So I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Mercedes-Benz E300 from Greg L. at this dealership about 9 months ago. The condition of the car was BEAUTIFUL and pristine inside and out and only had about 40k miles on the odometer. About 6 months after purchasing, I found myself driving on the toll way when the entire car malfunctioned electronically and mechanically causing every light on the dash to appear. Soon after the car completely shut off and under no circumstances would start back. Upon diagnosis through Mercedes lol, theyve informed me the engine has miraculously blown itself and two of the valves now have no pressure. So for the low cost, one time fee of $14,000.00 they say it can easily be repaired as good as new. First, I do take some responsibility for sure for not buying the extended warranty on the car at the dealership the day of purchase. This however isnt the shocking part to me. When I realized I was truly screwed and on my own is when I attempted to contact Greg my salesman and inform him of the issue and the very radical and RECENT events of the car not long after purchase he wouldnt even discuss this with me or so much as speak on the matter. I was then transferred through the chain of command to his boss who then proceeds to offer me a 1/3 (33%) of what I originally had paid for the car 150 days prior. After offending me he then proceeded to SALE me another car!!! Lol word of advice dont ever buy anything used from this dealership and make sure it is a Land Rover and ONLY a land rover! Jordan was great, she was patient and kind throughout the entire process and made sure I received the best deal and most importantly, the car that I actually wanted. I’ve had my vehicle for a week and she continues to answer my questions and help me out with the car any time I have questions. By far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered! I was lucky enough to have Tommy as my Salesperson and he was amazing from start to finish!!! I highly recommend requesting him if you plan on buying a vehicle from this dealership. Honestly everyone I dealt with made me feel so at home and comfortable which was not the case at any of the other car dealerships I visited prior. Land Rover Dallas provided the absolute best customer service. Upon arriving at the service check-in, I was greeted and advised they would be right with me asking if I wanted a bottled water while I wait. I waited maybe two minutes, and Diego who is back at Service with Range Rover wrote my ticket up. He is always so friendly, polite, and the process goes so smooth. Ryan Shock who is my service advisor kept me really informed of the status of my car. He knew I was stressing about getting my car back in time to take my son to college and he went above and beyond my expectations as it was returned back to me less than 24 hours, fully washed and cleaned, ready to go! The entire team went the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I scheduled my first service for my Jaguar F-Pace with Greg Ford. The way he handled my appointment gave me a sense of confidence as he explained all of the services that my Jag would get. Certainly more than I expected plus it didnt cost me anything because scheduled services are free with Jaguar ownership. The great thing was that he got me in and out quickly and my car was spic and span. The tires even had the tire shine. I couldnt be more pleased with Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, especially Greg Ford!

Overall they have a huge inventory of vehicles.Im giving a single star rating because I went in to buy two cars today ( Range rover sport 2019 and to book a 2022 Velar).I was supposed to meet Mr. Tommy at the dealership. When I reached it took about 30 mins to send someone because he was busy with another customer.Secondly, the othe the gentleman took great care of us and tried to show around. He offered us to show in a Velar inside which was sold out. While he went inside to get me the keys for the 2019 Range Sport,Mr. Tommy comes out storming and yelling at my whole family, and opened the driver door straight out in front of my mother who was sitting on the driver seat checking out the interior. He disregarded that what he was doing and completely disrespected my mother and my family. After we try to tell him he starts arguing that this car is sold and you cannot sit in this car.First of all, if he was so concerned he should have not given the keys to his colleague to show it to a customer. And even if something happened he had no right to yell and disrespect, especially a women.If you go at this dealership, please try not to deal with this sales representative especially of you going with your family.Im gonna buy my cars at other dealership who has respect for there customers!

My husband went and bought a used vehicle from their lot for me a few months back. That experience wasn’t the best at all. We paid to have a wrap put on the vehicle and was told it would be ready on different dates. My husband had to call multiple times to try and get an update on the vehicle and was told they would call us back but they never did. When it was finally ready, we drove the 3 hours to pick it up and the wrap job was horrible. They did refund us for that but we still have to get it redone (we chose to get it done local and have it painted instead of a wrap).When our license plates didn’t arrive when our temp was expired, I called and they said they would ship them to us and take about two weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. I called back this morning and was told they haven’t even shipped out yet.We will never use their dealership ever again.

