Got estimates from 3 different places in the Dallas area. These folks fixed the AC in my Kia Soul at a more affordable price (30-50% cheaper!) than anywhere else, and I didn’t get the feeling like they were trying to scam me by selling me stuff I don’t need. They took me to the car and showed me exactly what was going on and why and were very friendly the whole time. I asked a whole lot of questions and they never once got defensive. This place is definitely now my go-to mechanic for as long as I live in Dallas.

Took over than 1hr for just arraignment. And they cant do right arraignment & try not to explain why. Told me that I have to change all suspension system of left front wheel to fix it... still charged for arraignment. Ill never go back.

Not only the shop provides my particular needs, it always exceeds my demanding expectation. I am a car guy. I don’t tolerate anything other than the top quality work. Upon arriving at this place with my late model German sedan, I was very hesitant to get the work done at this place. Because the shop didn’t appear polished unlike my usual dealership. But soon I found the unusual value in this place. The owner is very honest, sincere, and down-to-earth, and also provides a high quality work. If you are looking for a mechanic and body shop, you found a hidden gem. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Theyre very busy and picky about doing a good job

Always do great work. Dont trust taking my car anywhere else. Specialize in Lexus/Toyota, but can work on just about every make/model competently and at a great price. Dont mistake the short and curt greeting for people who dont care. Theyre just THAT busy, and try to be as efficient as possible. They also do tint, inspections, wash/detailing and paint/body work along with mechanical service.

I went to check on my brake pads and brake rotors because it was time time replace the pads and resurface the rotors. The owner offered me two kinds of brake pads and quoted me the price for both of them and recommended one over the other. I appreciated how he offered me two options. From my experience, all the other shops just quoted me one price. As a consumer it was nice to have options. The owner kindly vacuumed and washed my van after the brake pads were replaced and rotors were resurfaced. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

I actually go out of my way to come here. I dont live in Irving anymore but I still drive down whenever I need something fixed on my car. Theyre fast, honest and the prices are fair. You dont have to worry about them overcharging you or messing with something in your car in order to make you come back and spend more money. This place is run by Korean people so some of them dont speak perfect English, but they are understandable and they understand you fine. 5 stars for sure!

I took my vehicle(old Toyota Camry) to this shop and they fixed very perfectly with very reasonable price. The owner and manager were kindly and nicely to me and my kids. I visited next time for oil change and then they found thermostat problem and then fixed it. I saw temp gage were little rised up but I didn’t know what happened it at that time. It was possible overheat if I left it like that. I’m so thank to them. Nice shop!!

This is absolutely the worst places to go to for anything. None of them know English, they are extremely disrespectful, very dishonest and do-nothing but piss you off . I swear to Allah I have never had such a worst experience in my life. Save your money and go to somewhere else. I will never do business here . It hurts me that I ever did. The recipotionist is the worst. She is extremely rude. And they talk smack about you in their language to.

Messed up time.It took 3 hours when the oil changed 3 months ago, so this time I made a reservation the day before and finished checking the parts, but it took 5 hours. I waited for more than 3 hours, but when it will be over, I tried to enter the work. Its a task that will be done in an hour and a half to two hours, but when I asked if there was a problem with the car after lunch, the office was cold, and there was a big task, my car started late.

I used to have a car accident. I already went to two workshops in front of me and came to Sun after getting recommendations from people around me. The first one went to the United States and the other to Korea, but I didnt know anything about my insurance situation. The American Institute kept on delaying the appointments and the Koreans were calling me ridiculously. But it took me a while. If you think about handling insurance documents, I understand ... Anyway, I want to recommend you.
