I went in to get my front light fixed and they did everything! Not only did they handle all of the work I need they even fixed a few minor problems for me I’m so happy I when to Dallas paint and body. Everyone was very respectfully and professional.

Felix Flores is not a very professional person and his business practices are extremely questionable. I took my truck in for repair only for it to be half fixed. The body shop performed service on the truck prior to getting authorization from the insurance company. On top of this Felix would negotiate a settlement on repairs and never honor the verbal agreement. At this Felix sought to take advantage of the pandemic by attempting to charge an exorbitant amount of money for storage fees when the vehicle repair was not complete. If you take your truck or car there beware you will get taken.

If I could give a negative star I would. I had to take my car up there 7x just to get my car painted correctly. Paid out of pocket and the owner was full of excuses. Now 3months later the gloss is gone and it looks almost matte colored. Will never go again.

There are multiple body shops in the area, so if you can avoid this one I strongly advise you do. The person in charge (Felix) is a crook, liar and you shouldnt trust him. I really wish we would have read the reviews before bringing it to this shop. We paid for services through my insurance and he took advantage of them and us. He had the car for over a month and kept lying about completion date. I went two weeks into the repairs to check the status and it looked decent shape, he said it would be about another week. I went back and he said he was waiting on a part, which would be in next week. I then go back and its still in the same condition it was two weeks prior. He then tries to lie about the day he told us to come in. This shop is horrible and should be avoided. Dont pay until the service is complete. The car could look better, I expected more for how long they kept it.

Listen to the other reviews. If you want horrible work and lies this is your place. The owner will lie about turn around time and blame you for the issues. The body work has fallen apart and i refuse to go here again. Horrible establishment and should be shut down.

Great and friendly service.

They are absolutely terrible. As of today my car is still there. It has been there for over 30 days. I would pick it up, but theyre already been paid. Charges will be filed against them. If you do go there thinking you will get a good deal, do not give then any monies until your car is finished. I will also be in contact with local business agencies regarding them.Also the work that has been done, is not good work. I will file a claim with my insurance company to help seek any legal means to help recoup monies paid to them.The owner Felix Flores Sr, will lie to you in your face. Since they were late with my repairs, he stated he would cover additional rental car cost, to later change his mind.Buyer be very aware.

Horrible work, I paid for services out of pocket and the work was unsatisfied. The car was returned to me with dust all inside the car and some exterior lights are missing their original caps. The owner is extremely nice and this could have been where I was lead to believe he would do an awesome job. He did offer to repair, but Im just done and taking my business to have it corrected elsewhere .

I love my local business owners.I most say that Felix was knowledge about the issues with my car.He was able to fix everything in a timely fashion as promised & at a great price. Thx.

Gtrat customer service and reasonable prices

I had no problem getting my car repaired. The paint and body work turned out flawless, not sure why others had problems but not with me.

I took my car to Dallas Paint and Body to have my custom painted black with an abundance of chrome metallic flakes. (similar to a bass boat).When I went to pick up my car, it was blue with only a few flakes sporatically sprayed around the car.When I confronted the owner, Felix Flores, he asked me to bring it back on the following Monday so they could redo it... So I did... When I went up there on Wednesday, my car was parked in the back lot, and it had not even been touched.So I picked my car up, took my receipt to my lawyer, and then to the Constables office to file a claim in small claims court.My advice to you, is to avoid this place at all costs.
