Someone hit my vehicle while parked. Someone messed my front bumper and signal light on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. My vehicle was done before the due date. I appreciated them setting timeline expectations due to possible parts delivery delay. I wasn’t happy but understood. And to my surprise the repairs were completed a day early!

Cinnamon said my car would be ready the 27th. Their automated voice thing said my car was ready today (31st). It is not ready and does not exactly look like new. Poor experience.
Nicole made my experience at Service King excellent. My truck had a difficult repair and while it took some time for the manufacturer to get the appropriate parts to Service King, Nicole kept me informed every couple of days with a personal phone call and gave me options on how I could proceed. Nicole is a fantastic asset to Service King!
Vince is THE GUY. He was Very professional and respectful but above that he worked with me every step of the way with no BS. Just genuine honest answers and updates. This is the type of guy who is good at his job but you could also see yourself sitting down and grabbing a beer with. He personally dropped my car off and picked up my rental with their valet service and I couldnt of been happier with the repairs, definitely a quality job. If my 07 Honda accord needs anything else Ill be seeing vince first.
I have been unfortunate to have had auto accidents almost yearly over the past 5 years. I initially went to Service King and have returned each accident knowing my car will be fixed to like new condition. Staff are always friendly efficient and knowledgable. The body and tech staff are excellent. I love Service King!!

I took my vehicle in to repair my bumper. The bumper was repaired earlier in the year and was covered under Service Kings excellent warranty. The staff took care of me and my vehicle and actually finished the repair much sooner than anticipated. I would highly recommend Service King.

We had a bad experience with the service king located on Lemmon Ave. We decided to take to the Central Expressway location, where we received a warm welcome; were guided through the insurance claim process; car rental and repair timeframe. We had a great experience. I recommend them.
I came in on Wednesday for a quote never got back to me, left all my information they told me theyll email me and its been two days already. Very disappointed

You really get te sense that they will take care of your car and treat you with respect. They set me up with a rental, no hassle, and I was in and out about 10 minutes. Took my suv here to have the bumper replaced. They are a little backed up so it took longer than expected. There was an issue with car while in their care, but they made good on the damages by having the car serviced at a dealership of my choice. Took a some time to get my car back but in the end it all worked out. Doug is super nice guy.

Over a month in for minor rear end damage. Cesar does not return phone calls, when he does had multiple excuses for car not being ready. Finally went to shop and confronted. Said insurance owed $300 for badges. I dont need no stinking badges. Tells me the money not paid will come out of his check. Finally storms off and gives me keys. Good work on the body. Not sure they did everything they charged insurance. Surprised car had been driven 150 miles while in shop. I guess somebody had a good joy ride. Will not return.

I was very impressed by my experience at this Service King location. Not only did they do a good job on my repairs in a timely manner, but the customer service is what I was pleased with most. Jeff, my service rep, was an extremely nice guy and made sure everything was done well. The front desk receptionist, Kriss, was pleasant and helpful as well. Everyone that worked there smiled and greeted me in every encounter I had with them. Overall, my services ended with much satisfaction.

While in Dallas in late September visiting from my home in Lubbock, TX, my 2009 Toyota Avalon was hit while parked in front of my friends house. USAA, my insurance company, sent my car to this Service King Center. When I picked the car up a few weeks later, I drove home to Lubbock and discovered the memory switch on the passenger door was not working. Since there is no Service King shop nearby, they had me take it to the Toyota dealer in Lubbock who repaired the switch and Nathan, the general manager for Service King North Dallas, paid for the repair with a credit card over the phone.I could not have asked for better service than that. Freddy Garza gave me a great experience when I visited. I came in with an issue that I thought would require me to spend a significant amount of money, but Freddy showed me a way he could fix it that was relatively painless and capitalized on his expertise. Best of all, he offered to do it for free, expecting nothing in return. He didnt try to upsell me or scare me into accepting a much more expensive solution. He was upfront and honest, and when I told him I didnt have cash to give him a tip to thank him, his demeanor made it clear that he didnt expect anything. Because of his honesty, integrity, and kindness, Ill be giving my business to Service King in the future.
Needed an estimate on a very minor repair on my bumper. A tree kicked my bumper and knocked it out of alignment. Caesar was my rep. He looked at the damage, smiles and tapped the bumper back into alignment. Took all of 30 seconds. I am so grateful that he did that because I need my vehicle for delivery work everyday. Having my car fixed here and they told me it was finished and ready for pickup. I walked in very happy thinking I was going to get my car back after so long and was only met with disappointment and anger when they said that it is not ready for pick up. Their messaging system is abysmal and they are very unprofessional in handling the situation. DO NOT COME HERE.