This was my first visit to this location. I took my vehicle in for a recall inspection. Everyone was awesome from the service attendant to the cashier. I wasnt fed any lies about unnecessary work needed. They did recommend some services soon, but pretty much the basic. Also they finished my vehicle in exactly the amount of time they estimated. This was a much better experience than I had in Frisco.

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jaguar F-Pace back in January 2021 from this dealership. My truck has been towed to this dealership twice and my husband has taken it also for the same issues. My truck has had several issues with starting leaving me stranded. On July 28, 2021 I experienced the issue again and had the worst time trying to get someone to call me back from the dealership. My salesperson Gregory Langeldt is who has helped me each time something happens with my truck. My truck was towed on July 28, they didnt have any loaners available and havent reached out to me yet to offer me one. I have yet to hear from the dealership. Now Im left without transportation. This has been the worst experience ever. I will never purchase another Jaguar again.

I came for an inspection and to have my battery replaced in my keyfob for my 2017 JaguarF-TypeSVR. We just purchased our first Jaguar here this past week. Our salesman was Darien and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. We knew what we were looking for when we went in but Darien went above and beyond to help us find the perfect F-Pace to fit our needs both cosmetically and financially. We are from out of town so he spent several days searching and communicating to get all the details worked out! Once we found the perfect one, he took his customer service a step further by delivering it to us, 2 hours from the dealership. We were 100% pleased with our experience at this point but heres where Darien stands out from the rest - When we got ready to sign paperwork, there was an error on the contract, He immediately got on the phone with the dealership, clarified that it was an error but got it worked out to still leave the vehicle with us, assured us he would get it corrected and expedite the correct paperwork to us. And by expedite I mean he again drove the paperwork to us, 2 hours away the very next business day. Darien was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and efficient throughout this process from beginning to end and I highly recommend him. We cant wait to do business with him again in the future.

I leased a Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Dallas several years ago. I loved the car so much that I bought it last week after the lease expired. Tommy was a tremendous help in that process including when I had to return to the dealership for paperwork, inspection, etc. He went above and beyond the call of duty for a transaction that had nothing to do with the sale of a car. Checked us in with my name but never discussed the repairs with me but did so with my husband who happened to be driving that morning. I found that interesting when it was I who set up the appointment and the vehicle is mine.While I’m the waiting area while waiting to grab a cup of. Offer a salesman was ahead preparing one yet he never looked up and acknowledged me as a potential sale or just to be a friendly human being. So we went onto the showroom floor and looked at a defender when Tommy came up and talked to us. If and when we do upgrade he’ll get by our business for sureOther than Mr Tucker was our service agent and he handled my concerns about emails and Jose both were very professional and we are happy with the service we received.

I’m very disappointed with this Business Range Rover of Dallas! I’ve called for two days trying to get a written quote for my water pump repaired. I was told twice one price but they didn’t send me a written quote for repairs now the price went up $600 and still won’t give me a written quote. This company was going to attempt to bait and switch changing me a higher price when the car is finished, I would not do business here and I will like to talk with the manager at this location or I will contact corporate this is a serious problem and I consider it not honest! I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

The buying experience for a car was great. My salesman, Gregory Langfeldt went over and beyond in selling me a car. That’s why I was so disappointed in him and the dealership after the sell. I had questions and concerns for my salesman by phone, emails and texts. The first response he sent to me was he’s out of the office right now and to go on you tube to find out how to update my software. This was after I had sent emails. The reply to this is he will read his emails when he’s in front of a computer. I finally called August 13th and asked for sales manager which is Aaron Rusbridge. I was told my plates were to be in 10 days, 5 to 6 weeks and my salesman Gregory wouldn’t return calls, respond to texts or emails to answer any of my questions or concerns. He said he would get on it and get back with me on Monday, August 16th and didn’t. Afterwards, I called and asked for the general manager of the dealership, Mr. Wayne Cloud and left a voicemail. A Mr. Dillion Hardwood called me about 2 weeks after that who is the general sales manager and said Mr. Cloud told him to reach out to me and about this time, I was very disappointed, frustrated in this dealership because the selling purchase service to sell a car was outstanding. The after purchase sale service sucks!!!I finally received a text from Gregory, August 27 with a picture of my plates, a thumbs up and “your plates are in for pick up.” I go August 30th to pick up my plates and Gregory meets me at the receptionist’s desk being the salesman he is. Put my back plates on, rode with me to car wash, explaining to me about my software, apologizing for his lack of service and communication. Said he should have taken more time to explain to me about my car, the day I bought it and I agreed.Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t take anything for my Jacquar and the great smiles and service when buying a car. I was even picked up for the delivery of my car by Gregory in which I was very pleased and grateful. There was an accident with me in the car on the way to pick up my car and Gregory and no one else from the dealership called me afterwards to see if I was ok.I feel that outstanding service is and should be not only in selling a car but also the after purchase sale service. I gave Gregory and this dealership an outstanding survey after buying my car but I refused to be ignored and not listened to and I want complete satisfaction from beginning to end.

