We purchased a part from this place of business that came with replacement warranty. The part happened to be the wrong piece and we only requested to replace it. In contacting M&D Distributors in Dallas, I spoke to Brian who only told me that there was warranty when I purchased the turbo. Now that I am needing to have the part swapped I am getting push back that there are stipulations. The worse customer service a business can provide is to place money/commission over fully informing the customer any information that we need in order to make an informed purchase. We spend a lot of money on a part that will NOT work for us. Please be mindful when doing business with M&D as they are more concerned with commissions that retaining great customers who could potentially become repeat customers.

Maybe Ive just been very fortunate over the years when it comes to customer service and Ive never written a review but this has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I wont cover every detail but, for two days I have been trying to order a part. I first spoke with Cecil Coronado, in person, who assured me that as soon as he got information on the part he would call me that day. 5 hours later I call and he is gone to lunch and no one has any clue about me or what im trying to get so I spoke with Bryant who assures me that he would call me the following morning with information. Takes down my name and number and part information. 21 hours later I hadnt heard anything from anyone, so I call and after being on hold for 13 minutes Im told that Cecil is at lunch, smh. So i speak with Bryant and it takes 10 min to remind him of the conversation we had the previous day. After going through all that all I got was another promise to call me back with possible information on the part. Friday evening on a holiday weekend and my truck is still down with no information on where or if they have the part. Were talking about the first step in trying to place an order on a $1500+ part. Guess im a fool to believe that if they ever get the part ordered and received that it will be the right part.l

I purchased two fuel injectors for my 6 L diesel and they demanded $200 each for the coThey never describe any condition the course needed to be to get my money back and when I brought the course back to them the next day they refused to take them because they said the condition of the injectors. I am not sure what they would expect on condition considering they were broken injectors and not working in my truck and that is the reason I I needed new injectors in the first place. There was never at any time a description or a condition placed on the return Coors to be acceptable. These people are a scam and a rip off artist. They were very rude and then refuse to do anything. We are in the process of reversing the charge on our credit card. The manager on site would not do anything and then turned and walked away only giving me the branch managers Business card and told me to take it up with him that he was not going to do anything. I would never do business with such a crooked Establishment again
