These guys were the best. I had hail damage on two vehicles and they accommodated me every step of the way from bringing one car all the way to my work and picking up the other to helping me deal with the insurance quotes and deductibles because the greedy insurance company wanted to only pay half of the second vehicle when they both received the same amount of damage!!! They were also able to help out some of the people I referred and everyone has been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the outstanding repairs. Not to mention I had to pay nothing out of pocket! Absolutely fantastic experience with this repair shop.

I can’t believe it was free to fix my car’s hail damage! Paul, and the guys at Thunder Dent Repair are AMAZING! It hailed really bad in Mckinney in April, and my car was outside in the open when it happened. I didn’t know what to, but after a friend referred me to Paul, I gave him a call. He literally took care of everything for me! The next day he already had my rental reserved and delivered it to me at work and took my car to the shop. After a week, I got a call from him saying that my car was finished and he delivered that to me at work too. It looks BRAND NEW AGAIN! He took care of all the insurance stuff, and I didn’t have to pay for anything. If you have hail damage and haven’t fixed it yet, it’s silly to not call Paul and Thunder Dent Repair. I was fortunate to meet Barrett Roushe of Thunder Dent Repair on Manana Dr. in Dallas a couple of weeks ago. Barrett is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely professional.In the end, he understands what it means to take care of his clients. He did everything he said he was going to and my wifes car looks amazing.He committed and delivered on the following:1. Up front, through explanation of the entire process and time line2. Met me on-time to oversee my ins companies appraisal process3. Took the car to Thunder Dent and put it under very expensive lights where they found a lot of dents that were missed by the initial appraiser.4. Barrett submitted a supplemental appraisal to my ins company based on their findings. It came back and was approved for 76% more then what the original appraiser found. I was glad they invested in their lights (note...Barrett was not pushy during the sales process but he did highlight the fact that they have these extensive lights to make sure all dents are found)5. Once the car went into the shop I received very crisp, short daily txt from Barrett to let me know how the day went and what to expect next.6. The completion date was met. Barrett met me with the car at the rental car company. The car was like new AND the inside was spotless!!I dont spend a lot of time praising people and companies, mainly because many in this day and age dont provide the attention to detail and communication like Barrett provides. My wife ripped off her side view mirror on her Cedillac SRX so I made an appointment for after when the part would come in. In the mean time I ran her car into the garage door because I forgot to put it in park. (its a keyless starter). The timing couldnt have been better. Barrett replaced the side mirror and was able to repair the front bumper. Also while he had it he popped the door dings. Th car looks great and they had it in and out in no time!

I had hail damage on my brand new car from this past hail storm in Dallas. These guys made the whole repair process a breeze! They met me at Enterprise, put me in a rental, and once they were done fixing my car they met me at Enterprise to return my car. It looked brand new, all of my dents were gone.
