the very beginning to the end my experience was the best Ive ever had. Nick was a pleasure to work with, hassle free and HE kept up with me and I didnt have to call for updates because he did! Im a VERY proactive person and he definitely exceeded that and beat me to every call/email. The work they guys did was amazing as well, this will definitely be my go to body shop for now on!

CARELESS OWNER! I called for a quote and asked what would the price be if I was to bring my own door or they order me one. He says my customers bring their items and hung up in my face. I called back to speak to the manager and he said hes the owner. I told him he hung up in my face and didnt even tell me the quote for bring my own door, He then said he has to see it up front and hung up in my face again. You have no customer service etiquette and I see why your stars are getting low. I may be one person but my review will reach out to someone. I have never been disrespected like that from a business. NEVER! You lost more then a single customer, You lost a business relation opportunity. Clean your attitude up and please dont write under this apologizing. Your attitude left a mark on me.

A friend referred me to Excalibur after getting bamboozled by another local collision shop last year. They did a great job on the repair as well as everything they promised. So glad I found an honest body shop.

This place was referred to me by my boss, and I can honestly say its the best body shop Ive ever taken my car into. I was in and out with an estimate in 10 min, and in and out of the shop in an hour for a metal repair and bumper replacement...all for a very reasonable price. Being a young lady and going in by myself I didnt want to get taken advantage of, but the guys here were so helpful and professional. Definitely highly recommended.

Refused Service owner said “I can’t make enough money off you”I recently got in a fender bender and needed a door and fender fixed and repainted. They first asked if this was an insurance claim or not. When I said now they decide to not take my car. I went here because of the good review, but this was not my experience. Looked like a little mom and pop shop that got too big for their britches.

I had my Mercedes repaired at Excalibur and couldnt be happier with the experience. I worked with Alex Gonzalez and he was knowledgeable, personable and kept me informed every step of the way. Excaliburs quote was very competitive relative to 3 other estimates I got on my car. They did the work inline with their estimate and finished it ahead of schedule. Most importantly I feel like they will stand behind their work. It wont be the fanciest shop you will visit but you will like the results.

***UPDATE: The bumper that they painted has began to crack and peel in multiple places. What I am being told by other people in the industry is this is a sign of poor/improper surface preparation. This is just over a year later. The car has about 10k miles more and has been garage kept..***These guys do great work in a very reasonable amount of time. They were not the cheapest estimate I got for the work I needed done. But I am very happy with the end result.

Wife found this location via google and determined to drop off her car to get repaired (rear bumper damage). The car is a 2014 Infiniti Q50s with a very unique color from factory. While the service did take a reasonable amount of time, Nick kept us in the loop and maintained a professional attitude throughout. Wife and I were impressed with the color match and car detailed afterwards. We know that if we ever have to deal with another vehicle claim, Nick will be our go to. Thanks Nick

I visited the Excalibur Collision Center on a whim needing immediate help. I was slightly worried as a woman that I would be taken advantage of. Alex was a God send! He was honest, personable and did not try to over charge for his services. Once I told him my issue, he quickly estimated the cost and saved my day! I dont plan to have any other issue, but if so I will definitely come back here.

Excalibur did a really wonderful job on the front bumper repair/replacement of my Honda Accord. Alex & Nick were great to work with, and everyone we encountered there was very courteous and professional.I expected to have my car back in 48 hours and the shop had everything completed in less than 1 day - very impressive!I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were amazing at a time when I needed help. They worked with me and my insurance adjuster to keep my car alive and a big shout out to Nick who even gave me rides to and from my house to the shop.

After getting my door caved in, the insurance company called to tell me I was covered and had suggestions where I could take it. Told them immediately that I only use Excalibur Collision. This is my 4th visit in about 18 years. Alex and Nick take no shortcuts in repair or parts. They take the time to do it right and thats why I only use Excalibur Collision.

I have had my family’s cars worked on by Excalibar many times. They consistently provide excellent customer service and a quality job at a very reasonable price.

I would NOT recommend this place because they cut corners and are thieves. As outlined on my insurance quote, the molding on my car was supposed to be replaced. Instead they glued the old molding back on with globs of thick black adhesive that was very noticeable. My receipt even said that the molding was replaced and I was charged $208 for it. They never even ordered the part! I had to go back on another day to get it fixed properly, being without a car (and no rental at this point since I had already returned it).The worst is that they stole money out of my car. TWICE. The first time all of the change in my car was gone. Only pennies and nickles left. I would say nearly $3 in change was missing. Because I noticed this the first time, when I dropped my car off a 2nd time (to get fixed properly) I placed $3 in cash in my car and also took a picture of my change to see if it was touched. Sure enough, when I picked my car back up, $1 from the cash was missing and everything was moved around (my sunglasses were in the wrong spot, etc.). Also the change was definitely moved around significantly, I could tell because I took before/after pics. Since I barely had any change left (since they stole it the first time), I can’t tell if any of that was missing but someone DEFINITELY dug through my car looking for money/valuables. I took pictures and nearly everything in my car was touched or moved. For such a quick repair on the outside, why would someone even need to be in my car that long other than to move it 2 feet from the parking spot to the garage?Given this disgusting behavior who knows what else they did and other corners they cut while “fixing” my car. I will never again go here, and I strongly encourage you to please look elsewhere for your body shop needs.

My experience with Excalibur has been great! The parts and paint matched up perfectly. More than that they had the opportunity to say that the front bumper coming loose a few weeks later was my fault - that I had dragged the bottom of it. I didnt recl scraping it anywhere. Some other places would have told me to stick it. But Nick stood up and took care of it at no charge to me without any hassle. A stand-up guy running a stand-up shop. Also, I saw other reviews claiming money was stolen from their vehicles. I left several bucks in mine and not only was it not touched but they must have found some change someplace inside cause it was in my cup holder when I picked it up!

The service work of this place is highly exceptional I am so happy with the service place I can only describe them with one phrase THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!
