Bought my used van with cash. Upon arrival they said it was ready for test drive. Got back from test drive and started paper work. They tried to TRIPLE the price! Found out they were showing me a different van trying to upsell me. Had to come back the next day because the van I was buying was not ready.

Leo was very nice and professional. We just moved to Texas and needed transportation quickly! It was my daughter’s first time buying a vehicle so there was a lot to explain. The car was in good shape and it looked good as well! He also opens at 9 AM which worked well for our busy schedule. We were in and out in less than an hour. Buy here!!!!

I showed up on a saturday to get my daughter a car and once we arrived I noticed there were more wrecked vehicles on the lot than vehicles for sale. This raised a red flag! But we decided to take the vehicle for a test drive and noticed that the check engine light was on so I brought this to Leos attention and asked him to get that situation fixed and we could talk business. I show up Monday and the check engine light is off so Im like cool. We make the deal and two days later the check engine light is back on. I call Leo and he says oh its ok its nothing itll go out. It has not gone out he keeps saying his mechanic will look at it, but I still have not met a mechanic and I am weary that he may not be legit. He has not called or sent any emails asking how was their service or attitudes and personally its bad business and I would not prefer anyone buy anything from this guy or his company

Its a great experience. We purchase a 2008 GL 500 Mercedes Benz SUV. My brother love the truck he had been looking for a Mercedes Benz SUV for months and Fidelity Ventures was to find him one very clean and low miles we traveled to Dallas tx to pick it they had everything ready when we arrive my sale person Mr. Leo. Kind and provide professional services.

I am picky. I found the luxury make and model I wanted several places, but Fidelity had the cleanest example hands down. The staff was great and I enjoyed dealing with them. They made it super easy to make the purchase. I would recommend and I would buy from Fidelity Ventures again.Edit: I feel like Fidelity quit caring about me the moment my banks loan checked cleared. They promised to send me a check for the 12V battery I had to buy to make the car work and they also promised to call me when my plates arrived. Neither of those things happened. I am super happy with the car still, just not the service after the sale.

Well I have to say that they got one over on me. I purchased a car, a 2009 BMW 335i, with cash. 12k to be exact. Actually it was about 10,800 but i also paid 1200 for a 2 year warranty. Everythings covered, he said! After all the paperwork was signed, he then told me that i cant file a claim for 30 days after and if i had any problems he would take care of it. This is a long story so Ill cut it short. 3 hours later a check engine light appears. I call the next business morning and too busy to answer or return my call. I then call back say im bringing the car up there. Finally on my way to drop it off the owner has someone else return his call and tell me to drop it off at the mechanics, where it sat from Mon-Sat. With nothing done to it. Mechanic quoted me 2,200 to fix it. Fidelity refused to have any part in it. Told me to drive around this car until my warranty kicks in..Oh and the GM of Fidelity told the mechanic to just reset the check engine light. Can you believe that? The mechanic called me and told me. Anyways im about to go drop it off and see what its gong to cost to fix it

Initially, I found a vehicle I was interested in online, but upon arrival, they informed me it had transmission issues, so they were not going to show it me. However, they quickly showed me other options and presented me with a deal I simply could not refuse or beat! After a day or 2 of contemplation and more research, I inquired about the car still being available and received a quick response. The close out process and paperwork was done as efficiently as possible, and I appreciate the way they do business. Absolutely horrible...car was listed called ahead to set an appointment to be considerate of COVID and was told I didn’t need one. Showed up to look at the vehicle and was told “a mechanic took it out for a drive”. There was no attempt to bring the car back so they could sell it and was asked tocome back tomorrow. Upon leaving the store I noticed the car in the back getting body work done. Based on my experience the staff was unprofessional, not concerned with selling a vehicle or being honest. They have no problem lying to their customers and offering a very off-putting experience. I called the next morning to see if the “mechanic” was done with his drive and I was told the vehicle sold that morning. Please stay far far away.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a used car so went in and asked about a specific vehicle Id seen online. The guy didnt get up from his desk or pay much attention at all. Im guessing they couldnt find it based on the tone of the back-and-forth bickering with the employee he told to go find it. While waiting for them to find it, I heard the man who had greeted us tell another employee that when hed sold a car to some people, he had written down a lower mileage than what was on the car. My family and I decided to try somewhere else since it started to feel sketchy, and as we walked out, the man started walking after us trying to get us to stay. He said something along the lines of whats wrong with you all?? Such wildly unprofessional behavior here. Dont even bother.

