So I get off at 6pm and come straight here from work. I already know it’s close to quitting time since they close at 7pm, but what gets me is doing an oil change takes 20 minutes tops. I arrive at 6:15, and they have closed everything up. A worker saw me pull up and hurried up and closed the door. Very unprofessional. Don’t say you close at 7 when you stop taking cars for minor stuff at 5:30 to 6.

I needed a battery for my car immediately.I called this location and I got there just as the were closing up.I explained that it was an emergency and they got me right in and installed it in about 15 minutes. Battery, installation and 3-year warranty for a great price. Exceptional customer service.

I dont think they go in order most times I think its easy to difficult on priority but they eventually get you going....just wish the process was better organized.

Every time I call to get anything or even get a tire priced... I will call numerous times at different hours and it’s always just keeps ringing! Then I get transfer to customer service for them to just forward me back to the tire shop, and the line keeps ringing for 5 minutes to just get hung up on! That is the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! This is why y’all will NEVER get my business! If I could give no stars then I would!I will gladly drive out of the way to a Walmart that actually picks up their damn phone!

First time I changed the oil there they lost the oil drain cover. Second time they overfilled it. I noticed a month later. Walmart workers work like Walmart pays them... terrible.... Never ever go to Walmart for any car service. Beware!!!!

Worst car service ever and customer service!! They dont deserve at least one star from me right now! Yesterday May 29th 2019 I went to the Auto Care Center to get a patch for my tire. Something that I paid almost $50 extra for free patches. They took an hour and a half long to tell me that they could not put a patch on my tire at all. They told me about my sensor that was broken but I never expected it to be inside my tire with other broken metal parts!!! So today May 30th 2019 I woke up and saw my whole tire deflated luckily I had a spare and went to another tire shop. I asked them that they can patch up my tire and they told me yes. While the process of getting my tire patched they found my sensor and the broken metal parts inside the tire. You can tell in the pictures that how they just threw it in there and air up my tire and let me drive my car like that. I live 3.5 miles away from the store within that process of me going home Tire could of popped and caused me to be in a car accident luckily nothing happened. But still this is not acceptable at all!! So if youre reading this please dont ever go there to get your tire replaced or repair!! It really shows how much they care about what theyre doing with peoples car!!

Ordered and paid for tires and scheduled an appointment three days out. Morning of appointment got email saying not in stock we will let you know when they come in. Tried calling store, would never answer the phone. Cancelled order.

Nice people but talk about lazy... nobody answered my first 4 phone calls, 5th time was a charm.... After replacing my tires the mechanic refused to put my spare back on.

Ive had my set of tires were placed here a few times. Theres not this special about the staff if youre lucky they may say good morning. I usually find myself shopping throughout the store while Im waiting on my tires to get fix. But over all its a good place to save money on tires.

I took my SUV for a simple tire balance. I personally would not recommend taking a high end car or to do any major maintenance work.The tire balancing was not done perfect. I need to get it done again. I think they do not have a standard quality control. The quality of the job depends on the capacity of the technician that worked on your job.Also, they never answer calls

I have been here 3 times this week hoping to get an oil change over my break from work. Every time I was quoted 2+ hours, and there werent nearly as many cars there the second and third time. That doesnt make sense to me... Clearly they need help

By far the worst lack of service I’ve ever experienced. I came to this Walmart Auto Center Over 40 minutes before close only wanting my break light replaced and oil changed and was told before even finishing my sentence that they’re full and aren’t taking anymore cares although there were 3 mechanics just standing around the register and I waited in line 10 minutes while they all stared dumbfounded at a computer screen without even asking what I needed.

They had to move the seat and angle of the back to move car into the bay... Less than a minute time in the cabin and you had to spend half of it changing seat position? I have no words to describe my feelings, its unbelievable.They told me they will call once the job is done. Didnt receive any.Asked to check if any signs of oil leakage. Do I have to even tell whether they did it or not?

Quick & easy. You dont get a multi point inspection like you would with other places but then the price was much less than anyone else. If you dont need a lot, this is a good option. If you are not sure, may want to go with someone like NTB or others to be sure you are not missing anything. I was pleasantly surprised.

From out of town, and the service was exceptional. Dropped my tire off very late one day, had it ready to install during lunch the next. Friendly and easy to work with.

Was parked in front of a bay and went inside letting them know what I needed. Went back outside to move car and heavy set guy with hoop earrings was rude and yelled at me to move my car and I said what do you think I am trying to do. I left without getting anything done and when I was getting in my car he said that he would get his check regardless. I will never go to this place again RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lady cant even read tire numbers correctly seemed mad to have to go look at my car. In the end apparently they advertise having the tire online but dont.

2 hours to change a tire and not counting from the time I was waiting. Then go see what is going on. And the guys are not able to unscrew my tire... then they refused to do it.Update: Afterwards went home and used the tools that come with the car and was able to take the tire out. These guys are not expirienced and will find any excuse to not do the job, do not know what they are doing. If you buy your tires there. Go somewhere else to change them.

