I am pleased with the service provided. I was informed throughout the process of the repairs by text messaging. The vehicle was cleaned from the interior when I picked up. The vehicle was repaired before the expected date.
Truly one of the most soul-draining experiences of my life. Service King has utterly failed in every way conceivable. The first attempt at repair exposed 37 (thirty seven!) issues after they had my car for 2 months! There were literally chunks missing out of the grill still (how do you miss that?!?) and the side view mirror wasnt even attached correctly.We are just about at 3 months now and my car is still not ready even though it was promised time and time again. For the love of God - STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE KING! I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy. Truly one of the worst companies I have EVER had the unfortunate experience to deal with.AGAIN STAY AWAY - NO MATTER WHAT!
Good job of keeping us informed of status and were on time. The only issue we had is we identified a large scratch on the drivers door during the estimate and they promised to fix it but when we picked up the car they totally forgot and since we were without a car for two weeks we could not leave it any longer. Disappointed in their lack of paying attention to our request.
No they werent able to repair my vehicle but they were straightforward and friendly throughout the process. They text you twice a week with updates. My only complaint was having to pay $300 for them to take apart and put the car back together without making any repairs. Figured insurance would pay for that, but I guess not.

I truly appreciate their service and how up to date they keep me.This time around there was a glitch in the system and I didn’t receive a couple updates and they worked with me and offered several options to switch my rental for my own car. I continually recommend their location to my friends and family. If you need repairs for your car look no further.They have a great team working here and I will continue to use them in the future.

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with an autobody shop. Its hard to even begin this review. This shop has lied to me and broken an expensive electrical component of my car and has refused to fix it.I came in with damage to the door of my car down to the fender, they fixed most of it no problem but forgot to fix some of it, so had to bring it back in. this is not the reason for the bad reviewI also noticed that my speaker in the door that they had fixed was no longer working, It was working however after the crash. I had them fix this and they did, but when they fixed it i encountered a lot of problems.The second i left the shop my check engine light was on, my horn no longer worked, and i had no access to any controls on my steering wheel including the turn signals. I called them back and they told me to bring thr car back in.I brought my car back in and AJ told me that my clock spring was broken, that they were not able to fix it, and that I had to go to a dodge dealership. He also advised me this would not cost me anything as insurance would pay for this.Almost everything AJ said was a lie.I believe AJ thought there was a active recall on the clock spring of my car, there was one a few years ago but i had it replaced. Instead of taking responsibility for breaking the clock spring and repairing it, it seemed he tried to cover up the problem by just having me get the recall for free, unaware i had already done so.Obviously once I realized i could not have the dealership do this i asked service king to repair the part, as they had broken it.Service King would not repair the part because they consider it a wear and tear item.other types of wear and tear items include tires and windshield wipers. I personally have a hard time believing a clock spring, a part i had barely ever heard of before, is relatable to a tire or other actual wear and tear item.Service kings manager explained to me that the clock spring is a wear and tear item that breaks eventually after use, and as such it was only a matter of time before it would break, so their policy was not to repair it for free.I asked him if an engine is a wear and tear item also, because it too will break down eventually, and if i brought my car in and it came out with a broken engine if they would decline to fix that too. The manager did not respond.I asked the manager to speak with someone else for service king and to speak with AJ and to call me back. This was months ago and i have never received a call or any other form of communication.Not only will I never use this location again, I will never use a service king after this kind of treatment.If anybody from service king would like to reach out I would welcome the communication to have this problem resolved.
My car came back looking brand new! I needed my bumpers fixed due to a backing accident and they made my car look like it was fresh off the lot! Love the professionalism of the team. The texting feature makes it so much easier to communicate because i hate talking on the phone! Thank you guys/girls 😁

Shea was the best! He was very helpful and communicates well with the client. I recommend going to him because he took his time to go over the estimate process and constantly kept me updated via text, which I greatly appreciated. The team that did the repairs did an amazing job and my car looks brand new. The pick up date was pushed 3 times but I didnt want them to do a rushed job so I didnt mind it. Used this location for my auto repair as recommended by state farm. from the beginning to the end, the service was excellent. they kept me informed of the progress and it was ready on time! the only problem was their area is very compact and parking is at a premium! but all else was just great!

