Ben and Bashir are honest and reliable, Ive been coming here for almost 10 years and never had an issue with the quality of work and their charges are a fraction of what I used to pay at other shops or dealers. They give you good advice on anything that may need repair but never try to upsell it. I would trust Ace Auto on diagnostics and repair any day and cant imagine going to the dealership with my two Jaguars and paying overcharged prices.

One tire was going flat because air was escaping from a leaky valve stem. It was September 7 (the day after the Labor Day weekend) and auto /tire repair shops were swamped. The first three or places I checked had wait times of at least two. The guy at Firestone on Forest Lane suggested I try Ace Auto Care about a block away. Ace Auto Care were also very busy but in less than 10 minutes they had replaced the tire valve and sent me on my way. When I asked what I owed, they would not take any money and so I wrote this review instead. Needless to say, I was very grateful. Made my day. I will be back.

Friendly service. I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning while I worked. The gentlemen were great with communicating with me throughout the day on the status of my car. Had everything done by the time I got off and the price was very reasonable.

They are pretty good, I been getting my oil change for years there my thing its they are always crowded but I guess that means they are good there is always a wait.and at a good price !!

I stopped in because my car was leaking coolant, so he gave me a price 154.00 with parts and labor 40.00 was the parts it took 1hr to fix, so 110.00 for labor. Well upon picking up my car I was told the hose that I thought was leaking wasnt. it was coming from somewhere else, so I was told that they replaced the hose anyway, why replace it if it wasnt the issue, so I left n took it to another shop.I was told that hose was,cut and put back on it wasnt a (new) hose which I paid $40 for new warranted parts Im LIVID!!;! I never had it diagnosed by someone else, I showed you where it was leaking from, Im not the professional if what I showed u wasnt the problem why didnt u call and update me on what else was wrong,, the (new) part was taken off and measured to a brand new part from Auto zone and it was indeed cut by at least 1in even the tech at auto zone said it was cut to make it fit.

Cant say anything less of if he cant do the job, nobody can...might cost ya🤣🤑💯...he keeps me rolling 🚗

Crocks $800 for a fuel pump that only lasted two days if went another route $300 top

This business performed a brake repair job in replacing the front 2 rotors and pads which they seemed to have done it right. I will know later today or next week if that is really so as I am going to the mechanic of a very trusted honest person that I have as a social worker. Its the wheel alignment charge of 54 dollars they didnt even perform. Be careful not to be the one they choose to do this too.

I’ve been coming to this place for over four years now and I’ve always meant to leave a review. Well here it is. These guys do amazing work for an amazingly low price. I have almost never had to come to them for the same issue twice, and if I did they fixed it with no cost. They stand by their work and offer, probably, the lowest price you’ll get anywhere. A small example, me and my brother had an issue with the same sensor years ago that regulated the heat level of the engine. Basically our cars were overheating. He was in SA, TX and had his repaired for over $1100. I had the exact same sensor replaced here for under $800. A huge saving and they are always willing to work with you and find any way they can make the repairs. They truly hate sending people away with a broken part. They warranty their repairs for a reasonable time and do some great diagnostic work. Before you think this is some paid advertisement, it truly isn’t. I’m just that happy with the work these men do. I’ve only ever been disappointed with how much my car breaks down, but they have always made the repairs needed for a very reasonable price. If you are anywhere in the dfw area, I strongly suggest you come to them.

I went in today to get my AC fixed, my check engine light looked at, an inspection and an oil change done. Ben made sure to keep me updated on the progress, the price was very reasonable and the mechanics fixed the items I needed resolved. I will definitely be going back! 😊

Great Service. But prices a little to HIGH for my blood they told me 360 for a tune up on a 05 Nissan Maximum. If any 1 knows of a cheaper place let me know....

