Joey was professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions honestly and I got a great car at a great price. He even allowed me to take a picture with the pink Mercedes (not the car I bought) for my April fools joke on my friends. If I ever need another car, I will be contacting them.

I bought a 2011suv for 10grand with70 thousand miles on it knowing the sensors were out as we were told. Since then I’ve replaced the breaks a break rotor and caliper bled the system put new tires on it and now have to replace the catalytic converter because it’s gone out. Costing me 3 more grand, I haven’t even got to the sensors yet. I hope that afterwords it’sa reliable car but I still don’t know. If I were you I would stick with your local dealershipno one wants to feel unsure about a vehicle they just spent 10 grand cash on

My husband and I purchase a 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Truck @ this place for $6000.00 cash because my husband was badly in need of a truck due to the fact that our other truck was down and we do hotshot so we goes to this car dealership on 7/16/21 around 5:30pm if thats what you want to call it. I call it a rip off so to make a long story short my husband purchase this truck cash at least thats what the owner told my husband it was cash but online it show you can put $1,200 down and $85 a month the truck had a lot of miles on it but the car fax was showing the truck was good no accidents. But a lot of owners Going by the car fax we assume the truck would get us by until our other one got fixed which we could wait on to keep from losing our contract and trying to make a good investment by having a spare truck just in case the one we just purchase start having problems. So my husband test drove the truck up the street and came straight back b/c we were already late for our route. So my husband purchased the truck cash and one of our route is Temple, Texas on the way back from Temple who would of thought 6 hours later the truck broke down and the oil ran out of truck so my husband call me I goes to meet him and takes him to purchases more oil $100 at a convenient store up the the street for this truck its late and he puts the oil in the truck and proceeded his route the truck was smoking so bad you would of thought the truck was on fire and we didnt even get a 1/4 of a mile and again all the oil run out the truck and spraying my 2019 Nissan Maxima with oil from me trailing behind him. We had to leave the truck alone with the our hotshot on side of the highway. The next day which was Saturday my hubby call the dealership George or Joey whatever his freaking name but let him tell it the owner name is Shon at least that’s what he told my husband whom the owner is lieing still. Joey George whatever had the nerves to tell him to put it in the shop and go say wasnt nothing wrong with it when he drove it from the auction. But Im pretty sure that was a lie as well. So you take the liberty to rig this truck just long enough to get it sold and off the lot. We assume Joey would of made this right due to the fact my husband didnt even have this truck 6 hours after purchase before it broke down. They took our money knowing this damn truck was a lemon so we talking to an attorney rather we brought it as is because the car fax supposedly said different I hate that I saw this truck online and sent it to my hubby. My husband work hard for his money and try to give people a benefit of a doubt and would help anyone. We trusted these peoples to do right by us and our business cause my husband is a business man himself but I guess the saying goes never trust a use car salesman especially those buy here pay here. You can best believe what goes around comes around I didnt want to give not one star but it wouldn’t let me post my review without give it at least one but I only gave it by DEFAULT and I be reporting this to the BBB as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Guy wouldnt even let us walk around and take a look at the cars. Basically handed the computer over to us to look (Which I can do at home). Seemed very stand offish. Did not feel comfortable at all.

We went to Autonet to look at a vehicle advertised. They offered a different one that we purchased. They said it had just had the oil changed and was inspected. When we got home, something underneath fell off and liquid was everywhere. When we went back to them, one manager was screaming at my husband that he didn’t know why a man would let his wife and daughter go there to buy a car without him. They said they would fix it but wouldn’t pay the place to fix the true problems. We were not made aware of the issues they had to have known about and they wouldn’t fix them. I would NOT recommend this place to purchase a car.

Time line 2/10/18 to 8/11/18 Upon purchasing the vehicle that heater had went out autonet had agreed to fix the heater the following week we took it to their mechanic we were then informed that the heater would cost us $400 autonet. Would only pay 100 whole dollars. These guys are lying typical car salesman. It has been six months since I purchased my vehicle so I waited to write this review. I personally found them apprehensive, unapproachable, and very untruthful stay away from this place. Most of the cars just come from auctions so theres no telling what the hell youre getting. Dont ever let them tell you there guys will fix it total rip off.