I bought a used Porsche from this dealer May 1, and paid the purchase price with a cashier’s check. The initial experience was great, tho i have had two meaningful frustrations since that time. First, the salesperson committed to repairing a minor defect with the sound system, and then reneged on that assurance. More frustration has arisen as I attempt to get the vehicle properly licensed. After no response to several phone calls, i find myself today with expired paper license tag and no title. Typically the title and license plates arrive within a few weeks - even during COVID last year. So i will seemingly leave the car in garage til they get around to registering in my name and sending me plates.

I have never had good service or customer experience in my several trips to LR Dallas so I was reluctant to bring my car there but logistically it made more sense. I am visiting Dallas from out of town to babysit while son and daughter-in-law took a short vacation. This was the first place I stopped because I was in the market for a car. It’s a very small lot and I looked at several cars and no one ever came out to see if we needed help. After looking at the seventh car I decided to leave…no sense in buying a car from a place that wasn’t interested enough to come out to say hi. I ended up buying an Acura MDX 40 minutes later simply because the salesman took the time to come out to say, “hi can I help you?”Update: Thank you for taking the time to reply. When I pulled up to the lot I did see two salesmen helping other people, so it couldve been there wasnt anyone available. There were a couple of guys, possibly from service parking cars and it wouldve been nice if one of them couldve said someone will be with you ladies or let me see if someone is available. Ive already purchased a car, but I will keep your number in case Im in the market or know someone who is.

My husband and I went in 3-4 weeks ago and test drove a few cars with Azzam. We discussed that he would send us details and a breakdown between lease and buying (which we were expecting within 48 hours) 2 weeks go by and nothing. We emailed and messaged Azzam- nothing! I called last weekend some guy said he would look into it and call us this week - still nothing! Horrible follow up service. We have moved on to another Land Rover dealership.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a repair. Not a lot of choices for Land Rover repair, but I read reviews before I came in anyway and was really concerned with the negative reviews. My experience though was awesome. They greeted me warmly and processed me in quickly. They keep you informed and return calls promptly. They diagnosed and fixed the vehicle quickly, and were super nice on checkout as well. Highly recommend!

Cole Luna was our salesman and he was great! He went above & beyond to help us throughout the process of purchasing our Rover. My husband has been working off in west Texas so Cole was able to drive half way in order to meet him to sign the papers. He has also been available after the completion of the sale for any questions. The majority of our experience with Land Rover Dallas and with Cole was via telephone. Upon meeting Cole to finalize the sale, he was just as pleasant and kind as he was over the phone. He was very professional, explaining the details of the vehicle. My husband and I were absolutely pleased with the entire process. Thanks Cole! And yes!, I am truly enjoying my new ride! :D

Yall have totally upped you game. Miraculous turn around from a year ago. Im super happy and completely satisfied. The problem with this dealership was when I bought it the next day. I drove it on the high speed normally. Suddenly the engine turned on the engine light. Then I slowly got off the high speed and waited for the traffic light. I didn’t expect it to turn off. Then I went to the Land Rover store and found the salesperson AI who sold my car. He had a very good attitude at the beginning and said that he would check it carefully. Then after a few hours he told me that there was no problem with the car. It might be possible. It was only occasional failure, and the same problem continued for the next few days. When I found him again, my attitude changed very quickly, saying that the car had been sold and they couldn’t do anything. I Said that I only owned this car for two days and had such a problem. I told him I thought it was a gearbox problem. I asked him to check it for me. He said to check it for me, but I observed it. Land Rover’s mechanic They just shook their heads around my car. They didn’t even look at the gearbox. Later, I found a local car repair shop. They disassembled the gearbox and looked at it and told me that the gearbox was scrapped and I was cheated by the Land Rover shop. Then I started to communicate with AI about this irresponsible behavior. He told me that there was no way to solve it. He also told me that because I didn’t buy their gearbox insurance when I bought the car, they were not obliged to go. Check, I will never go to this irresponsible Land Rover shop again! ! ! Very disappointed! ! ! this is Deception !!