Where do I even start? I financed a 2010 mustang from them, they kept raising the price throughout the whole time I was there, but I needed a car so I went for it. I pull off the lot and notice when I hit the breaks the whole car shakes. Whatever, easy fix, no big deal. 60 miles in, the check in engine light comes on. Meaning they reset the PCM to make it go away until the papers were signed. I was told my warrenty covers “everything” (I asked multiple times, they repeated “everything” over and over) and every week there is something new going wrong. now, 6 months later, and thousands of dollars in “maintenance issues” (not covered by the warranty that covers “everything”) the engine and transmission are having problems. I have called 3 days in a row and nobody can give me any info on my warranty. These people know absolutely nothing about customer service, and absolutely do not care as long as the papers are signed. Their cars are junk. If they reply something about me being “competition” and this is a “fake review”, you know that they do not care at all. They know exactly who I am considering I have had to call countless times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE, THEY KNOWINGLY SELL YOU JUNK CARS AND COVER IT UP HOWEVER THEY CAN.

My initial experience was great customer service. We were to have 4 new tires placed on car. Two were not put on properly and we’ve already had to replace them. Receiving Title and License is not a stream lined process. Still waiting on them. Still a good deal on vehicle but the extra time needed to deal with the issues has made the process what you’d expect from a used car dealer.

I bought a car in February. I was lied to by the owner that the cruise control worked, I spent over $600 to fix it. Part of the purchase agreement, after I found out that the starting battery would not hold a charge, was that I would pay half of the $150 to replace it. I have asked for a copy of the purchase invoice and I can’t get anyone to provide me with one for warranty possibilities.Like others, I was asked to post a good review to get the included maintenance program. I too have left messages with no call back. The office person is totally incompetent.I had to call to see if my plates came in. The customer service is non-existent. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE BUYING A CAR FROM THE COMPANY.

Came in here to look at a vehicle and test drive it. Whoever was at the desk was competely incompetent, rude, and told me I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle until I spoke about financing my car through them, or getting pre-approved for said vehicle. When I asked about the cars condition the dealer helping me would simply say I dont know I wasnt the previous owner. this place is an absolute joke, not to mention the inside of the car we were viewing was not even clean and he failed to mention the damages on the drivers side of the car.

They say we will fix anything but you pay for it. I asked for them to fix a light and not even do that. The shake I had when I tast drove the vehicle was still there. I would have bought the car I I did not have much ney invested in it. Do not go here. They do not get the customer service Moto and hardly no one wears masks.

DONT COME HERE. When I initially came here, I was looking for a decent cash car. Marcos was able to help me find one and we started the process. The vehicle was listed for $3,850 online. After tax, title, & license the price went up to about $4,200. I explained to them that I only had $3k and asked if I could come back and pay the rest. They said that was fine and Angel proceeded to finance me. I became a little undecided because to finance me Id end up paying an additional $600. From the very first time we spoke, Angel was very dismissive and hardly listened to anything I said. Once I finally was able to explain to him my situation he proceeded to tell me MULTIPLE times that if I were to bring in $1,200 more dollars before or on my first payment date that I would be all good to go. My mistake was not getting everything he said in writing, because when I returned with the $1,200 he told me at first, that I owed about $1,600. Hed boosted the listing price by about $300. Once I showed him my screenshot of the listed price online he became very flustered, like I just caught him in a lie. He adjusted the price and said, even with the correct price I still would owe an additional $200. Angel laughed and said that it was just a little mistake. I am not rich. $200 is grocery money, gas money, rent money and he laughed at me because I was upset. I explained to Angel that that wasnt what we agreed. He didnt care. He got loud, spoke over me, and vaguely apologized. He was being rude to me, when I did nothing wrong. Its people like Angel that make car dealerships so untrustworthy.I hope that we eventually get this settled for both parties sake.

Put a deposit down of $200 to take a car to a mechanic to get it checked out, after I asked repeatedly would I get my money back if I chose not to go with the car, I was told yes. They gave me a receipt for the deposit. Came back and told them I didn’t want the car, they told me they wouldn’t give me my money back as it was non refundable. My mother was even there and witnessed them telling me I would receive my money back. Horrible service and not a reputable place to buy from.

I worked with Eddie, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. My credit isn’t the best, but they worked with me on financing and got me what I wanted. They have a big selection and great pricing. Dont be fooled by the exterior or the location. Sales team is wonderful with quality used products. We bought a 2010 Ford Fusion. They knew we were coming and had the car ready just for us. Sales guy Steve was great. He made us feel very welcome, kept our daughter happy and even came off the price a little to meet our budget. Would absolutely buy from them again.