I have been to this place at least three times in the past year. I have been very pleased with the service, communication and repair work each time. Every time I enter the building I am asked within seconds if I have been helped. They have been quick to get me in and very respectful when talking with me. If one has to get a repair, this is definitely the place to do it! Now if I can just get drivers to quit hitting me car...
They did a great job of fixing the side of my car and communicating timelines for completion, but when I came to pickup the car, the check engine light was on. They told me it was a big coincidence and not their fault. They recommended I get it fixed at Christian Brothers (who they admitted they give business to regularly.) Would be tough for me to trust them with my vehicle again.
This has been the most frustrating service Ive ever received. I took my car in on July 15th, it is now three weeks later and my car is still not ready. Not once have I received an update from the collision center, even after verifying my contact information with my rep. Tony multiple times. Every time that I have called there has been an excuse on why my car is not ready. I was told by Tony that by the looks of the damage on the vehicle it would take a week and half or up to two if there was any interior damage that was not noticeable. Today when once again I decided to call to get an update this time I talked to Cesar and now the excuse is that they are waiting on some parts. I called Tony on Thursday, Aug. 1st, and he said that my car was going into paint and that it would be ready latest by today. Im hoping to get my car by Friday but by the looks of it I will not, so Ill just have to show up in person to get my car back.I will never be back to use this company, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

Did not get very good service at this service king. My completion time was pushed back 3 times and each time I had to call to find out. This really made getting and keeping a rental car a hassle. Every time I called the person I talked too seemed impatient and annoyed. This was just a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I have used other Service King locations in the past. Years ago I was rear-ended, and when I got to the shop, they were helpful. My insurance has always said to go to Service King even if the other party is paying.Fast forward to years later. My car is rear ended on Highway 75. The back is pretty damaged, but Service King is 1 mile away. I drive there instead of calling a tow, and I tell them I need assistance. They have a few ahead of me, so I call my insurance to notify them, and I file a claim with the other drivers insurance. Both of them tell me to leave the car there.When I get inside for the specialist with my insurance he says that I cannot leave my car. It was not towed in, so they cannot take it. I will have to make an appointment. The back end of my car was smashed. The tail lights were in the trunk. The fender was bent in on the back right tire. The exhaust pipe was bent down. It was not safe to drive.I tell them that I do not think the car was drivable and ask can another location pick it up and tow it. They say they do not do that. I will need to make a reservation or drive it somewhere else. I go and sit in the car to contact another location. The other location goes to the upper ups and gets the first location to agree to take in my car.As they come back out to inspect it I am told that they do not know when they will get to it. I am also told that once I leave it there, it cannot leave. I am told that if it may be totaled and if we take it apart, and it is totaled, we will not put it back together.It has now been 5 days, and for 3 days I have used the chat function to get any update. The other drivers insurance was lapse, but mine said they gave permission to do the work. In 5 days, there is not an estimate. In 5 days, there is no update. The staff manning the chat cannot even get the site to answer them. I am stuck wondering if I will have my car repaired or have to get a new one.Here are my questions.1. If it looks totaled, why would I be sent away to begin with2. Why does it take upper management to agree to take a car3. Why do the teams working for the same company have 0 contact4. How is it that in an industry where you must deal with countless distraught people in accidents, that you have no tact

Lexus repair, lot of road noise after the repairs. Took vehicle back- then the trauma started-They denied there was any noise .After repeated complaints and test they agreed that there was noise and blamed it on some screws which they claim they fixed.With persistent rattle- they diagnosed a trim problem and gave us a quote of $340. BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL JOKERS.Took it to Lexus repair and they diagnosed & fixed-The Spoiler on rear hatch was placed incorrectly/Harness Grommet was loose/Weather strip was left dangling. Insurance covered up and paid up after these jokers.

So I went in to get an estimate for replacing some nylon/plastic screws/retainers under the wheel well of my front bumper. Spoke with service advisor Cesar P. and he examined the situation and said let’s see what we can do.While waiting 10 minutes and talking away with a Tesla owner inside the waiting area, Cesar comes through the waiting area and waves me over to the door, my conclusion is that he would need to order the items needed for the repair and schedule for another time.Nope.We walk out to the car and he shows me where he had already fixed the fender attachments (when did he do this?), and tells me there is no charge for this kindness!Ok. So where am I going to bring my car the next time I need body work done on my cars? You guessed correctly, and I hope I get to deal with Cesar and these folks again! Terrible repair and their professionalism is worse than their repairs
I had a horrible experience here. Michael was my service advisor and he was the worst he didn’t really know much. When he gave my car my spare tire was missing, my mirror didn’t work, and my car was dirty. I spent weeks going back and forth trying to get my mirror fixed. They also ended up taking my spare tire which i never got back instead they gave me a ragadey tire. The manager Fred was no better either. I emailed them and called them in regards to my spare and they still don’t get back to me. I DO NOT recommend this place if you want GOOD service DO NOT COME HERE!!!