I have had to take a couple of cars here over the years (minor scratches, hail damage, etc). Their customer service has always been great. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything has always been repaired to my satisfaction. The parking lot can be a bit troublesome but they will always help you navigate through it. As a repeat customer, I feel like that alone speaks for itself. I wouldnt keep coming back if I wasnt satisfied. I trust them and when given the choice, I will continue to use them when in need of repairs.
Disappointed with the service provided here. Calls were not returned. They started doing repairs without my authorization. Now my check engine light is on and they are refusing to look in to it or take accountability. Do your research on where to take your car versus following your insurances recommendation.
My service advisor was Shea. I could have not been any more happier. I can not explain how this gentlemen stayed in contact with me in regards my vehicle. I pay an arm and a leg for my car and I never thought Service King had an outstanding great service! If anyone would like to get their claim handled, I recommend this shop and talking to Shea!
The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because the lady at the front desk who answered the phone was extremely rude to me and my tow truck driver yesterday. Id highly recommend yall find another receptionist before she runs off all your customers. Very unprofessional.
I came here and I do not respect the fact that I am speaking to the guy Mike 3-4 times and being ignored. I did not come at him rude in any way to be ignored several times. This place need to do better on customer service. If you’re assisting someone with their vehicle, then be sure to listen to what your customer has to say!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. The front desk lady was extremely rude from the get go. I tried to be extra nice thinking maybe she’s having a bad day but it just got worse. Lost my service and my entire family’s service because of it. My family has gone to this store for so long and it just got thrown out the window because of the horrible hospitality.So disrespectful.
Absolutely the worst place to have your car repaired. When I originally contacted them to have my car repaired months ago I explained that it was a hit n run and MY insurance would be covering the damages so to keep cost down I would not be getting a rental car. I asked if parts could be ordered in advance and I could bring my car in when the parts arrived to minimize the amount of time I was w/out a car. He said sure, we have people do that all the time. I asked if I needed to pay my deductible in advance to ensure Id bring it in. He said nope, took pictures of my car, and I e-mailed my insurance info. I NEVER heard from him so I called and left a message. Again I NEVER heard from them. I called again and got a hold of him. He acted like nothing was wrong and just said yea we will contact your insurance company. And NOTHING happened. I called my insurance company and explained to them what happened. They called the shop and set everything up so I begrudgingly took my car there since I was assured this was the quickest way now that they all the info and their preferred shops have to jump through hoops to be on the list. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. I brought it in on a Thursday morning on time for my appointment & NONE of the info I gave them while making the appointment was in the system. They asked if I was bringing it in for an estimate when I clearly told them I would be bringing it in for repairs. I had asked to have a rental for Thursday and Friday only and that was not scheduled either. Once again I spent my time communicating information that they simply ignored. Its now the following Friday and they have had my car over a week, after the parts arrived TUESDAY morning & I was informed my car wont be ready until MID NEXT WEEK...when originally I was told A WEEK!! A 200% variance from the original time line. 200%!!!! Take your car ANY where else

I made an appointment to get an estimate and get my car repaired. Came in a bit early. Roy Sanchez came out to look at my car, gave me an estimate. Told me that I wouldnt be able to leave my car there b/c the insurance wouldnt cover their labor rates. I called the insurance company and got someone on the phone and asked Roy to talk to them he said he was too busy and wouldnt be able to. The insurance company said theyd cover any and all damages/rates that deferred from their original estimate and all Roy would have to do was contact their appraisal department for a supplement. He refused. Took my care right around the corner to Harveys paint and body. Theyre price were dramatically cheaper and Mr. Harvey was fast and friendly. Dont even waste your time or gas going to Service King, theyre awful. Wish I could give them zero stars. Roy Sanchez has no business working in customer service.
August 22 2016 i took my car to Roy Sanchez for side panel repair everything working fine when i dropped off but when i picked up on 26th car wont start because light were left on and battery completely drain because of that whole system die no audio no navigation nor phone and inside cover with dust ..all their said was we didnt do it.. we didnt touch inside the car repeatedly ...and not a damn thing i can do about it..their seems to have problem understanding my English but no problem taking my money...

Had to take my car in 3 times to get the front bumper painted. Paint kept peeling. The manager told me on my 3rd trip that the peeling paint was my fault. Im not kidding. I ended up taking the car to a different auto body repair shop and a year later the paint job still looks great. Dont waste your time with Service King in Dallas of Lemmon ave or any of their locations.