If you can avoid this place, do so at all costs! Long post. If you absolutely want to buy a car they have for sale, and you have the time to read this it will save you some time and headaches. First of all this place has the worst customer service. We went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler in July and they had one we really liked. We were planning on financing the car and the salesperson told us that we could negotiate it we had cash. We were able to come up with the cash and then they backed out saying they couldn’t negotiate any lower. The two doors on the jeep were very hard to open and when we mentioned this, the manager/owner said he could fix it (another lie). We really wanted the car and ended up buying it as is. The salesperson then said that if we gave them a 5 star review on Google, they would throw in free maintenance/oil changes. This is a whole new level of quid pro quo coming from a dealership. After the sale the salesperson said he would take the jeep around the corner to complete the inspection. The gas tank was empty and he said he would fill it up. He came back, still empty gas tank, put on the dealer/temp plates and we left. As soon as we did the back tire began to smoke and had an oil leak in the axel seal causing it to smoke the break and tire. Shortly after we noticed the left turn signal didn’t work. How it was able to pass inspection is questionable. Seems they have an arrangement with the inspection shop to pass them regardless. When we called to mention these issues they brushed them off. We admit, we bought it “as is” so we should’ve been prepared. One month after we’ve had the car, no plates or title in the mail. We call them and one of the guys on the phone in a rudely manner insisted we drive back to get an inspection done. We told him that the inspection was already done when we were there and don’t understand how they don’t have a record of this. We don’t live close so we refused to drive down. He began to yell at us over the phone saying we could go get it done and they would pay. We kept insisting it was already done. We hung up the phone and he called us back saying he had confused us with some one else. How??? No apologies just emailed us another temp plates. It is September by now and we get the title in the mail, but still no plates. We call them early October and the receptionist can’t give us an answer or update on what is going on. We call back a few days later and she says the plates are in and we can drive down to get them. We live far and we ask them if they can mail them. “It’s not safe to mail them” is her answer? Not safe?? These plates and titles get mailed all the time! We say fine and drive down to pick them up. This place is in a shady part of town and next an underpass highway where the access road happens to be closed due to flooding. I call the place to ask them how to access from the back and the owner answers and says to come back tomorrow. I tell him I can’t and I’m just outside and all I need is to get the plates and never come back. We then tells me “I’m busy call me back later”. The nerve of this guy! I’m determined to get these plates so I park in the back and walk around. I come in the building, there is only one other guy and the owner in the building. He is sitting on his phone being “busy”. Another guy comes in and knows I’m there to pick up plates. He hands them to me and not once apologized for the trouble. The kicker? I look at the date on the registration, August 21! Never bothered to let us know or to give us proper customer service. Just stay away if you can avoid it.

This is a bunch of scam artists. There was a lady there when we were getting my vehicle throwing a fit, cussing them and actually threw her purse at them. That should have been my first clue. We financed part of my vehicle and they immediately tried to pull more than I owed out of my account. Thank God I have a great bank that refused the withdrawal. Now we take a bank check or cash for payment. Dont want them to have any access to my account. Luckily we only have a few more payments and we can wash our hands of these evil men. Plus we have had to work on it already twice. Really sad establishment. Beware!

Funny how this is how you try to get your rating. First of all, I’m not a gentleman and this did happen. I even have evidence on screen shots from your employees messages. I wouldnt even give it a one star...but since I have to choose it to write a review I will. My husband (then fiance) came into the dealership excited to show me an explorer that he wanted to get for our family. I wanted the Eddie Bauer edition. I test drove it and it was great. The salesman was all for cutting the deal with us. My husband took me and our daughter home and went back with the $700 down payment. At that time my husband was then told the vehicle we had been looking at and ready to sign was no longer available and it was being taken to an auction. He then put us in a different explorer. My husband called me and I was pissed he was being put in another vehicle. I told my husband that was fishy and to walk away from the deal. He proceeded to sign the papers. My husband barely drove away and the vehicle caught fire. Thank God me and our daughter were not in the vehicle. The owner is claiming that my husband set this fire on purpose. He is claiming that there was a gas can in the back of the vehicle and that my husband set it on fire to get our money back. We never carry a gas can with fuel. We have a baby and know that having that gas can is beyond dangerous. He wants to then make claims it was set on fire on purpose. Tell me why a man would do that for $700 and risking his life when he has a family. If we didnt want a safe vehicle we wouldnt have went to a dealership that we thought was a good place to buy a family vehicle. The owner is making claims that my husband is under investigation by the fire Marshall. UM no. The case was closed as an accident. He took the loss as he says because it was a loss for him. A loss of a good sale with good people. If the owner wants to continue to make false claims we will be contacting an attorney. I definitely do NOT believe this dealership should be in business. Maybe the owner should get a copy of the report from the fire Marshall so he has correct information.