Brought 2 cars to be fixed and was giving a quote of $1200 for one and $1800 for the other. Proceeding to get the vehicles fixed I was told one car would be a all day process and the other one take an additional day. Later arriving to get my vehicle, vehicle was put together as fixed but was told that there was still a problem with one of the pieces that was purchased so it was causing the vehicle to still make noises and that I could leave my car with them another day or bring the vehicle back the next more. Brought the vehicle back the next day and was told now that both cars would be ready today(the day I brought the car back) Called and was told to come pick up the cars, to only drive one of my cars for less than a hour and get a error message on the dashboard that the vehicle is still not working properly. After paying $3000 this is the type of service that is being given. Here I am today 3/11 brought the vehicle back up here to only be told there are no mechanics in to work on my car. But not even 24hrs ago I just gave you $3000 cash. This is so unfair and the guy running Ace Auto acts like he doesn’t have a care when all of theses mistakes is because of his employees and company yet I have to suffer. I WOULD NOT RATE THIS PLACE AT ALL ZERO STARS

Once they charged me for 1300$ almost six months ago and at that time I thought maybe my car needs a major fixing. Today, I took my car again for oil change and they told me and there are some other issues with my car and they told me it will cost me 1700$. I need to say my car is Nissan Sentra 2001 which the price of the car is 1000$. I got suspicious about the price they told me so I took my car to another garage and they fixed the same problem with 250$ not 1700$. This garage might does a good service in a short time but they literally charge you much more than what their work is worth. In general, I do not recommend this garage. You can easily find better and cheaper places with the same quality and service. I am also happy to provide anyone my documents (bills from this garage) who has concerns to show them I am not exaggerating.

Got an alternator replaced on 05 Nissan Xterra.No fuss about using the part I provided - just a legit estimate on the labor.Replacement was completed same day and quality seems good - no unnecessary broken clips from what I can tell, something I have seen on this in the past

Honestly my car is driving better than it was before the problem. Somebody cut my wires from underneath the hood and I had my car looked at by auto care and They fix the problem I couldn’t be happier.

My car blinkers wasn’t working. I fixed with another mechanic and he took 5 minutes to fix it. They stopped working after few weeks and I came here. I had to wait like hour and half as according to person at counter it’s taking longer because they’re checking it. My man it’s just an blinker not an whole car engine, and than price? They asked me $225 to fix it for me. I was like nah man I’m good. They took $35 and wasted my 2 hours. When to another place and got it fixed in $10 and 10 minutes. So other people may have different experience with them I’m just sharing mine.

Please never visit this place, I sent my son for an oil change and they forgot to put the engine cover on him and all the oil was thrown out and they did not want to be responsible🤬🤬🤬

I came here once to have my tires replaced and for my brakes to be done on my second visit. These gentlemen are fast, friendly and always give me a great price. It goes without saying but they also take phenomenal care of my car as well.Top marks!

Ace Auto Car is my new go to spot. The staff is friendly and explain all your options to you thoroughly. I was in and out in less than an hour and watched several other people do the same while I was there. Thanks to them my car is now running smoothly again. It’s definitely a little bit of a drive but I wouldn’t mind doing it every couple of months to make sure I’m getting the best care.

Great service! My vehicle started flashing the engine light late Sunday afternoon. Even though they were busy and an hour from closing he took the vehicle and fixed it that same evening - we were about an hour and a half from home and were on our way back. I was thrilled that he was able to get us back on the road and wasnt overly expensive (as compared to mechanic/vehicle maintenance prices). Thank you!

Ive been on the hunt for a respectable auto mechanic ever since I moved to Dallas four years ago, and hoped Ace Auto could be it based on the reviews. Sadly I was wrong.I took my 2012 Ram in to get an oil change, inspection, and maintenance on my A/C. Both the oil change and inspection were performed properly, and at a fair price (if you dont mind zero communication from the shop on whether your vehicle is ready for pickup or not), but the major issue was with the A/C.My A/C stopped blowing cold a few months ago, and went bad after I started smelling Freon inside my cab, which alerted me to think I have a leak somewhere. Ace Auto told me they found a leak on the valves (on a 4 year old truck?), but luckily the fix would only be about $100 + $50 for freon. Work was performed, A/C blew cold, I was happy. Until the next day when I noticed the smell again. So I took the day off and jumped into the engine to see if I can find the issue myself, and found freon dripping from the location of the evaporator core (they put dye into the freon so it was a nice neon green). I took the truck back to Ace Auto, pointed out the leak, and asked why my valve were replaced if the leak is coming from a different location. The mechanic looked shocked, then proceeded to quote me over $900 for the fix. Why would I trust them to work on the truck now if they just picked a random item to replace originally just to be able to perform work??I am now out $150, and the A/C is again blowing hot air. Proceed with caution!

