Excellent service! Awesome price! On-time with all the parts they needed to replace my windshield in my driveway. Although the recommended molding wasnt originally quoted, he called me to let me know the the recommendation and additional fee before-hand. Overall Im more than satisfied with the service and super happy with the price.

Spoke to Omar originally, super nice.. gave me a fair quote. I called back a few days later because I wasnt ready to set an appointment at that time. I then spoke to lady who was also very kind. Spoke to Omar again and was sooo willing to work with my schedule ON A SATURDAY! Oscar was the tech who ended doing the work for me. He arrived right on time and got the window done in less than 30 minutes! He was willing to take card or cash, I preferred cash. He said I have a lifetime warranty for any leaks or any issues (not for cracks or damage, just a warranty for their work). Said not to drive for 20 minutes, and not to wash for 2 days. I JUST got the work done and all seems good so far. It looks great! If I have any issues, Ill update my post. If no update, you can consider the work exceptional! So far a really great experience!

Terrible experience. I called this company to get a windshield replaced and in the experience, Omar actually cut my dashboard while removing the window. There were also pieces of glass left behind. Additionally, defrost sensors were removed from my windshield that were necessary to detect the need for the car to automatically defrost the window. I called and Omar argued that I didnt need it, though it was in his truck. When I asked for it back he continually asked why. Needless to say, I was unable to get him to meet me to bring it back. Also, though their website says they take Debit/Credit he asked me to pay in cash (sketchy) though I did get a receipt. I usually show lots of grace to local businesses but this was highly unprofessional and if I can help spare anyone else from this terrible experience, it is worth writing the post. Im giving 1 star because no stars is not an option... BEWARE. There are other local companies you can support. This is truly not one.

Visiting my daughter in Southlake this weekend and during the drive had a large rock strike my windshield. Called around 10 am on Saturday morning to get a quote. Spoke with a young lady and arranged for a windshield replacement. She stated the tech would be at our address between the hours of 1-5 pm. At 4:56, I called back and the same young lady said she would call tech and have him call me with an eta. Never heard back from anyone. Ends up that Safelight is $20 less for same windshield. Honestly I am glad no one showed because I am afraid the quality of the install may have been poor. Buyer beware.Ronald Carlton

If I could give negative stars I would. Omar is an absolute crook! He installed the wrong windshield and refused to make it right by either refunding my money or coming back and installing the correct one. Instead he started yelling at me over the phone and calling me a liar. Also he charged my card without my authorization. Im going after him legally. I would definitely not waste your time or money with this horrible company and person.

This is a fantastic small company! I called to get a quote on my 2010 Kia Soul, and to my surprise they quickly gave me an answer as well as scheduled me to have a technician come to my home, in a matter of hours, to do the job!!! I spent almost an hour trying to schedule an appointment, with other companies, before being frustrated with terrible hold music and searching for more options. I am extremely satisfied with the service and courtesy I received throughout our transaction. I definitely will recommend them to anyone with AutoGlass repair needs. They do not take check, and prefer cash. But will take credit card over the phone if absolutely necessary. CANT BEAT THE PRICE AND FANTASTIC SERVICE

First he said 170 to replace windsheild including tax and all fees. He will be there between 12 and 2. They call at 1 pm saying they on way. 230 guy still isnt here. Calls and says 20 min. 45 min later he shows guy comes and says you need new molding vecause when you replace the windsheild its no good so he said its extra 25. Then he tried charging me 40 dollars extra for something else. I called boss and he said he doesnt remeber his quote but ok.