I came with a Honda 2009 Accord in need of a new tire for a long trip. a guy named Rilly (or Riley not sure) looked at my tires and helped me. He was very professional. I would definitely come again and ask for him

Awful experience!! If I could I would not even give them one star!! I dont usually write reviews but this one is necessary. I went to have my battery replaced because it was not holding a charge and it was still under warranty. Connor, the department manager informed me they would not replace it because they had to charge it first and their charger was not working. Then he suggested I take it to another Walmart. I told him my concern of going somewhere and it would not start. Then he suggested I should have jumper cables in my car or I could use uber if it didnt start. I have never experienced such condensending and rude service and of course I will never go back !!

Absolutely horrible, the service was terrible! They left my vehicle extremely dirty with oil all on the hood all on the door even on the gear shift and the steering wheel, after getting a oil change worst experience Ive ever had.

They don’t know how to change the oil light indicator after completing and oil change. I paid 60 dollars waited and hour and then had to wait another 30 minutes for someone who knows how to do it. Who even knows if it was actually changed. Save your time and money and don’t go here

Didnt put the underside of my fiances car back on correctly after an oil change, it scraped the road on the way back home. Probably going to go get it fixed somewhere that will be more careful with our cars! At least it was cheap.

I changed my tires here twice and after I left within few weeks it started losing air, and this happened twice. I came back the first time and tried to talk to them about that they did a bad job putting on the tires the guy at the cashier with the worst customer service experience told me it is ok we will take a look at it afterwards he charged me $170 for fixing it and told me the problem was it had old tubes or whatever!!! While ignoring the fact it is their responsibility to take care of that the first time they put on the tires, I left trusting that guy with bald head forgot his name. Now this has happened again when I needed a tire change again and it looks like they do that on purpose to make customers come back to pay $10 and to waste time shopping at Walmart.. careful dont change your tires here!!! They are a scammers. Making 10 dollars and wasting our time making us want to shop more at Walmart!!! Douchbags! Make money while doing the right thing, not taking advantage of loyal customers..

Been going to this Walmart tire center for over 5 years for oil changes, tire replacements, and also battery checks. Linda at the service desk is always great. I recently purchased a new/used car and had to change the alternator. I took the the non Wal-Mart battery to get charged and was told they no longer charge non Wal-Mart batteries. I ended up walking a half of a mile to AutoZone and got it charged with NO problem. I did not know this was your policy. Thanks Wal-Mart for sending your business elsewhere...

I went in the store to drop my keys off for an oil change at 5pm. This was the biggest mistake of the day for me. I stood there behind 2 people for 10 minutes while the guy behind the counter was dingbat work and constantly looking at his watch. He said nothing to any of us and just clicked out and walked outside and left. Then another lady came out talking on her cell phone and just walked around and ignored us also. I left after that. Crazy, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Made me wait for 4 hours to get my tires changed, after which they inform me that the tires were not available. That was followed by placing blame on different employees saying someone should have checked the stock/inventory.

The only Walmart within the North Dallas area that has an automotive service center, will say that it does take awhile to complete your order and i strongly recommend you get there early but luckily their hours run until 7 pm but final close is 6 pm. While the wait time can be lomg, since it is attached tp Walmarr youll be able to attend your errands while they do routine maintenance on your vehicle. They fully explained their services and their differences between them.

This folks have no idea what theyre doing. I had several bad experiences with them, they dont take theyre job serious. 1st time I went for an oil change the guy told me the oil I brought was not the right one for my car, how come ? as far as the car manual, dealership and oreilly goes that was the right oil for my car ?. Took them 30 + minutes to put a license plate frame, i went outside and saw them all joking around and laughing, at the end didnt even put it right and then told me the leds i bought for the license plate lights were not the right ones. I went to Autozone and they installed the frame right and then I installed the Leds myself! Walmart management should consider hiring more knowledgeable people. SERIOUSLY

Worste experience ever, 5 hours to change my tires, they lied to me, they said they can’t take the tires off because the nuts are too tight, but when my husband tried to take them off, they come out very easy.

I do not like the people that work at the Tire & Lube Express at this Walmart. The people at the front desk are rude, Customers cant ask a question without someone being rude & I also tried calling the other day to get an estimate on some tires & I could not get a hold of anyone. The two times I actually got through, someone picked up & all I could hear is a guy talking for about 5 minutes to someone else. I kept saying hello! hello! & still no reply. The second time I called right back & a women picked up & right when I said I am calling about getting an estimate on some tires she rudely put me on hold for about 11-13 minutes. Honestly this is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD TO DEAL WITH AT WALMARTS TIRE & LUBE EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Takes a longg time to get ur car done. I was the only customer when i walked in and it took almost an hour and half to change 2 tires. Also they left the rims dirty with grease after the tire change. The only plus is parts n labor is cheap.

I waited for 2 1/2 hours for my battery to be replaced. My car got pulled into the garage 5 minutes after I got there and then it just sat with the battery out of it for the next two + hours until I said something and they put the new battery in.
