I pulled in and Im driving slow because I dont know the process. A young man approached my vehicle ask me what did I need and directed me to the air pressure station. Just pull up and they the check pressure and you are on your way. Thank you

After many many years at this location, had my worst experience ever just now. Gerald took my keys never asked where I was parked and walked away. When I asked if he knew where the car was, he shouted over his shoulder, I can find it. When he claimed I had 4 bad tire sensors, and unapologetically announced it would be a 2-hr wait, I said you sound happy. His reply. I am happy. Guess I’ll explore alternatives.

Joshua SAVED THE DAY and is the best employee! When I was 8 minutes from closing I called and he said they would stay and change my tires for me. I had a flat and needed new tires anyway, so I bought 4 Michelin Defenders and they put them on in no time flat, put my spare tire back and all tools back where they’re supposed to go, and made it look spic and span! I am SO grateful and thankful he answered the phone and helped me today. Amazing place and employees! Thank you Joshua!!!

Will never buy tires here again. Spend $2000 on a set of tires, have one leaking and not holding air. I understand I showed up right at closing, when you still have a bunch of customers there but the heavy set man at the counter wearing glasses didnt have to be rude about not taking customers. He come have been more professional about it. I own a limo fleet service and was considering bringing all our vehicles here instead of firestone. Looks like Ill be closing my discount tire account and keeping my business at firestone.

I would like to address my frustration about the service you provide to your clients, at your location 3524 Inwood rd Dallas,tx.I bought 4 new tires and needed to rotate two front tiresI walked in Tuesday paid and everything I was waiting 45 min and my car still outside, plus it will take more than 2 hrs to get it done. I had to go back to work, so I made app for Thursday 6/17/21 at 9:30am, I was there few min early it 10:05am still my car hasn’t been worked on it. either way u still gonna spend more then 2 hrs to install four new tires, this is not first time,the service is the worst in this place and will never come back there again.

I have been going to Discount Tire for years, but it seems to have fallen off from its previous high levels of doing what is best for the customer. They said I needed a new tire because they couldnt patch a nail puncture that was clearly in the tread area. They gave me a hard sell on buying a new/expensive tire, and tried to caution me on the wear of my tires in general, even though car had less than 15,000 miles (they went around with their measuring tool, and pointed at some green/yellow/red poster trying to scare up a problem). Took it to Tesla/roadside repair and they said the puncture was very safely in the tread area, no problem, and patched it immediately.

Great service. In and out in under 45 minutes.

Discount Tire is my life! They have taught my so much about the tire business.A lot of people dont know that your tires loose air during winter. And summer,tires inflate. Discount Tire also taught me that a person can only go two pounds over recommend air that we put in our tires. Example#1. My air capacitys 39 all around. If I plan on not moving my car for a while during winter months,I do 41 on all 4 tires. Hey guys,the air is free along with customer service. You cant beat that They also have super affordable tires. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.And all of the staff are do nice.Thank you Discount Tire Company for helping us keeping it safe on these Texas roads.The safety starts from having good traction= good tires that we can depend on.🤗

I had something puncture my tire while on 45 coming into Dallas. Roadside was able to get my donut on in time to get here 30 minutes before they closed on New Years Eve. Their staff was still personable and empathetic to my situation as I live 70+ miles from here and have to go home tonight. Thank you for being compassionate and understanding for the people who value and truly need your services, even when its last minute. Ive been using Discount for a long time (10+ years) but this has been the best shop to date.

Wednesday they have power on Feb 17.I had a nail in my tire and Jon and his team were open with a friendly smile. Phones were going crazy and he only had 2 others here. Everyone was positive and helpful to all of the customers in the building and on the phones.Huge kudos to Jon and his team.Thank you for fixing my tire during this storm.

Out of all my years as a discount tire customer, today I was reminded why I am a loyal customer. Since moving to Dallas I always go to the store located on Inwood/Lemmon road. There was a small mixup when the techs were changing my tire. I caught it the next day after looking at my tires. I drove back to the location and Johnathan immediately saw the issue and gave me a more than fair solution. I will continue to give this location my business while I live in Dallas because of the way Johnathan handled my issue.

I’ve purchased a few tires from this location in the past 6 months. I had a bubble in one of my run flats and it gave out on me only 4 months after I bought it. I came in and they took care of me without any hassle and I was out of there in an hour. I am more than satisfied with these guys. I won’t go anywhere else to buy tires.

