When I got my car back the passenger mirror was hanging down and the service representative didnt bother to tell me.
I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here. I brought my car here after an accident because I trusted it would be in good hands because it is Honda. However, that was not the case. The communication here and customer service was bad front desk receptionist was nice but the one dealing with my car Gary was horrible. Every time I would go up there, he would never acknowledge me or clearly explain what was going on with my car. I had to come back here 4-5 times because after being told my car was “ready” there was still problems and would have to leave my car here again. Overall this took about 3 months I just would not recommend coming here.
From the first phone call to when my car was finished. 5 star service. Dan was amazing always available to talk and a job that I called all over Dallas to have done 3 weeks to 5 weeks to keep my car. Dan had it in thecsame day of my estimate and out 9 days later. 9 days...I recommend this shop to anyone and the customer service is amazing.
This was my second time getting an oil change and Pablo was amazing. He let me know head of time it would take longer than expected since it was Saturday it was their craziest day. The staff tries to make it as comfortable for you, providing snacks along with the collage football game. Before I knew it my car was ready and washed. Thank you Pablo! 😉
First, the guy who originally did my estimate had zero experience on what he was doing, which created conflict with the out of state insurance company I had to use due to a trampoline blowing off a neighbors property and banging into my vehicle. A young lady got involved and helped get things corrected after a long battle BUT when i get my car back and basically a new paint job, the bumper is not reattached properly. Took the vehicle back to ask it to be placed back flush and they refuse accusing a vehicle that had about 6K miles on it of having damage. After having the pictures reviewed, there was glue by the EMBLEM, not where the bumper even attaches itself which was probably done by the dealership for some ridiculous reason, but at no point while they were dismantling my vehicle NOR putting it back together was this disclosed but now flat out refuses to correct what was paid for by the insurance company to be fixed!! Laydy made sure to get paid for the excessive bill they charged the insurance company but did not honor what they were supposed to do. On top of that, my paint has swirls in it. Poor job and poor service. With the first situation with the guy, I should have taken my car and left but due to convenience we opted to use them. Horrible experience and very disheartened by the lack of integrity on their part. I should have listened to the insurance rep from the liability claim that flat out said, these people are a bunch of crooks!. I just resigned from the car business since 2005 and I see exactly why people do not trust car dealers and in this case, collision centers. Sad! Oh and some of the reviews on here are from employees. How about do a good job and people will actually leave good reviews instead of falsifying them.
Taken my car here twice, first time, Abel, was excellent. Kept me informed and got my car back looking like new.Second time same car more work, $8000.00 worth of damages. Lasted a month in the shop. When i got it back:- Front bumper panels were sticking out- Rear passenger exhaust pipe was 3-4 lower than the other- Striping decal on passenger side was longer than other- Rear bumper panel stuck out- Rear hatch is crookedAfter 2 re-trips the only thing that was fixed with satisfaction was the striping all other problems still remain.With all this being said, this will most likely be the last time I take my car to this place for repairs.

I’ll never do business with this body shop again. Quality wasn’t what I expected, being that I have a Volkswagen Jetta. I picked up my car and noticed it still had a damaged piece which I had pointed out when I dropped off. Was told I’d get a call in two WEEKS (time to get the part ordered)... going on two MONTHS and haven’t had ANY UPDATE at all. Very unprofessional.
I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready by Friday afternoon. It was not. I was then told Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Throughout this entire process I never received one single phone call to give advance warning my car wouldnt be ready by the promised date, causing me constant inconvenience trying to schedule alternate transportation. When I finally did pick up my car, I was given no explanation, no apology, not even a simple Thank you. We appreciate your business. To top it off, their original estimate of $1,993 ended up being $3,100. This didnt affect my deductible, even so, I consider the discrepancy outrageous. And as for their repair work, my driver-side door still doesnt close properly.
Bought my car as a certified preowned vehicle from Rusty Wallis a year ago. One of the perks they offer for buying a certified car is waiving the collision deductible for the first 3 years if its a $500+ fix. My CRZ was backed into in a parking lot leaving me with having to replace the front bumper. I thought there would be a little bit of a hassle since it would be a free fix but everything went smoothly. It only took a couple days to replace and it looked brand new when I got it back.
Recently had my Volkswagen repaired here. My schedule was way too complicated and they went out of their way to accommodate it. Very impressed.
Wasnt the auto body shop, was the car dealership and it was closed on a Sunday just looking was all.
We went to pick up our car for a trip to reunion.Had problems from the get go on calls about the car. Would cost much more then what our locked in price as a gold member.Our pick up was 4 pm.with a reserved ticket number for our car.We had to call the head office of Hertz and was told that we could get our car at the reserved price.Mr David B Roberts Branch Manager for Hertz was there working the desk .This what he said by one witness.If you do not leave I will personly throw you and your wife out.and if you do not goI will call the cops .With my wife crying we left.He was mad that we went over his head .We had a car to pick up but because they did not have the car they wanted $500 for a Full size ..It is our commitment to make sure this will not happen to others.This was not a good day for Rusty.
I chose rusty wallis collision because it was a dealer affiliated repair shop and I figured the work would be done right with no hassle. As it turns out they were more shady and unreliable than any other body shop.Repairs that insurance paid them to fix were left undone. Instead of replacing parts they just buffed and painted them to save a buck. The alignment they did left the car pulling hard to one side and when I brought it back they said they couldnt redo it because there was suspension damage! Took it to NTB and they fixed me up in an hour.They wouldnt even look at my car a second time without having an insurance adjuster give them additional money for supplements on work that should have been done right the first time. Awful experience.
Rusty Honda is dishonest seller and cheater. I got a car from Rusty and I surprised that I got engine light after driving the car 40 miles. It was obviously that he did rest the engine light till I bought the car. The car needs maintenance in up to 2800, I really feel very bad from this dishonest dealer and will never ever get a car through him.

Worst place ever take for ever to get a car fixed. No one calls to give update. Have to take my time to call and get status on my car. Incorrect parts placed. Keep getting false statements about what is missing and come up with more bs regarding the reason the car is not ready.
Its ok kind expensive and also wont accept some insurance.