Beware! I dont write reviews ofter, but I feel a duty to share my experience. I tried to resolve with the Service Manager and Service Director reasonably, but they take no fault. I had my 2016 Range Rover Sport serviced recently and the top priority was the DEF Warning Light. They charged for it and cleared the error. Within two hundred miles it came back on and I was in another state. I took to a Land Rover dealer, they repaired it properly, and the technician said that it was not serviced correctly and that software updates were the issue - not the service this service crew performed. All I asked was for a simple reimbursement for the proper service performed. Dealer to dealer. DENIED. Disappointed for sure.

Great place to buy a vehicle. I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Darien to hook me up with a perfect car and a finance person better than Jeremy. They are both very cooperative and helpful, and of course are amazing people. Buying a car is hard enough already, and having a good team of people guiding you through the process can definitely take the anxiety out of it. If I can recommend you one thing before you buy a new car, it would be that you go for Darien and Jeremy- you will thank me later. ;)

What a fantastic experience we had with Tommy Phan at the Land Rover/ Jaguar dealership in Dallas. We had been searching for an F-Type Jaguar online when we came across this stunning 2017 British Design Edition F-type that we had to have. After inquiring about the car online, Tommy became our sales contact. He was absolutely wonderful in helping us with the purchase of this car. From taking detailed pics of it to a great walk around video, he was very helpful, attentive and very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We had never bought a car online before and Tommy was great through the entire sale, even offering to set up transit of the car for us back to Denver. We decided to fly in to Dallas and drive the car home, make a road trip out it and see how the car handled on a 12 hour trip! When we got to the dealership, Tommy had our car prepped and ready to go, paperwork all completed and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Tommy and the dealership, treated us as if we were regular customers!! We stayed the day and night in Dallas ( absolutely love your city ) and went on our way. The car was fabulous on the trip back and Tommy made sure to follow up with us to see how things were going. Great dealership, wonderful sales dept. Tommy you out did yourself, well be back for our next Jag👍😊

My family has been buying cars from this place for the past 5 years and let me tell you that there is not better place to purchase a vehicles. The customer service and the sales manager to the every person in the dealership is purely devoted to making sure you have the easiest and most promising purchase and experience. I just bought my own car, 110 2021 Range Rover defender, the third car weve bought from them. My sales manager Sam Judah III let me tell you is one of the politest and most devoted people Ive ever worked with. My father wasnt willing to buy the car initially, yet when Sam delivered the car all way from the dealership to my house just for a test drive, my father had a change of mind. Hes a genuine, kind, and easy going guy and helped me fully purchase my car in the next three days. The car in the time Ive driven it has be 10/10 and handles off road terrain like nothing else. From this experience I dont think theres any other car dealership or brand Id rather buy fromthan here.

We had a really great experience with the people at Jaguar of Dallas and our sales consultant Jerry Hinton. Let me first say that were about 160 miles north of Dallas in McAlester and my communications with them began with a phone call and an email. The people at this dealership and specifically Jerry were extremely helpful and patient. There was never any pressure, only what I perceived as a genuine desire to help us make the best choice and get us a great deal. My trip down to see them was delayed, however, Jerry continued to communicate and provide updates as they came up. We finally made it down and looked at a couple of other vehicles other than the one I was initially interested in. Jerry was patient in this process as well, again, no pressure, only concern about my needs. As we finalized the deal Jerry made the extra effort to make us feel comfortable. Even working with their finance department once the details of the deal were closed was both quick and pleasant. Their finance manager, whos name escapes me, unfortunately, was great, getting us a fantastic interest rate, and once again, for those of you that have experienced this end of the deal, did not apply any undue pressure or inappropriate tactics. He simply laid out some options, asked if we were interested, we made our choice and he left it at that. In summary; Ive bought a great number of vehicles over the years, both high end and low budget, and I have to say that by far, this is the best experience Ive ever had with an auto dealership. They have earned my respect and my return business. I highly recommend seeing them for both new LandRover/Jaguar purchases as well as any pre-owned vehicle needs. Oh, and by the way, the vehicle we bought was a Certified Preowned Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport in Caesium Blue. The Jaguars Certified program is second to none out there. Great vehicle and fun to drive. Phenomenal experience! Marcus went above and beyond to make the car buying process smooth, efficient, and surprising.