Had to have our car repaired after a small fender bender. We had to get a rental car and they hooked us up. I was kept updated with the progress and our car was finished on the date that was promised. Would recommend. The car was a bit dirty upon pickup.
This is a mixed review. Service King repaired my vehicle after an accident, and I had to make multiple trips in as they kept telling me it was ready when the car was not ready. That being said, the general manager went way above and beyond to make this right, and Im very impressed with this customer service . His name is Sean.
It one of the better auto body shops in towm. But no place to park, so I would recommend one of the other shops. Like the one on North Central Expressway. It also takes a long time to get vehicle back due volume of business.
They did an excellent repair and repaint job. The only hitch was getting a part that held things for 3 days but delivered same day after it arrived

I took my car in this week to repair scratches on my door from a hit and run driver. Service King scheduled an appointment and I was able to drop my car off, get picked up by my rental service, and be done and back to work within an hour.Shea explained exactly what they were going to do and sent daily text message alerts as progress was made on my car. I really appreciated knowing how things were coming along.They actually finished a day earlier than Sheas verbal ETA and my door looks like new again! Cant ask for more! Ill absolutely be returning in the future!
Night and day difference from the dealership I have used in the past for collision repair. I received regular communication on the progress of my recent repairs at Service King, and they actually finished the work early! Ask for Shae. He is awesome!
Very unimpressed with these people and the lady who answered phone was rude. I was told my car would be ready Friday for pick up then got a call wouldn’t be done until Monday of the following week then was called on Monday saying it won’t be ready until Tuesday or most likely Thursday. If they’re done on Thursday they’ve had it for 2 weeks for small damage. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Very unhappy.

I had a great experience at this Serivce King Location. My service agent was Ariana and she was so pleasent all the way through. I had some problems with the insurance payment but she was so thorough at following through that it wasnt as stressful as the situation presented itself. They also had my car ready earlier than expected so that was an added bonus!
Angela was an amazing liaison while my car was in the shop. KJ and the rest of the employees at Service King did a phenomenal job on my car (it looks brand new). It was a painless experience and I am glad I chose them!

This place is terrible! Where do I start? Service rep told me work would be done in one week and after taking my check, I never heard from her again! Two and a half weeks later, my truck is done. They drove it to another location to get work done and didnt Inform me until I called and asked for an update. The worst part is all I needed was a windshield and hood.Dont waste your time/money with these clowns!
They could not find the issue or the problem, even when I gave them 3 chances. They had my car over a month. Replaced over $2,000 worth of parts, still had the same issue.
I took my car for repair estimate and Shea Burleson examined the car and received the claim and promised would go ahead and order parts. Six weeks pass by and I have called to speak to him 6 times and emailed him twice with no call back or reply. I was asked to take my car to another service King as they do not repair Teslas. Well, it took you 6 weeks to tell me this? After 6 calls and 2 emails that went unanswered??The poor reviews on this center by others is totally accurate.
Ariana was my representative for the work being done on my car and she was incredibly helpful and communicative, always keeping me updated and answering any and all of my questions.
Not very good service. I had been a customer for every type of body work needed on my vehicles. No need to go into detail but in my opinion if they hire service advisors like the one we had, I would not trust the entire facility. My husband has worked in a body shop previously in his career and knows what to expect and what should not be done and how customers should be treated. Consider this a warning for a possible bad service experience unless there are major changes in who they hire.