I purchased two cars from Auto Net in 2020. When I called to possibly sell back the second car we had purchased in November 2020 as my son who drove the car passed away, I was told by Joey he would call me back. After 3 attempts and no call back, I gave up. Their customer service is lacking.

Purchased a good car at a great price for model, and condition. Paperwork process was quick and easy. They answered all our questions and we’re very helpful. Never pushy or pressured us to buy. 10/10 would recommend.

Do not buy from these guys. Everyone is so nice and very friendly, but they will lie to you and sell you a car knowing it has issues. I bought my ‘new’ car from Joey (who cannot be trusted), & brought it home to have the check engine light come on not even a week later. I now get to spend $1,500 on services? Expensive lesson learned on my part for sure, but no one else should have to experience this type of deception. Go somewhere else! Not worth it.

They just do plain false advertising. They have a truck with bad engine, bad transmission, bad tires and bad radio that they don’t disclose on their advertising until you get there. BAD, BAD !!

My friend purchased a used car form here and the NEVER showered her the UCI (used car inspection) or disclosed the issues with the car they were unwilling to fix before selling. With in a month of having the car she was stuck with a 1,500 service bill for an issue with the engine that SHOULD have 1) been fixed before selling 2) been disclosed to her.Personally would not buy a car from this place. They were even unwilling to right the wrong and help with the service cost.

Had a good experience purchasing my wife’s Volkswagen Tiguan. I appreciated not being pressured; the salesman Jorge was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met my criteria. I shopped around for over a few weeks, and they had the nicest prices by far.

Bought a Volvo there and I was really happy until it caught on fire 5 miles from the showroom. I had to leave it in a parking lot. I returned to the showroom and there was no consideration of returning my cash. They gave me a choice of 2 vehicles to replace the crazy burned Volvo I had purchased 20 minutes earlier. A Toyota Highlander or a station wagon of some kind. Not a great experience. I took the Highlander. Lots of vehicles on site. Some look great. My experience was bad and surreal. Yours might be better. Pretty low chance yours will burn leaving the lot.

DO NOT do business with this place. Bought a car for my daughter who is a young mother of 2. Was told that if any issues arise to contact them. Well less than 2 hours driving off the lot(530pm) the AC went out. Contacted them IMMEDIATELY and was given the run around for a week. And finally told that their mechanic can not fix the issue to take it to a mechanic they work with. Once issue was fixed they refused to pay for the repairs and left us to pay the mechanic to get the car out.It’s sad in these times that their are folks out there trying to get over and rip off hard working people!

After being there for a while and getting approved my husband was told that the owner did not want the remaining 5k going to the bank, in case something happens to the truck...mind you, he was putting 9k down. So you run his credit and get him all set and then change your mind? Id be willing to bet that truck has issues. Oh! Then after hes already home they called him back and say that the owner changed his mind...again. What the heck!? How on earth do you stay in business? After reading all of the awful reviews I guess I should be thankful that we dodged a bullet.

This place has no business selling cars at all. Extremely incompetent from sales to the so called mechanics. Bought a truck from them last year and was told by two different people that all the fluids were topped off before I left. Almost made to Gainesville when the motor blew up because there was no oil in the engine. Anyone that gives this place a rating above one star works at the dealer. Truck still has blown motor and has been from a hour after I bought the thing. $18,000 to fix it.

The service was great, they even stayed open a little late so I could go back with my husband to view a vehicle. Then stayed later because we bought said vehicle. We did have a few issues with the car once we got it home, but hey, it was a 2002. So nothing awful and nothing the fault of the dealer. Overall a decent experience.

My fiance purchased a car for me 6 months ago from this place. I had another car so i barely drove it(2 months out of the 6). During that time, Ive had to have the waterpump and radiator replaced. Let it sit up for a month and now it shows NO oil in the car but the oil pan is soaked. Just got a quote and the mechanic said it was junk that they washed off the motor with a hose. Now i need a new engine. $6500 just for a shell of a car. Do not do business with them! Also, i found out the key lock was broken when i had to break into the car after the battery died. I guess they knew we would rely on the key fob. I shouldve known something was off when they mentioned that others have tried to sue them after purchasing one if their cars.
