I scheduled a time slot for them to come out between 9 -11am. At 11:30 they still hadnt shown up so I called to find out why. I was told that the guy was still at his first job for that day. I should have gotten a call prior to let me know. So they wasted my time and they lost a customer.
I had no issues with my auto repair. Very timely and helpful. Not overly friendly but I prefer that to fake nice.
These people are horrible! I gave them a time to be there, they call and say they will be a hour early. I say that is fine. They show at their original time and then say it is to dark and will have to reschedule. I call the lady( who never gives her name) to reschedule and we set it up for the next day in the afternoon (plenty of daylight for window replacement). The guy shows up and replaces the window. We get rain a few days later and I am driving down the road and water starts leaking In the windshield and water is everywhere on the inside of the truck. I call them to tell them what happened and the lady transfers me to a guy who sounded like my technician. He says he will fix it and to bring it to the shop. He said give him 20 minutes and he will text me the address. He never did.... I Called back a day later and he said he would come to me to fix it. He came and says it is fixed. When I asked about the water damage to the headliner in my truck. He got angry and said the truck is junk anyway. I wasnt going to write a review because they agreed to fix the screw up but the technician is unprofessional and a jerk. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I guess I will find out if he truly did fix the seal the next time it rains.......They suck!
Called on a Sunday since we needed help and their website said 24 hours. The person answered “hello?” and responded with a brief “no” when I asked if I could get help today.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had! I scheduled for glass install on an odd vehicle for 3 pieces of glass, and get an appointment for first thing the next morning. Once noon on the following day rolls around I call Rockys to see where my installer is. The lady advised she forgot about my appointment and would send someone immediately. The installer shows up and just walks up to me without introduction. I ask if he is with Rockys and he nods. The installer seemed very confused and keeps asking questions about the install. I had to explain how the frames and seals go together then leave him to do his job. He borrows my WD40 for the install of one piece of glass which gets installed but destroyed the gasket in the process, also putting several marks in my paint. I point this out to the installer who tells me he knows and will fix the issue. Later the installer tells me there are missing pieces, I explain there is not and walk him through the install process again. He then tells me he cannot finish the job and would have to come back again, and it may take several trips. He then asks for payment. By this point he has installed one piece of glass that will need to be re-installed due to him destroying the gasket. I ask him why I should pay him, he advises for his time. I ask him to point out the work he completed, he points at the one piece of glass that needs to be re-installed. I asked why should I pay for that? He gets angry, as do I. After arguing with the man I finally paid him a partial amount on top of threatening to call the police to get him off my property before he finally leaves. When he starts to leave he asked if I had learned a lesson. I said yes, hire people who know what they are doing.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