Service is good. Employees are nice.The only problem is the parking, since they are fixing a lot of cars it is difficult to find a place to park.
Went in to get a quote on fixing my front bumper. It was a pretty basic job as only the front plastic bumper was damaged. They did not seem to want my business. They basically told me to call a number for an appointment and come back later. I had just been to another place to get a quote, and they looked over my car and had an itemized quote printed out for me in less than 5 minutes. So I told the lady at service king no thanks and left. Who do you think is getting my business with service like that?
Avoid. First estimate of damages was around $2500. Upon dropping my car off, I was then told the estimated repair cost would be over $7000. After calling in to investigate, I was told that the shop made no effort to repair damaged items before quoting full-priced OEM parts (no effort to reduce cost through aftermarket or used parts). I, myself, repaired the plastic tabs on one part to save $1700, and gave it to Service King to install. They were confronted with delays three separate times, and failed to notify me until I called to schedule pickup each time. They also failed to notify me until requested that they had broken a part on my car during the repair, which caused another delay. Overall, they are unable to keep track of their inventory and repairs, and dealing with their lack of organization is not worth the hassle. I ended up getting the repairs done for Under $4500, but a novice would have never asked questions about the estimate and would have gotten fleeced by their bait-and-switch low-ball, high-ball game. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Service King is a terrible body shop. The insurance company highly recommend Service King and I regrettably agreed to bring my car there for $5,800 in front in body damage repairs to my VW GTI. I first had to wait a few weeks to get my car in before they had any availability, that was in December and my car still isn’t fixed properly today (4/9). I’ve taken it back five (5) times and still have an indicator light on. They have become less helpful each time I return and still are incapable of fixing my car. Also, good luck finding a parking spot although, for the number of returns it shouldn’t be a surprise there’s no parking... Watch out for the glass and other debris in their parking lot. On my third return I picked up a bolt in my tire which also had to be replaced. They will mention that a technician can come to you for follow-up repairs but it will never happen. They may also mention “master mechanic” but I’m convinced they don’t have one. Your service manager may be very responsive via text until about your 3rd time returning your car and then good luck getting anyone to call you back. The location manager on Lemmon Ave never met with me despite my request on my 5th return last week. My bumper wasn’t aligned properly, check engine lights on, running lights not working, flat tire, more check engine lights, and the list goes on and on and my car has less than 3,000 miles! Bottom line is Service King is a Mickey Mouse body shop. Don’t waste your time. Tell the insurance company you’re bringing your car to the dealership for repairs. I’m bringing my car to VW to complete the work Service King started in December! The amount of time and energy I’ve wasted on this shop is absurd.
The worst service that I received since in my life. Where do I begin.1. When I showed up to drop odd my car, the front office clerk told me that I didnt have an appointment and that I must had called a different number. I told her that I was sure that this is the location that I called because its the closet to my house. So goes on to tell me that if I did it would show up on her computer. So I left the location, then moments later I get a call to come back because the found my reservation. Oh Wow it was so hard to find Keith Jones in the system because my name is so rare and uncommon.2. I was told that car would take 3-4 days to fix. Dropped it off on a Monday two days later the car was still sitting in the same spot nothing was done to it. By Friday the car was moved to a different location to start the repairs, with my knowledge. The only reason why I knew this is because the Geico claims adjuster told me so, NOT Service King; the company that I left the car with, but Geico.3.I was told the car would be finished in 3-4 days. did not happenMonday the 26th, did not Happen. Wednesday the 28th, did not happen. So finally March 1st.4. March 1st is here and I come to pick up the car at 4:50 p.m.And this is where the extremely rude service comes in.The car is not their, its still at their other location 6 miles away. even though I was told that the car was ready for pickup. Me and the front clerk got into it because I told her that I would like to speak to the manager because of the lack of communication between the two service kings. She got smart with me telling me that she was the manager and though I knew she was not (lies). I asked for the manager business card and she refused to give it to me. She said I told you where your car is, so you can just leave and go get it, I guess you dont want you car then because it after 5 and with are abouts to close, If you car back at this location a tow truck will take hours to get here and no one is staying after hours waiting for them to bring your car, so you can pick it up in the morning.I was still adamant of talking to the manager or talking to someone other than her. And then she said, I am the supervisor on duty right now and I told you that you can leave and if you dont I calling the police. So I told her go ahead and call 911 I didnt cuss you out, throw nothing at you or threaten you, so Ill wait for the Dallas Police.

I had an acident my insurance referal me to this place. They where completely rude they came at me with hostile actutitude they made me feel like as if I was aking for a favor not getting the service my insurance provides, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER GET ANY SERVICE HERE EVER AGAIN AND WILL RECOMEND THE PUPBLIC TO NEVER GO HERE. That said the work on my car was as terrible as there costumer service they did not fix dents on my hood that where cause by the accident and when i brought it to their attention all the did was spray paint over the dents and the said it was fix. These people are complete amateurs and dont know what they are doing.

U could get away with saying that they r friendly but no matter what they will not get u ur car by the time u need it. They were very late on getting me mine. And even when they did get it to me it was incomplete & sloppy. Highly recommend a different repair shop than service King. They pride themselves on being in business for so long, but think thats a free pass to not perfom up to par. I know that I will not be coming back.
Watch out! So I go there looking to get a quote for this dent someone put on my car, the guy goes oh yeah well fix it easily no problem and take care of these other small discolorations for you too. I was like wow I better go with them. I went there looking to fix the dent the other guys insurance was paying for but service king said theyll throw in a perk and do a touch up on extra damage on my car even without asking them. Yay! So I finally get a day from work to drop off my car, my quote was now apparently transferred to another employee, strange but ok. This David guy is strictly about that dent. Now that I was reeled in, in the position where the rental is set up, I left work early to drop off my car. Apparently all that extra touch up business which I was not looking for in the first place was a misunderstanding . Watch out people, dont get falsely reeled in!

Bad, went there to get in estimate on my car monday asked what insurance it was by said kemper. told me it would be in hour to get the estimate so it would be better to come back. called wednesday talked to someone told them i was there monday with the lincoln if they had my report ready told me to hold on sent me to in answer machine. so i drove up there then they told me they couldnt give me a report because it was with kemper insurance in they cant disclose that information so i asked him so yall pretty much just wasted my time and he repleid yea. so by any means if you go there dont tell them who you got hit by and that you just want a estimate or they will waste your time. thats who i planned to use to fix my car but just for the fact that they couldnt do there job i wont be useing them and wouldnt recommend any going there.Herbs paint and body people our more friendly and they dont waste your time. I was in and out with in 10 to 15 min.
