Beware of these LIARS and THIEVES. Stay away from them. Spend the extra bucks. First time they fixed my window, I had a leak and the seats in my car got wet. Then they tried to lie to my face after I caught them saying in Spanish that the window they used on my car was defective from factory. Good thing Im bilingual and I understood what they were saying. They of course lied and said that that was not what they meant. Then they tried to glue the window to the frame of the car. Yeah, water stopped from getting in the car because they used a ton of glue when no glue is needed to replace a quarter window. Then I made them order a new window and they made me come to their shop so they could fix it. I had paid for a mobile service where they come fix it at your place. I ended up having to go 3 times to their shop. I asked for a refund for the extra money I paid for the mobile service and they lied again and said that I never paid for that!!! The two women in the office are the most incompetent people Ive encountered in my life. After they made me wait for over 2 hours because the workers were late, they put the new window on my car and threw the black rubber around the window away!! Of course the claimed it was never there. I showed them pictures on my phone proving that it was there before they did the job and told me they would order it for me and that they would come fix it for me. That was 3 months ago! And every time they call they act like they dont know anything. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Confused.Per the man who answered the phone...This business is closed and filed bankruptcy, but is still at the same address, same phone numbers and very similar name.1. They do not warranty their work if it costs them money.2. They are not a member of the AutoGlass Safety Council as stated on their website. And the new company Glass Clinic of Texas Inc only warranties for leaks for 1 year.Having Binswanger Glass come out today to replace it, along with 3 other vehicles.

HORRIBLE!! Every since I gotten my new windshield from here I been experiencing a leak inside of my car. Never have I had that happen to my old windshield. When I took it back to the Glass Clinic they told me oh well its your sunroof mind you that they havent even look inside of my car. Once I told them that I was going to take it to the Ford dealership and if they dont find anything wrong with the sunroof that it was going to be a problem on there hand! So they took it off and found out that they did not glue the windshield on correctly. I am so upset that I actually had to go out my way to recover my google account just to leave an review. I never been so upset with an business that I thought I would have to do this.

Six months ago I contacted Glass Clinic for a replacement of a broken windshield. They had a great price on their service, so I thought. I liked the price so I had them install a new windshield with the lifetime warranty. Six months after they installed it, my girlfriend and I were getting in the car and when we shut our doors the mirror with a chunk of glass still glued to it fell off. The outside of the windshield was fine. It had no chips, scratches, or impact marks. So after looking at the funny way it broke I called and spoke with the man in charge at The Glass Clinic. I told him what happened in a very polite respectful manner thinking it was going to be taken care of under my Lifetime warranty. Before I could finish giving him all of the information he cut me off and told me I must have hung a lot of heavy items from it or jerked on it really, really, really hard. This is before he even laid eyes on it or let me finish explaining everything. At this point he is being very defensive and rude for no reason and tells me I will have to bring it to 2270 Manana Dr, Dallas, Tx 75220. When I bring it there he looks at it and says I must have intentionally pulled it down or hung very heavy things from it. These excuses make no sense to me. He tells me he will replace it for me for $120 and give me a discount on labor and materials. I learned about deplorable business tactics like this in business school. Its takes advantage of people who are in a vulnerable situation, plus its not living up to your lifetime warranty standard. So needless to say I didnt take him up on his offer, so I decided to call a well known reportable company called safelite. They came out and replaced my windshield and told me that the company that installed the windshield he was replacing did not primer all of their scratch marks that the removing tool made when replacing the last windshield, and that it had caused my windshield lip to rust! He said it causes leaks and all kinds of other expenses dow the line. He noticed it without me even telling him about the people who replaced it before. After he told me that I told him who replaced it before him and he said they are know to conduct shady business and do shotty work though out the windshield replacement world. Anyhow, safelite put in my new windshield and it looks great. It doesnt have all the deformities like the one from The Glass Clinic and I will use them for good now. Thank you for your time. *****Buyer beware