My son went to this store to redeem a Discount Tire gift receipt. Due to an honest mix-up with another Discount Tire store, this store wasn’t able to apply the gift receipt to his purchase. A guy named Mark Smith at this Discount Tire store stepped in to help resolve the mix-up and make sure my son could get new tires on his car. Mark called me and emailed me and within a few minutes, the issue was resolved. In addition, Mark helped my son choose wisely when it came to buying tires for his car. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Place is always busy on weekends but they have some great service and friendly people helping your vehicle get some new shoes!

The service here is fantastic, but I highly recommend an appointment! If not, you may end up waiting for an hour or longer. But, their tire prices are very reasonable, and they will rotate your tires for free every 6000 miles. Plus they do free air checks. Can’t beat that!

I always like going here. Today, Anthony had the team re-check my balancing on my newer tires. This was the second time, but I didnt feel like it was a bother to them. The balancing worked! The entire team was helpful.

I want to say that I was impressed with Gerald’s professionalism and for helping my wife. She went to Kwik Kar and was told that the tires were bald. Gerald told my wife bring the car in and let us look at . She and I brought the car in. He immediately verified and rectified the situation. I can’t say that about many place in today’s age. Thank you for putting her mind and my mind at ease. Even after they were closed he went above and beyond to help us. For that we’ll continue to buy from him and Discount Tire.

Never met some of the rudest people in all my life should have gone to firestone. The manager at this store is beyond help and needs to be removed from his position with his rude self. You cant even get anyone to answer the phone at this store. Save yourself some stress and just go to Firestone or another tire dealer.

The team at Discount Tire took all the correct COVID precautions during my visit but that didnt slow them down from doing top notch work. I had a giant screw in one of my tires of my Audi Q5. The team fixed me up with a patch and sent me on my way. As much as I love Audi, Ill be bringing my car here instead for all my tire work. Thanks team!

Been coming for three years. i get all my tire service done here. They are friendly when there is no line and friendly when its super busy. They work hard to get it done quickly- usually faster than they even quote you. prices are fair. During Covid-Era everyone is in masks (worn correctly), both staff and customers. they have also added a few chairs outside.

In and out in less than an hour on a busy Saturday with 4 new tires balanced and racked. Great service too.

There was no charge for repairing a slow leak in one of my tires.

I called Monday morning for a tire & was told they didn’t have it in stock, but could order it & it would be there Thursday & they would give me a call.Thursday came & they never called, so I called & was told it should arrive later that day & they will call me. It’s almost closing time & they never called, so I call & am informed it would arrive the next day. Friday morning comes - no call, so I call & am told it should deliver between 12-4. I call back at 1 & am told it’s still not there but that they will call me when it’s gets there by 4. What do you know, 4 rolls around & NO CALL. Surprise surprise. So I call them & this time it’s not going to arrive until the 31st.This wouldn’t be a big deal if I had just received a courtesy call. Obviously it wasn’t on the delivery truck & it’s not hard to give me a call instead of me calling a million times. Really disappointing. I am a full time night shift worker & have limited day time available to deal with these matters & obviously don’t want to drive much on a donut.I called another Dallas location, of which had far better customer service, & they told me the Lewisville location had the tire. So after spending 2 off days waiting on a call (that would never come) I am now getting the tire installed.It’s just really disappointing & I found it very rude how they always acted annoyed when I called. Like oh wow, YOU’RE ANNOYED? Ha. Right back at you.Will drive across the country before I ever do business with this location again.

I ordered, paid for and made appointment for my tires to be installed the following week when they arrived. I arrived at my appointment time and was instructed to wait till a team member approached my car, which is understandable during this time. Approximately 10 minutes later, an agent approached and inspected my tires and of course tried to up sell another 2 tires for my fronts. After informing that I hd appointment and had already ordered and paid for my tires, I was instructed to come inside.Once inside, it was discovered that my tires that I ordered and paid for where not in stock and that they hadn’t received them at all. The agent offered to order them for me then, but it would be 4-5 days before they received them in store. I was then offered to receive different tires, similar in price and specs but I would have to return to the store 3 hours later to have them installed, as they had to be delivered from a different store. So I have been here now about 1 hour.I chose to return to the store later for the different tires. I was told I would just have to call once there and would be able to drive in and have no wait, since I originally had appointment earlier and no tires. Once returned, I called and was instructed to park and wait. About 15 minutes later, an agent comes and goes the “the spill”. I give him “my spill” and that I’ve already been there and was supposed to be able to pull right in for install. I was asked to come in as they were having issues changing the order in the system. After 20 minutes inside of store, I was then finally able to drive to install. 30 minutes later I was finally leaving with my new tires. 🙂I probably wouldn’t return to that location for the next set of tires.