I have taken my vehicle to this location several times and I really like their professionalism and service. Really quality staff and they stand behind their work- they were even courteous to point out additional items that needed attention. They dont hassle you or put any pressure on you and they give you timely updates of the status of your vehicle. If you want great service from a reliable shop- take your car to Ace Auto Care- highly recommend!!!

If you have things in your trunk, double check them before you leave.I had quite lots of things in mine and the guys probably put them aside somewhere while working on the rear lights and dont even remember it.And whenever I ask them, they would be extremely quick to deny ever touching anything in my vehicle. The way they reacted seems like they knew they forgot it but didnt want to accept that because they were afraid that I was going to accuse them of stealing. And so they just tried to deny everything as quickly as possible. I didnt accuse them of stealing anything because the lost items were not that valuable.

My brother in law told me to go to Ace Auto Care to get my tire fix. I went and they did a very good job. They took care of my truck fast and they did a very good job. Thanks Bashir and Ben for servicing my truck.

They get the job done, In one month I took two vans and a car and got fixed in which several mechanic could not fix it. I recommended them to everyone. Their charges is a little bit high but they deserve it.

Ace Auto Care to the rescue again!! I have been coming here for a few years now as well as sending my family to them. They always seem to come through in a pinch with great customer service, but more importantly, great work! They are once of the few shops in the area that are truly honest and reliable. Doesnt matter what type of work you need done, from oil changes to extensive motor work, they can handle it.

This place is a rip off! Took my truck up to ace auto care when I noticed my low anti freeze light kept showing on my dash. When I finally got it back from these guys it was still leaking! I called them and told them about it, so they made me take it back so they can look at it again. When they called me and told me it was ready I drove it and noticed the low anti freeze kept popping up again! I finally got tired off messing around with them, even tho they gave me a warranty on it nobody has time to keep dropping their vehicles off to get it bad exactly the same. I took it to my brother in law and it was the water pump that was leaking. I haven’t had a problem since. The guy at ace said it was a cross connector piece and that it was expensive because he had to order it from the dealership. I wouldn’t waste my time or money with Ace Auto Care.

Ive lived near Ace Auto for 13 years! Ive taken every car Ive ever driven to them. Including a 1999 Saab 9-3. And they have fix them all! Prices are great!! And customer service awesome!!. And I dont feel they talk over my head when they explain things to me.

My check engine like was on so I took my car in for service and got a O2 sensor put on. Check engine light came back on so I took my car in again to be told I need another O2 sensor and a tune up. Check engine light came back on, took my car back to them a 3rd time to be told air was leaking from my engine. So when I brought my car in the first time (which was the previous day) this leaking air was not noticed? Why was it not notice, because it was not happening at the time I brought it. I believe they created the problem. So took my car in a 3rd time to get the leak fixed and the same day I get my car back the check engine light pops right back on. I have taken my car to these people 3x in one week to get nothing in return, for my engine light is still on and I can not get my tags to my car. My husband to his truck in about one month prior and got about $700 worth of work done to have is motor go completely out about 2wks later. Now we are in search of a new car. Might have to get me a new car as well after all of this. Just because people work on cars, this does not make them a mechanic.

I noticed that this place was highly recommended but I cant say my experience was good I went in for a simple inspection to discover one issue I need to bring it back the next day with a new issue that was not told to me the day before I would not recommend going here but to each its own.... to make matters worse after I pay for services that were rendered one of the mechanics refuse to give me my car keys and I have to call 911

As a former shade tree mechanic who could fix most things himself, I can assure you that these guys know what they are doing, dont try to add on unneeded items, and are reasonably priced. I have been taking my cars here for about 10 years now and highly recommend them!
