DO NOT Shop i drove 2 hours after calling asking for a part they said they had then i get here he says they dont have it! I will make sure to tell everyone in the dfw area dont shop here! Horrible business!

The shorter old man with white hair/Mediterranean accent needs to learn customer service manners. He tried talking to me very rude so i turned around and walked out. immediately he back tracked and said someone else had piseed him off. They lost one customer today.

Used vehicle parts may have minor damages but you can get it for cheaper prices.

Garbage location and garbage place, they put online everything, but when you come here, you got wait so much time, and then they bring to you broken parts even with big holes in it, and they say its good parts, and if you see something online its not guarantee they have it. So, why they working here if they not responsible people. If I can, I will give them 0. Never come back again, stooped place!!!

Terrible customer service. Came in to pick up an order placed by telephone beforehand. Spoke briefly with the guy behond the counter and he informed me that one of the employees here would be with me in a minute. However, 20 minutes later, not ONCE did anyone acknowledge my presence.

Sold me broken headlight then knowing fully well that the item is bad he then ask me to pay him with zelle.Beware of this guys.

Called in about a hood they had on their site for sale. The exchange in conversation was short, but it ended with, I dont know what that is. Sorry. I was then hung up on. If you work at an auto parts shop and dont know what a hood is, maybe ask somebody? Maybe dont hang up, either. Maybe find a different job while youre at it so the business can avoid reviews like this one.

DON’T EXPECT MUCH FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They don’t call you back with details of parts when they say they will, they take a very long time to look up their inventory and their customer service is AWFUL! I have been on the phone with them 5 times and 4 out of 5 were very rude and one of them even hung up the phone while asking for information on a part they said they had!! By far the WORST customer service I have experienced from any salvage yard and it’s not just one single person there.

They have almost everything and at the best price love them already i will continue my service with them. Lets say the customer service was the best, hell everyone tried to help like a freaking pit stop. I hope they keep it up amazing service👍🏿👍🏿

There Coustmer handling is so nice

Hard to find the location because of all the different people working on vehicles on the side of the road. The girl at the front desk tries to be helpful but does not seem to possess customer service skills. The owner looks at part you are interested in and determines price while you wait. Overall experience was ok - could have been better.

They are too rude. Their parts are not worthy, bad quality. I had a fight with the owner there the Latino guy, he is very unrespectful and uncivilized.

Purchased a rear quarter panel from their website, they claim it was shipped on a pallet, the driver told my wife exactly this...this box is damaged, if you would sign here please my wife not knowing she was signing that there was no damage, he quickly drove off. When I got home the box was damaged severely, I open it seeing there was only 2 sheets of bubble paper in the box of a nearly 6 ft body panel, no pallet, poor shipping all together, the part was destroyed and couldnt be used.i called them to see what they would do and they only said well you signed so we will just turn it over to claims And did I fail to mention that it took nearly a month to get the part! I had to call and threaten them Id contest it before I ever got a call or email back from them. Do not buy from them, if you do I suggest you use paypal so your covered. They called today saying they will be fighting this all the way I was told by James from a2z. Oh and they said if i give them more money for shipping they will send another part.. nope auto metal direct got what I needed in 3 days and was perfect!

Called for pricing on a few car parts, person answering phone was very quick to respond “I don’t have that.” Not interest in helping...No customer service skills. Curious as to why they call themselves A-Z auto parts when they “don’t have that.”

This place is a JOKE! called in for a Hood they said they had it for $70 i drove 40 minutes to get there, they went out back brought me my hood i was ready to pay then this middle eastern guy approached me and started looking at the hood i was gonna buy then he shouted out $150. i said excuse me ? he said this hood is $150. After i said that i called in and they said it was $70 he said in a RUDE tone, This hood is $150 and after that it will only go up. i felt defeated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in 13 years of doing this . First off i had to call 5 times to try and purchase a part . Then a 300 headlight goes to 750 . There explanation is that the part you see online is not always the part you get . FYI the owner said if it doesnt say complete on the add its just a piece of the part and its the customers fault for assuming . A complete joke ! I do not understand how a company like this is still in business .Such a shame !