I buy two full sets of tires a year. I have used Discount Tire because of value. Unfortunately the last two times I have had to go in was for a free flat repair. The first time it took 5 hours, I had the luxury of leaving my car and taking an Uber to my office. Today however I was told 45 minutes do I waited. 45 minutes passed and my car had not moved. I spoke to the manager who said it would be an hour and a half. Every person who was waiting when I arrived had gone and several who came in after were gone too. In at 0830 our at 1000. My tire was not flat just leaking air, I could have waited and had I been given a correct estimate I would have had it fixed another day. I understand they do a good business as I am a repeat customer. But this delay caused me to miss an appointment and screwed up my day. I will be buying tires from NTB in the future.

Stopped by to have a tire repaired after running over a nail. They were busy, but still got me taken care of in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and didnt push services I wasnt interested in. Highly recommend

Being that I called ahead I really hoped for better service. I called, asked about tires, was advised that they had what I needed in stock and was told to come in and I would be in and out. I arrive at the location and the rep was able to pull up my account, tell me who I spoke with, what I needed, and the exact price. He then proceeded to take my money and then advised me that I had to stay with my vehicle and that it would be a 2 hour wait. I sat in my car and watched multiple people come and go... I simply asked what was going on and was told, “well she (another person who was helped before me) had an appointment... So riddle me this, I called ahead, you knew what I needed, and I was told to come in and I’d be in and out with no mention of an appointment. Personally, I don’t think you shouldn’t have noted all of my information without confirming an appointment and setting better expectations. Coming in and handing over cash without having to explain what you need sounds like an appointment to me. I usually have great service here, but today has raised my doubts. Now I have no choice but to wait. It’s also very upsetting to see Google reviews that state, “they were very busy but I was pushed to the front of the line...” However, I guess that is none of my business... You just might want to remove such reviews to avoid more angry customers.Nonetheless;Make sure you have an appointment or have clear expectations before paying.

This location failed to repair punctures in two tires, resulting in an extra trip to a better Discount Tire location, where one of the two tires had to be replaced and the other needed an additional repair. Very disappointing and unlike any DT experience Ive had in over 25 years of doing business with DT.

Our trailer had a blowout on 635 very close to this store. Unfortunately they didn’t have the tire for our trailer, but when we did get the correct tire they switched out the rim for the correct one. They were so nice and got it switched out quickly so we could get back on the road!

This place is the tire place.I walk in and get a greeting and moments later get another.These people want me to feel welcome.Mark helped me find a Discount tire close to my home and Fransisco did the delivery of my car after the repair.Being from out of town I missed all of the events of the day, but Discount Tire helped me just enough to relax after a simple flat.

A number of issues with this store. One of the initial sales representatives recommended a tire that did not have good reviews. I later had to come back to the store to exchange this tire for a different one that another sales representative did not recommend. This was extra wasted time. When I came in to get the initial tires put on, I had an appointment but still waited over 2.5 hours. I really do not get the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait forever. Lastly, this seems to be a problem at most Discount Tires, but there is clearly a lack of training among the technicians on how to properly balance tires. My new tires were not at all in balance, so I had to drive up and down the highway with my car shacking until I could bring it back in to get it fixed. I have had this problem many times over the years.

I ask for a inspection on my tires, but they only add air on them. They let me go with a nail on one of my tires.

Waited in the lobby for 2 hours thinking my tire was beikg repaird. But then i get up and see them putting a spare on my car. No one came and told me that the tire was not repairable for whatever reason. Even after i told them i was traveling this weekend. So now i had to pay for a new tire and wait another 30-45 minutes.!!! Definitely wont come Back to this Discount tire.

This is the best discount tire I’ve been to. I’ve now come in on two separate occasions to replace a flat tire due to driving over a nail, and both times they were able to replace it for free due to the tread warranty. They’re not making a dime off me, but still have me top notch service and that says a lot.
