I ordered a part on 02/22 and its now 03/06. I still havent received my part. Everytime i call the lady tells me the part is still at their facility. When asked, if there is anything that they could do since its going on 2 weeks. She told me its not their fault so they cant give a credit and would just have to give a refund. Its not the customers fault either that i have to wait this long. I trusted you guys with my hard earned cash and I havent got anywhere. Horrible customer service.