My specialist was Tim. He is friendly but he always says he is going to call me for an update, or to tell me wen my car is ready. I never have a received a call from him. I later received a text saying my car is ready but it took me another 2 business days for me to get a hold of Tim.It is extremely difficult to get a hold of service king. I was only giving an 866 number, when I asked if my car was ready they transferred me the North Dallas Service King, which then had to patch me through to Tim just to leave a message.By the time I did get a hold of Tim, he said the repairs are done, but they have knocked off my sunglass holder and should be done the next day and of course he will call me when it is ready. I have now called 6 times today and each time failed to get a hold of Tim. I now start my new job tomorrow and will only be able to pick up my car on Saturdays during the few hours they are open, if my car is even ready because I have no updates.
Made an appointment for noon. Despite being busy and considering going on another day, I decided to honor the appointment instead of cancelling same day.I show up at noon, no one there to help me. I wait for half an hour, still no one to help me.This is probably one of the most annoying things a service company can do, ask you to make an appointment and then not have the necessary folks in place when you arrive. I could understand if there was a sickness or something else unexpected, but I was told the guy supposed to help me was at lunch. Why would you book appointments at noon and then allow the personnel needed to leave.I will not be returning.

EDITED REVIEW: There was some frustration over a miscommunication on the part of Service King with a company I sold my totaled car to, but I received a call from Kyle, the GM at Service King, apologizing for the error/confusion and a refund check in the mail. Excellent customer service recovery. Despite some things going wrong, everyone was very polite and professional and I felt like I was ultimately taken care of in the best way possible.

I love the customer service at Service King! Both Michael Armiendariz and Angela were so helpful and honest about their service. I had been to a different place once before to get a headlight installed, but when that fell out a few months later, I had to buy a whole new one and have it put in again so I decided to go to Service King. Even though I was only getting a headlight installed in my Beetle (which is apparently an intense process) they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service and product. Not only did they keep me updated on every process and procedure, but they also communicated well with me to make sure I was ok with everything they were doing. Michael went out of his way to buff up my fender and light to make sure it matched the new one and I am beyond grateful. It took most of the day to get everything done, but it was well worth it and I know that the headlight was installed properly. I feel like I have a whole new car and would recommend Service King to anyone!
Not really sure from where to start....they received about $10,000 from GEICO to repair it.their quality sucks and their staff says from their mouth that it will be good but they cannot do a perfect job . so they can charge $10000 without doing perfect job.I gave them my Jeep in April to repair hail damage.I got a call few days back to pick it up. I went there and here is what I saw1. stains all over my Jeep2. reassembled parts coming out3. stains on the ceiling on the inside.I told them to clean it and fix it.went in today to pick it up,here is what I saw1. New dent on driver side door2. stains on the body3. tail reflector light brokenand their manager(not sure he was a manager) argued with me that those problems were on the card before. hilarious!!I will call my insurance company and ask them if they can bring these people inline.
Just dropped off my truck to be repaired for tail gate damage. I was told to recall someone who’s working on it and they never answered. When someone else called for me they didn’t even know why they can start working on it. Which makes me concerned I’ll have issues similar to everyone else leaving bad reviews.

Horrible customer service! Lady in the front desk couldn’t help me out and told me to wait for someone else while that person was on the computer... Oh, but and officer shows up and all the staff come out to help and a person after me too was in and out while I had to wait... Had to walk out... Seems like they only care if your not a person of color or have a title under your name...

This Service King is horrible!!! I have not even taken my car there yet and I would not recommend it! State Farm chose this location for me and they sent the order to them. I have yet to be contacted and I have been calling for 2 days straight to get an appointment. Each time I call I am placed on hold for 20 minutes or so and then the call gets disconnected. I have also left voice mails and sent them an email and nothing. This morning somebody finally picked up the phone after it rang for about 10 minutes, I only got a few words in when I was hung up on!
It took them one month to complete repairs that should have taken 5 days. I had to point out the work they had missed the first time, along with things they hadnt done well. This went on week after week. Four trips to pick up my car, and each time I pointed out inferior work. They wouldnt pay for a loaner after they failed to complete the work in 5 days, and their customer service people never contacted me after I complained several times.Stay away. Service is in name only...its certainly not a promise.
Terrible service. Car was taken here March 1st and they didnt even touch if for over a month. Just got my car back on July 2nd, after 5 months and still had body damage....terrible service and horrible communication.

Service King is a joke. They first told me to bring in my truck. Then they toldme that they do not do this kind of body work. They said it does notfollow their rule book of repairs. I thought they were joking with me. I took mytruck to another repair place who told me it was a piece of cake to fix mytruck. I cannot believe that they are still in business. Again I will tell everyonethat I know that Service King is a complete Joke and to stay away from them.
Very Dishonest. Asked for an estimate of only the quarter panel with a hail sized dent. They gave me an estimate after tacking on repairs that were not even needed just to get insurance prices and tried to coerce me into filing an insurance claim to repair the nonexistent damages.
Worst and poor repair service.. Want your vehicle repaired properly then choose some other place...

Place is okay but communication between insurance, customer and shops is horrible I show on appointments dude said we dont accept that insurance screw my day off without tell me when i call first time we dont work with that insurance never again..
Service was slower then the other service kings I went to previously. Also the enterprise was connected to service at that one and here you have to wait for a pick up.