They have a good selection of cars to choose from. The vehicle I got did come with a lot of minor problems but no major mechanical issues. They didnt wash the inside or outside of my vehicle when I got it. The staff is very limited so sometimes its difficult to get speedy service but you usually get to work with the same people so thats slightly better than a larger dealership. However, the staff isnt really that professional. Overall I probably wouldnt recommend getting a car here.

Owner (Raymond) promised he would repair the engine light on my sons car but is avoiding my calls. He had the car sent to the repair shop to get the light removed, but the light came back on when he drove home. Yasseen the salesperson, said he did not get my text of the engine light and told me to resend them. They still have not responded. These guys are crooks. Never again!

I would give a zero if I could. I paid extra to have them fix the SVU before I bought it. We got it home and it still had the same problem. I called and they refused to take it back or fix it. Now Ill be stuck paying double. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Buyer Beware was never more appropriate.I purchased a Toyota Prius from Fidelity Ventures. They represented that everything worked on the car and gave me a nice spiel of how dealers were more reliable than buying from individuals. They seemed honorable and honest.After a test drive I purchased the car. On the way home, I noticed the door locks did not work. They had to be operated manually and there was no remote in the glove box.I called and was told to bring it in on Friday. I did and was advised that I bought the car as is and this would involve a cost to repair.I bear full responsibility for not noticing the incomplete and non functioning items. I should have taken it to my trusted mechanic. However, anyone considering a purchase here should be prepared to drive away with nothing but a car and false promises.They do have many very nice vehicles which would have no problems. I wish you luck if you buy one.

I was a little nervous buying here because of many negative reviews, both here and especially Yelp. But Yelp uses extortion to force businesses to pay $$$$/month, and if they dont, they remove their positive reviews. I dont doubt that some have had negative experiences, but I dont believe all the bad press either.I had a very positive experience. My wife and I showed up unannounced at about 5:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon to look at a Prius V. The business owner was very cordial and called the vehicle up. He went on a test drive with us and explained many features of the car. He was very knowledgeable. We liked the car and completed the deal right then.I asked about first taking the vehicle to a mechanic to be checked out. The owner seemed open to taking it nearby, but because of the time being on a Saturday evening, it wouldnt work. We both wanted to not have to come back on Monday, so he included on the bill of sale to allow us 7 days to get the car checked out. The next week I took it to a Toyota dealer and they gave it a clean bill of health. That confirmed that I wasnt sold a lemon.In full disclosure, the owner offered 2 years of oil changes in exchange for 2 5-star reviews. However, I wouldnt be leaving a 5-star review if the experience were not positive. In fact, they wanted me to write the reviews before we left with the vehicle, but I would not until the vehicle checked out good.

Yasseen Malas was my contact/salesman at Fidelity Ventures from start to finish when I purchased my new (used) Toyota Highlander and Id like to take this time to say that he was all I could hope for in a salesman without the extra nonsense one can encounter when purchasing a car. If Im not getting answers to my questions, returned correspondence or feel manipulated I will NOT buy a car from an individual or dealer. I encountered nothing but ease and satisfaction during my purchasing process. Once my decision was made it was swift and smooth. I would recommend Yasseen/Fidelity Ventures to a first time or seasoned buyer/friend and have already recommended them to a few friends should they be ready to pull the trigger in the near future. I found out that the other negative reviews were quite accurate. They wont negotiate. Also, they offer a maintenance package if you give them a 5-star rating. Later I found out that the maintenance package was with a business having only a 2.7-star rating. They also took the full 30 days to get my plates and tags. While that is what the law allows, it doesnt help this business earn more stars by being more expedient or excelling. When I called to follow up on the plates and tags to see if they arrived, the person was abrasive and rude. Even going as far as to hang up on me. Unfortunately, they would rather buy the 5-star rating by offering cheap amenities rather than EARNING the stars.UPDATE: I did get a phone call from the owner asking me to change my review. As I calmly explained my position, he raised his voice at me. I told him that I would be happy to have a calm conversation, but if he continued to yell at me, then the conversation would be over. He did have his employee apologize to me for her earlier rude behavior. After which he raised his voice at me again. So if giving him only 2 stars means that he follows through on his threat to cancel my maintenance package, then so be it. The truth of his behavior will be made known by a frank review and that is more important than any maintenance package.
